Kerr介质中"耦合双原子-单模光场"模型的反聚束效应

利用全量子理论,研究了在Kerr介质中,耦合二能级双原子与单模光场相互作用过程的反聚束效应,着重讨论了Kerr介质对场的二阶相干度的影响,并揭示了初始场强及原子间耦合系数的变化与场的二阶相干度的关系。     

铀富集厂容器取料过程中的核临界安全计算

介绍了在中国核工业集团公司兰州铀浓缩厂的核燃料生产中，针对某容器取料过程中存在的核临界安全问题，采用蒙特卡罗方法KENOⅥ程序进行的计算。通过计算表明，某容器在取料过程中，在保护杯起作用的情况下，是可以保证临界安全的，从而解决了该厂核燃料生产中，某容器取料过程的核临界安全问题。     

Analysis of a grating metal structure with broad back-scatteringfield pattern for applications in vehicle collision avoidancesystem

In this paper, grating metal structures with broad and flat back-scattering field patterns are studied for possible applications in a vehicle collision avoidance system. The two-dimensional TE scattering of a planar grating structure and a curved grating structure are analyzed at a frequency of 77 GHz. For the planar structure, the method of moments and Floquet's theorem are used to solve the induced current and the resultant back-scattering field. Based on the results of the planar structure, the scattering field of the curved grating structure is obtained by using a perturbation method. The influence on the field pattern of the curvature as well as other structure parameters, such as the width and geometry of each period in the grating structure, is investigated     

Rapid Prototyping and Tooling of Custom-Made Tracheobronchial Stents

Rapid prototyping (RP) and rapid tooling (RT) techniques can be applied to the field of medicine primarily because of their ability to produce customised profiles and geometries in relatively short lead times. In this paper, the process by which these techniques can be applied for the production of customised tracheobronchial stents for the purpose of maintaining patency in an occluded respiratory tract is described. A comparison of RP systems was carried out to establish the preferred RP method to produce the master model. The vacuum casting RT process was then used to produce the stent.

柘溪水库泥沙淤积情况调查简介

通过对 1995年柘溪水库泥沙冲淤调查资料的分析 ,对比 196 3年建库时及 1974年库区泥沙冲淤情况 ,获得建库以来库区泥沙沉积率及其泥沙分布的关系曲线 ,可为已建或拟建的同类泥沙淤积分析提供参考。     

An embedded 0.8 V/480 /spl mu/W 6b/22 MHz flash ADC in 0.13-/spl mu/m digital CMOS process using a nonlinear double interpolation technique

For high-data-rate wireless communication, low-voltage baseband converters integrated with DSP in deep submicrometer processes are area- and power-efficient. Through careful architecture selections and circuit techniques, this paper demonstrates a low-voltage (0.8 V), low-power (480 /spl mu/W), 6-b/22-MHz flash-interpolation ADC which occupies 0.3 mm/sup 2/ and achieves 33 dB SNDR and 47 dB SFDR. The power efficiency of this converter is 0.6 pJ/conv-step which compares favorably with all published results. We also introduce a nonlinear double interpolation technique that enables the use of a 0.13-/spl mu/m standard digital CMOS process without special resistors.

含油蒸汽冷凝液除油中试技术研究

在实验室研究的基础上,建立了1套处理能力为1.0 m3/h的可再生吸附除油中试装置.利用该中试装置,在除油单元添加75 kg改性后的吸油材料,并使冷凝液以下流方式流经除油单元,控制进水流量为1.0 m3/h,进行了600 h的稳定运行试验.结果表明,除油单元对冷凝液中总有机碳(TOC)的去除率不低于85%,装置出水的电导率小于1.0 μS/cm,TOC质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,SiO2质量浓度小于18 μg/L,其水质完全符合二级脱盐水的质量要求.     

A novel methanol-tolerant Ir-Se chalcogenide electrocatalyst for oyxgen reduction

A novel methanol-tolerant oxygen-reduction catalyst, Iridium-selenium (Ir-Se) chalcogenide, was synthesized by chemical precipitation in an organic solvent. Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) analysis confirmed that the synthesized Ir-Se chalcogenide had a chemical formula of Ir₄Se. This chalcogenide showed strong catalytic activity towards the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and a high methanol tolerance. It was found that most of the oxygen could be directly reduced to water through a four-electron pathway with less than 10% hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) being produced during the ORR. The improvement in catalytic activity of the Ir-Se chalcogenide in comparison with that of pure Ir might be attributed to the effect of a bimetallic interaction.
