DIRECTIONAL COARSENING OF THE γ'-PHASE DURING COMPRESSION CREEP OF A SINGLE CRVSTAL NICKEL-BASE SUPERALLOY

对「００１」取向单晶镍基合金恒温恒载压缩蠕变不同时间的组织形貌进行了ＳＥＭ和ＴＥＭ观察表明：蠕变初期,两立方γ‘相沿平行于应力轴方向扩散相连定向生长成为条形筏结构;垂直通道中基体「００１」晶向共格应变量减小,应变能降低是合金元素定向扩散形成γ’相符结构的驱动力;压缩与拉伸蠕变相比较,γ’相形筏所需要的时间较长,应力较大。     

溅射LDZ125微晶涂层抗高温氧化行为

研究了镍基高温合金ＬＤＺ１２５溅射微晶涂层的氧化行为。微晶涂层仅由γ相组成,晶粒尺寸小于１００ｎｍ。微晶涂层在１０００℃的抗氧化性能比由γ,γ‘及碳化物组成的铸态合金有明显提高。     

IMPROVEMENT OF DUCTILITY AND TOUGHNESS OF Ni-RICH NiAl AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

In rapidly solidified Ni-34.6 at-% Al alloy,when the cooling the rate during solidificationreached the order of 10~6 K/s,the size of the microstructures,such as the grains andsubstructure of the martensite,decreased dramatically.The various kinds of interfaces withhigh density and homogeneous distribution resisted effectively the propagation of the cracksand resulted in localized plastic deformation ahead of the tips of microcracks.The ductilityand toughness at room temperature of the Ni-rich NiAl may be improved considerably.     

THREE-DIMENSIONAL TOPOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF Nd-Fe-B AND Pr-Fe-B PHASE DIAGRAMS

With the aid of 3-dimensional topological analysis methodology,relationships amongphage regions on the isothermal section of the Nd-Fe-B phase diagram at 1000℃ andthose on vertical sections of the Pr-Fe-B phase diagram passing through Pr_2 Fe_(14)B pointhave been re-discussed and modified.     

EFFECT OF NITROGEN ON MATRIX STRUCTURE OF GRAY CAST IRON

Effect of nitrogen on matrix structure of 3 different varieties of gray cast iron,i.e.,sub-eutectic Fe-C-Si,near-eutectic Fe-C-Si and Fe-C-Si-Mn,has been investigated.The eutectie colony structure of gray cast iron may be refined,the pearlite content increasedand the micro-hardness of pearlite and ferrite raised with an addition of nitrogen.The influ-ence of nitrogen on the transformation temperature of the equilibrium and non-equilibriumphases,as well as,the solution of nitrogen in ferrite and cementite seem to be the major rea-sons to strengthening the matrix structure of gray cast iron.
