顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇的合成

研究了顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇的合成新工艺。先用格氏试剂1-环己基溴化镁和环己酮反应制得环己醇,醇脱水后生成α-位取代的环己烯,最后用甲酸-过氧化氢氧化制得顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇。产物用元素分析、红外光谱与1H NMR进行了表征。产物熔点90~91℃,收率为29%。

随着TD-SCDMA成为我国通信行业标准,意味着3G时代即将到来,这给光网络的发展带来了新的挑战.光网络将在3个领域进行演进:高容量的光交换,超长途解决方案和基于ASTN的网状网网络架构.适合新的光网要求的光纤标准的细分促进了光纤的准确应用,光网需要不断演进,适应各种新的挑战.     

Thermal shock acoustic emission and microstructure of refractories I. High Alumina refractories (60–90% Al2O3)

Acoustic emission generated on thermal shocks makes it possible to investigate the processes of cracking that take place in high alumina refractories separately at heating and cooling stages, as well as on successive thermal shocks. It is dependent on the raw material type, technological process and the microstructure of products (i.e. number, size and shape of pores and cracks). The damage present after 20 thermal shocks in the material tested was illustrated by the microstructure examinations.     

Optical properties of amorphous carbon thin films prepared by plasma deposition in a graphite hollow cathode

Carbon films have been produced using a graphite hollow cathode and an r.f. plasma of hydrogen or hydrogen and argon. No hydrocarbon gas was used. The films were subjected to heat treatments up to 700 °C in air. The optical properties of the films were studied using Fourier transform IR, UV-visible, Raman, ellipsometry and photoluminescence techniques before and after the annealing. Films prepared without argon have a narrower band gap and a different photoluminescence response from films prepared with argon. The index of refraction was seen to have values between 1.7 and 2.2 depending on the preparation conditions. The optical band gap of the films was generally greater than 2 eV and the annealing process both increased the gap and reduced the density of states responsible for the large photoluminescence signal.

在简述工业硫酸生产过程中的基础上,探讨了实训中工业分析方法的选择与应用,以提高学生的综合职业能力、岗位适应能力和后继发展的能力。     

环缝错边容器的有限元分析与容限探讨

采用有限元方法对 1台封头与筒体具有较大错边量的容器进行了应力分析 ,得到了错边区域的应力分布状况 ,并对其进行应力强度评定。结果表明 ,该容器错边部位的应力是满足应力分析准则的。通过对存在不同错边量的容器进行应力分析 ,探讨了容器的错边容限 ,对含有错边缺陷在役容器是否合乎使用的判断具有一定指导意义     

错金工艺及对其运用的探讨

为了继承和发扬错金工艺，从其定义出发，探讨了该工艺在中国古代及国外的发展与应用以及笔者对该工艺的实验研究。针对在错金工艺实践过程中出现的问题，在查阅了相关的资料后，对传统错金工艺的实现方法提出了质疑。     

A new method for the determination of wax precipitation from non-diluted crude oils by fractional precipitation

Wax precipitation is one of the most important flow assurance problems. Unfortunately, experimental data are very scarce to confirm existing models for prediction of such precipitation problem. This work reports a new experimental method. Multistage fractional wax precipitation was carried out by decreasing the temperature of crude oil. No solvent dilution was used, so the effect of solvent on temperature wax precipitation was avoided. The reproducibility of the method was tested with comparable results. The precipitation curve and the wax appearance temperature were obtained for two crude oils with different chemical nature using the reported method.
