目的 对钩体黄疸出血群赖株LipL4 1基因进行克隆、表达及鉴定。方法 采用高保真PCR ,从我国钩体黄疸出血群赖株基因组中扩增全长LipL4 1基因片段 ,并构建原核表达系统。结果 所克隆的LipL4 1基因核苷酸和氨基酸序列与已发表LipL4 1基因序列 (GenbankL4 6 794 )同源性分别为 96 2 5 %和 98 87% ;所表达的目的蛋白经Westernblot证实为具有良好免疫反应性的广谱抗原。结论 可作为研制基因工程疫苗的候选抗原 相似文献

为了考察长脂肪链酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱的性能,以硬脂酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、11-(3,4-二甲基-苯基)-硬脂酸甲酯、3-二甲胺基丙胺、1,3-丙磺酸内酯为原料,通过两步反应合成了3种长脂肪链酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱,并采用1HNMR及MS进行结构确认。通过表面张力、耐盐性、泡沫性能、油水界面张力性能测试,发现3种长脂肪链酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱均具有良好的表/界面活性、泡沫稳定性、乳化能力及耐盐性;长脂肪链中引入芳烷基增强了11-(3,4-二甲基-苯基)-十八烷基酰胺丙基-N,N-二甲基磺基甜菜碱(C18DAMSB)的表面活性,临界胶束浓度及表面张力分别为1.57×10-5 mol/L、28.98 mN/m,低于油酸酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱(UC18AMP3SB)及硬脂酸酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱(R18DMSA);UC18AMP3SB疏水链中的双键使其耐盐性由于优于C18DAMSB和R18DMSA。 相似文献

A new hybrid polymer electrolyte system based on chemical‐covalent polyether and siloxane phases is designed and prepared via the sol–gel approach and epoxide crosslinking. FT‐IR, 13C solid‐state NMR, and thermal analysis (differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and TGA) are used to characterize the structure of these hybrids. These hybrid films are immersed into the liquid electrolyte (1M LiClO4/propylene carbonate) to form plasticized polymer electrolytes. The effects of hybrid composition, liquid electrolyte content, and temperature on the ionic conductivity of hybrid electrolytes are investigated and discussed. DSC traces demonstrate the presence of two second‐order transitions for all the samples and show a significant change in the thermal events with the amount of absorbed LiClO4/PC content. TGA results indicate these hybrid networks with excellent thermal stability. The EDS‐0.5 sample with a 75 wt % liquid electrolyte exhibits the ionic conductivity of 5.3 × 10?3 S cm?1 at 95°C and 1.4 × 10?3 S cm?1 at 15°C, in which the film shows homogenous and good mechanical strength as well as good chemical stability. In the plot of ionic conductivity and composition for these hybrids containing 45 wt % liquid electrolyte, the conductivity shows a maximum value corresponding to the sample with the weight ratio of GPTMS/PEGDE of 0.1. The effects of three series of self‐synthesized poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)‐based low‐profile additives (LPAs), including PMMA, poly(methyl methacrylate‐co‐butyl acrylate), and poly(methyl methacrylate‐co‐butyl acrylate‐co‐maleic anhydride) with different chemical structures and MWs on the volume shrinkage characteristics and internal pigmentability for low‐shrink unsaturated polyester (UP) resins during curing were investigated by an integrated approach of static phase characteristics of the ternary styrene (ST)/UP/LPA system, reaction kinetics, cured‐sample morphology, microvoid formation, and property measurements. The relative volume fraction of microvoids generated during the cure was controlled by the stiffness of the UP resin used, the compatibility of the uncured ST/UP/LPA systems, and the glass‐transition temperature of the LPAs used. On the basis of the Takayanagi mechanical model, the LPA mechanism on volume shrinkage control, which accounted for phase separation and microvoid formation, and factors leading to both a good volume shrinkage control and acceptable internal pigmentability for the molded parts are discussed. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. PA 6 resin was produced in a hydrolytic‐polymeric process in which ε‐caprolactam was polymerized in the presence of water as initiator, isophthalic acid and benzoic acid as chain regulators, by polymerizing caprolactam in the presence of 7.5% by weight of water, 0.2% by weight of isophthalic acid, 0.1% by weight of benzoic acid, each percentage being based on caprolactam. By adding hindered piperidine amine and/or tertiary amine to the polymeric system, the effects of additives on the polymer were studied. The results showed that: the addition of 0.1 ~ 0.2% additives can improve the melt stability of polyamide 6; the addition of 0.2% additives can protect mechanical properties of polyamide 6 fibers after exposure to high temperature; and the addition of 0.05 ~ 0.25% additives can increase the amino end group content of polyamide 6 and thereby increase the dyeability of polyamide fibers. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. With superimposing a sine vibration of displacement on the extruding direction of a polymer melt, the characterization formula of the shear rate of a polymer melt within a capillary was set up. By making use of the experimental equipment of a constant velocity type dynamic rheometer of capillary (CVDRC) designed by the authors, the calculating steps of the shear rate of the polymer melt at the wall of the capillary under a vibration force field were established. Through measuring and analyzing the instantaneous data of capillary entry pressure, capillary volume rate, and their phase‐difference under the superimposed vibration, the polymer melt's shear rate at the wall of the capillary can thus be calculated. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The solid-liquid separation is an important operation for the regenerated slurry of dual-alkali FGD system, and calcium sulfite could predominate in particle aggregates of the slurry. The settling velocity of calcium sulfite particles is a key parameter for the solid-liquid separation design. However, the settling velocity predicted by Stokes' Law could be suitable only for a spherical aggregate, but not for the irregular one. In this work, fractal geometry was introduced in order to characterize highly irregular geometric shapes. The sizes of calcium sulfite particle aggregates were analyzed using a metallographic phase microscope and image analysis. The results showed that particle aggregates had fractal features. The fractal dimensions could reveal the characteristics of the aggregates' geometry and aggregation process. An exponential relation between the fractal dimension D2 and the particle size l was determined as AμlD2. According to fractal theory, a parameter can be used to modify Stokes settling velocity close to actual settling velocity. The results could be valuable for the design of solid-liquid separation processes. 相似文献
