高能球磨制备15% SiC/2009 Al复合材料的微观组织与断裂行为

利用高能球磨法制备了15％SiC／2009 Al复合材料。结果表明，基体合金内具有明显的位错胞与亚结构，平均品粒尺寸约为3～4μm。对复合材料挤压棒材分别在25，150，200，315，400℃下测试了拉伸力学性能：复合材料在150℃下还能保持较高的拉伸强度-断口形貌表明，在低温下孔洞首先在界面附近的基体合金内形成，而高温下孔洞可以在整个基体合金区域形成。     

Multiple sensors on pulsed eddy-current detection for 3-D subsurface crack assessment

This paper proposes the use of multiple sensors in pulsed eddy-current detection for three-dimensional (3-D) subsurface flaw imaging. A normalization technique has been proposed to eliminate the characteristic variation among the Hall devices used in the probe and lift off effects. A principal component analysis-based feature extraction that provides orthogonal information for multiple sensor fusion has been introduced and investigated. Using the features of multiple projection coefficients, 3-D surface flaws can be measured and reconstructed. The experimental tests have illustrated that the proposed method has delivered more defect information than the conventional peak value and time for pulsed eddy-current sensors.     

Instability of automotive air conditioning system with a variable displacement compressor. Part 2. Numerical simulation

A test system is built first in order to investigate the instability of the automotive air conditioning (AAC) system with a variable displacement compressor (VDC), and hunting phenomena caused by the large external disturbance in the AAC system with a VDC and a thermal expansion valve, and in the AAC system with a VDC and a fixed-area throttling device are investigated experimentally in part 1 of this paper. The experimental results indicate that there also exist the hunting phenomena in the AAC system with a fixed-area throttling device. The system stability is found to be dependent on the direction of the external disturbance, and the system is apt to cause hunting when the condensing pressure decreases excessively since it may cause two-phase state at the throttling device inlet and make a large disturbance to the system. The piston stroke length will oscillate only when the oscillation amplitudes of forces acting on the wobble plate are great enough, otherwise the piston stroke length will be kept invariable, and then the system instability rule is also suitable for the AAC system with a fixed displacement compressor. From the experimental results, it is concluded that the two-phase flow at the throttling device inlet or at the evaporator outlet is the necessary condition but not sufficient condition for system hunting. Finally, a new concept, conservative stable region, is proposed based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis.

内伸式接管补强结构应力分布特点

针对圆柱形压力容器内伸式接管补强结构，以DXF格式件为中介，用数学计算自动生成有限元计算模型的方法，进行了三维线弹性有限元应力分析，得到了内压圆柱壳内伸式接管补强结构的应力分布规律。结果表明，接管与简体相贯线最低处简体的内、外壁上的两点是内伸式接管补强结构的危险点，内伸长度的大小不影响内伸式接管补强结构的应力分布规律。分析结果为进行内伸式接管补强结构的设计提供了依据。
