This paper reports and discusses composite interconnect materials that were modified from La0.7Ca0.3CrO3−δ (LCC) by addition of Re doped CeO2 (Re = Sm, Gd, Y) for improved conductivity at relative low temperatures. It is found that the addition of small amounts of RDC (ReO1.5 doped CeO2) into LCC dramatically increased the electrical conductivity. For the best system studied, LCC + 5 wt% SDC (Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9), LCC + 3 wt% GDC (Gd0.2Ce0.8O1.9) and LCC + 3 wt% YDC (Y0.2Ce0.8O1.9), the electrical conductivities reached 687.8, 124.6 and 104.8 S cm−1 at 800 °C in air, respectively. The electrical conductivities of the specimens, LCC + 3 wt% SDC, LCC + 1 wt% GDC and LCC + 2 wt% YDC in H2 at 800 °C were 7.1, 3.8 and 5.9 S cm−1, respectively. With the increase of RDC content, the relative density increased, indicating that RDC served as an effective sintering aid in enhancing the sinterability of the powders. The average coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) at 30–1000 °C in air increased with the increase of the RDC content. The oxygen permeation measurements indicated a negligible oxygen ionic conduction, indicating that the efficiency loss of a solid oxide fuel cell by permeation is negligible for the general cell design using LCC + RDC as interconnect. Therefore, the composite materials La0.7Ca0.3CrO3/20 mol% ReO1.5 doped CeO2 are very promising interconnecting ceramics for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). 相似文献

The radial basis functions (RBFs) is an efficient tool in multivariate approximation, but it usually suffers from an ill-conditioned interpolation matrix when interpolation points are very dense or irregularly spaced. The RBFs with variable shape parameters can usually improve the interpolation matrix condition number. In this paper a new shape parameter variation scheme is implemented. Comparison studies with the constant shaped RBF on convergence and stability are made. Results show that under the same accuracy level, the interpolation matrix condition number by our scheme grows much slower than that of the constant shaped RBF interpolation matrix with increase in the number of interpolation points. As an application example, the dual reciprocity method equipped with the new RBF is combined with the boundary face method to solve boundary value problems governed by Poisson equations. Fullerene bisadducts have emerged as promising electron‐accepting materials because of their ability to increase the open‐circuit voltage (VOC) of polymer solar cells (PSCs) due to their relatively high lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels. It should be noted that the as‐prepared fullerene bisadducts are in fact a mixture of isomers. Here, the effects of fullerene bisadduct regioisomers on photovoltaic performance are examined. The trans‐2, trans‐3, trans‐4, and e isomers of dihydronaphthyl‐based [60]fullerene bisadduct (NCBA) are isolated and used as acceptors for P3HT‐based PSCs. The four NCBA isomers exhibit different absorption spectra, electrochemical properties, and electron mobilities, leading to varying PCE values of 5.8, 6.3, 5.6, and 5.5%, respectively, which are higher than that based on an NCBA mixture (5.3%), suggesting the necessity to use the individual fullerene bisadduct isomer for high‐performance PSCs. 相似文献

提出一种参数化的拉延筋网格模型建模方法,在自主开发的有限元前处理软件中,建立了具有真实几何尺寸的半圆形、三角形拉延筋和拉深槛的网格模型,并提供了灵活的拉延筋布置手段。提出一种改进的全四边形网格加密方法,对成形过程中将会流过拉延筋区域的板料网格,以及可能与模具上曲率变化大的区域相接触的板料网格进行加密操作,以满足网格的适应性要求。提出一系列的网格拓扑清理模版,对加密后的网格进行拓扑清理操作,有效地提高了板料网格的质量。大量的算例证明所提出方法具有较高的精度和较强的工程实用性。 相似文献
