原料酸卸车系统技术改进分析

分析了酸卸车系统存在的泵与管路的匹配、鹤管真空损失、酸腐蚀等技术问题，提出了鹤管的改进、卸车泵更新、真空系统水封、管路系统改进等保证真空能力的具体措施，实现了全自动、密闭卸车作业，最大限度地满足安全、快卸、底料少的要求。     

多孔粒状铵油炸药在边坡预裂爆破中的应用

通过工程实践，介绍了利用多孔粒状铵油炸药进行边坡预裂爆破的设计原理及施工工艺。该技术能确保预裂爆破质量。简化施工工序，大幅度降低爆破成本。技术经济指标优越。     

复合射孔枪枪身材料动态本构关系的试验研究

为确定复合射孔枪枪身材料32CrMo4钢在井下高温、高加载率工作环境下的动态性能,利用MTS试验机和分离式Hopkinson冲击压杆装置做了应变率为0.001、1000和3000/s,温度为294、373、473和573K的单轴动态压缩试验,得到32CrMo4钢各组温度及应变率下的流动应力-应变曲线。拟合得到该钢Johnson-Cook本构关系模型所需的5个参数,模型拟合曲线与试验曲线吻合。     

川东北三叠系飞仙关组鲕滩气藏有利储集层的形成与分布

川东北地区三叠系飞仙关组鲕滩气藏是近年四川盆地碳酸盐岩天然气勘探取得重大突破的领域，目前在中国石油探区内已发现罗家寨、渡口河、铁山坡等大中型气藏。对鲕滩气藏白云岩储集层进行岩心观察、显微薄片分析，并进行微量元素、流体包裹体、X衍射、阴极发光及电子探针等分析，结果表明，白云岩化和多期溶蚀是形成优质白云岩储集层的关键因素，混合云化与埋藏云化的叠加作用是形成孔隙性白云岩储集层的基本条件。飞仙关组鲕滩气藏储集层经历了4期溶蚀作用，即同生期溶蚀作用、浅埋期溶蚀作用、深埋期溶蚀作用和抬升期溶蚀作用，形成优质白云岩储集层的主要溶蚀作用是浅埋期和深埋期的溶蚀作用。优质白云岩储集层主要分布在台缘鲕粒滩相带，纵向与亮晶鲕粒灰岩呈韵律性互层，横向主要分布在鲕粒滩坝靠近漏湖-潮坪一侧。     

Shallow hydrogen-induced donor in monocrystalline silicon and quantum wires

Electrical and optical properties of bistable shallow donors in monocrystalline silicon, which are introduced by proton implantation followed by annealing at 450 °C, have been studied. The temperature dependences of equilibrium and non-equilibrium carrier concentration and relaxation kinetics were investigated. IR absorption lines of bistable shallow donor electronic excitations were detected. The obtained experimental data demonstrate that the bistable shallow donors can be identified as quantum wire defect nanoclusters.     

Experience with Siberian Centralized Dispatch Regulation regarding location determination of damages sustained by intersystem high-voltage transmission lines

A set of measures that can be implemented by the Relay-Protection and Automated-Equipment Service for Centralized Dispatch Regulation (CDR) in Siberia to determine the location of damage sustained by inter-system 550-and 220-kV transmission lines maintained by the United Power System (UPS) of Siberia, and the methodology and technology of damage-location determination (DLD) are described. The damage sustained by the 500-kV high-voltage lines (HL), and the accuracy of DLD relative to zero-sequence emergency parameters are analyzed statically. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 5, pp. 59–62, May, 2006.

Zero bias anomalies of transport characteristics of single-barrier GaAs/AlAs/GaAs heterostructures as a result of resonance tunneling between parallel two-dimensional electron gases and suppression of resonance tunneling in a magnetic field as a manifestation of the Coulomb gap in the tunnel density of states

Electron tunnel transport across single-barrier GaAs/AlAs/GaAs heterostructures is investigated. It is shown that “zero bias anomalies”—extrema in differential conductivity close to the zero bias—in the structures investigated are caused by resonance tunneling between parallel two-dimensional electron gases in enriched layers, which are formed from both sides of the barriers due to the presence of Si donor impurities in barriers. The suppression of resonance tunneling between parallel two-dimensional electron gases is found in narrow ranges close to the zero bias (tunnel gap) in a strong magnetic field parallel to the current direction only when a single Landau level is occupied for each of the two-dimensional electron gases. Suppression is induced by a Coulomb gap at the Fermi level in the tunnel density of states. This experiment originally revealed the manifestation of a Coulomb gap in tunneling between parallel two-dimensional electron gases with relatively low mobilities. For these electron gases, the influence of disorder or random potential fluctuations on the mechanism of formation of the tunnel gap is noticeable.     

重整增压氢纯度降低的原因及对策

分析中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司连续重整装置改造后增压氢纯度降低(由92%降至85%)的原因:①反应油气再接触罐温度较高(11～13℃);②重整催化剂酸性过强(催化剂中氯质量分数大于1.1%);③采样方法不对,影响了样品的真实性;压缩机入口过滤罐内有较多积液.采取相应对策:①再接触系统氨冷冻压缩机增容;②控制催化剂氯含量;③改进采样方式;④改造压缩机入过滤罐排液系统.     

Simulation of Economic Dynamics under Ecological Balance Conditions

A model of economic dynamics under stable ecological balance conditions is proposed. A methodology of construction of an optimal growth path is constructed for this model.
