利用透射电子显微镜观察了铜在高纯净钢中的析出过程，发现早期析出阶段有类B2结构的亚稳相出现，分析了铜在高纯净钢中的析出贯序，研究结果对分析铜在高纯净钢中的时效强化机理具有重要意义。     

关于我国资源保障能力的若干思考

资源保障能力是一国综合国力判断的重要指标之一。本文首先界定了资源保障能力的涵义，然后分析了五个对资源保障能力比较重要的影响因素，即资源禀赋、经济发展水平、科学技术因素、政治因素和人们的资源观，最后得出几点我国提高资源保障能力的建议以供参考。     

基于网络的家电产品故障诊断系统研究

介绍了基于网络的家电产品故障诊断系统的硬件拓扑结构、软件平台及系统开发。系统在硬件上采用了多种网络平台搭建方式及综合连接技术，软件上采用了IDRS诊断模型和基于事例的最新诊断技术。这也是诊断研究和应用的新领域。     

The giant dispersion of critical currents in a superconductor with fractal clusters of a normal phase

The influence of fractal clusters of a normal phase on the dynamics of a magnetic flux trapped in a percolation superconductor is considered. The critical depinning current distribution and the current-voltage characteristics of fractal superconducting structures in the resistive state are determined for an arbitrary fractal dimension of the cluster boundaries. The interval of fractal dimensions is found in which the dispersion of critical currents exhibits unlimited growth. It is established that the fractality of clusters favors a decrease of the electric field arising during the magnetic flux motion, thus increasing the critical current value. The region featuring the giant dispersion of critical currents can be expected to provide for the maximum current-carrying capacity of a superconductor.     

Comparative Assessment of the Effect of Chemical and Radiation Factors on Workers and the General Public Resulting from the Salvaging of Nuclear-Powered Submarines

The results of observations performed over many years are used to make an assessment of the degree to which the concentration of chemical and radioactive substances escaping into the environment during salvaging of nuclear-powered submarines exceeds the admissable norms for workers at the main ship-repair facilities in Russia and for the general public in the surrounding territories. It is shown that the chemical substances are a determining factor in environmental contamination. Their content in the atmosphere and sea water exceeds the admissable norms near sources, on the territory of the enterprises, and (for individual indicators) at populated points. Under these conditions, the concentration of technogenic radionuclides does not exceed the admissable norms and its damaging effect on man is hundreds and thousands of times less than that of chemicals.     

空心微珠改性硬质聚氯乙烯复合材料的应用研究

经过改性的超细空心微珠可以作为填料加入到硬质聚氯乙烯（PVC－U）树脂中，同时改善PVC树脂的流变性、冲击性能和刚性等性能。研究结果表明，超细空心微珠加入到硬质PVC管材中，可以明显改善PVC硬管的加工流动性能，显著缩短塑化时间，降低最大扭矩。而超细空民微珠加入到硬质PVC板材时，可以提高PVC硬板的冲击性能，减小制品的收缩率，赋予PVC硬板优异的耐腐蚀性能，且产品的各项性能均符合PVC板材国家标准GB／T4454－96。     

Lipase‐catalyzed dynamic kinetic resolution of (R,S)‐fenoprofen thioester in isooctane

A lipase‐catalyzed enantioselective hydrolysis process under in situ racemization of the remaining (R)‐thioetser substrate with trioctylamine as the catalyst was developed for the production of (S)‐fenoprofen from (R,S)‐fenoprofen 2,2,2‐trifluoroethyl thioester in isooctane. Detailed investigations of trioctylamine concentration on the enzyme activation and the kinetic behavior of the thioester in racemization and enzymatic reactions were conducted, in which good agreement between the experimental data and theoretical results was observed. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry
