墓室壁画如何成为一部历史——读《永生之维——中国墓室壁画史》

本文通过对贺西林、李清采合著<永生之维-中国墓室壁画史>一书的评论,从学术史和学科建设的角度讨论了墓室壁画对于中国美术史写作的意义以及美术史材料、观念、方法的变化等问题.     

Influence of isothermal aging onσprecipitation in super duplex stainless steel

The time-temperature-transformation (TTT) curve of the 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N duplex stainless steel was obtained with a Formastot-digital thermal dilatometer,and the influence of isothermal aging on σ precipitation was studied by metallographic observation,X-ray diffraction (XRD),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that the decomposition of ferrite phase is accompanied by the formation of σ phase at 750-1000℃,especially in the range of 800-900℃.The longer the aging time,the higher the amount of σ precipitation.The area fraction of various phases remains at a certain value upon the completion of ferrite deformation.The temperature of 850℃ is the most sensitive transaction temperature,the incubation time for the formation of o precipitation is less than 1 min,and aging for 20 min leads to the complete transformation of ferrite.The o phase is formed preferentially at the α/α/γ junction,and then grows along the α/α boundary in the matrix.     

AM60镁合金方向盘骨架压铸充型过程数值模拟

利用仿真软件FLOW-3D,对镁合金汽车方向盘骨架进行模拟.使用正交实验分析方法确定了压射速度、模具温度、浇注温度改变时压铸件产生缺陷百分比的变化.进行多组正交试验后,在优化的工艺参数下,观察液态镁合金充型及凝固过程中流场和温度场的分布情况,预测缺陷出现的部位,以寻求最佳的工艺参数,从而使铸造工艺和模具的设计得到了优化.模拟结果表明：最优的压射速度应为2.34m/s,模具初温为220℃,浇注温度为700℃,能达到最佳充型效果.     

Characterization of stress corrosion crack growth of 304 stainless steel by electrochemical noise and scanning Kelvin probe

The fatigue pre-cracking 304 stainless steel (SS) specimens with lengths of 1.002 mm (L-crack) and 0.575 mm (S-crack) were prepared. Their corrosion behavior was studied by electrochemical noise (EN) in 4 mol/L NaCl + 0.01 mol/L Na2S2O3 solution under slow-strain-rate-testing (SSRT) conditions. Luminescent properties dependence of water-soluble CdTe quantum dots on stabilizing agents and reaction time

The influence of stabilizing agents and reaction time on the luminescent properties of water-soluble CdTe quantum dots (QDs) was discussed. The thioglycolic acid (TGA)-CdTe ODs were characterized by TEM, XRD and FTIR. It is found that larger-size QDs can be synthesized more easily when L-cysteine (Cys) or golutathione (GSH) is chosen as stabilizing agent and TGA is proper to prepare highly luminescent QDs because of the effect between Cd²⁺ and sulfhydryl group. Furthermore, the absorption wavelength, full width at half maximum (FWHM), stokes shift, photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield and PL stability of TGA-CdTe are strongly dependent on reaction time, in which the absorption wavelength changes against reaction time with an exponential function. The TGA-CdTe QDs prepared at 2 h possess more excellent luminescent properties.     

基于J2ME和J2EE的移动学习平台研究与设计

随着移动设备性能的不断提高,在移动设备上的应用也越来越广泛,移动学习正是随着移动信息技术发展而产生的一种新兴的学习方式。本文提出了基于J2ME和J2EE技术的移动学习平台的设计方案,这个平台采用J2ME技术作为客户端的实现技术以屏蔽移动设备间的巨大差异性,采用J2EE技术作为服务器端的实现技术以提供高效稳定的服务。     

浅析职教集团实训基地的建设

职教集团组建后,其实训基地具有资金充足、共享畅通、规模较大等得天独厚的优势,职业教育资源得到进一步优化和合理配置。本文从职教集团实训基地建设原则出发,并对职教集团实训基地的建设模式、管理模式和师资建设三方面做了初步探讨。     

晨静甲消毒液刺激性试验研究

目的：应用晨静甲消毒液对实验兔皮肤、阴道黏膜进行刺激试验,为其消毒液的生产和应用提供依据。方法：依据消毒技术规范（2002年版）进行一次破损皮肤刺激试验、多次皮肤刺激试验、阴道黏膜刺激试验。结果：实验兔一次破损皮肤刺激试验反应积分为0;多次皮肤刺激试验反应积分为0;阴道黏膜刺激试验反应积分为0。结论：在本试验条件下,该消毒液无刺激性。     

RS与FNN集成在焊接缺陷识别中应用

针对焊接图像缺陷识别中提取的特征受噪声干扰比较严重,以及现有的识别算法准确率低的问题,提出了一种粗糙集(RS)和模糊神经网络(FNN)集成的缺陷识别算法.首先使用模糊C-均值聚类算法对样本属性离散化,然后使用RS对离散化后的样本数据进行属性约简得到决策规则,并使用π函数根据聚类的中心和半径对属性进行模糊化,克服RS对噪声敏感问题;根据得到的精简模糊决策规则和模糊逻辑推理确定FNN的结构,使用依赖度和规则的条件覆盖度确定网络的初始参数,考虑到样本中数据的可信度问题,用加权代价函数调整模型参数.仿真实验表明,本算法解决了分类过程中样本数据受到噪声干扰引起的不确定性、FNN结构难以确定的问题,能有效地提高焊缝图像缺陷的识别能力.     

轧制对Mg-5Zn-3Nd合金组织及力学性能的影响

为研究铸态Mg-5Zn-3Nd镁合金在不同轧制变形量下组织和力学性能的变化,利用小型轧机对铸态Mg-5Zn-3Nd合金进行多道次轧制,并进行了微观组织观察和室温拉伸性能测试.结果表明：该镁合金在常温下可进行多道次轧制,但每道次之间要进行330℃×15min的退火处理,总变形量可达到66%;随总变形量的增加,轧制流线逐渐形成,晶粒的平均尺寸逐渐变小,在许多晶粒内部存在孪晶,在退火过程中发生再结晶.镁合金中Nd主要分布在晶界处的第二相中,并且第二相含Zn较高,材料的强度和塑性均随变形量的增大而增加,当总变形量达到50%以上时,材料的强度和塑性达到极值,抗拉强度为285MPa,屈服强度为279MPa,伸长率为7%.
