Ti-Al基合金中的Hall-Petch关系及影响因素分析

研究了全层片状组织Ti-Al基合金的室温拉伸性能与品团尺寸的关系。Ti-Al基合金的室温拉伸屈服强度和断裂强度与晶团尺寸成Hall-Petch关系。当合金中添加替代元素Cr和Nb时，其Hall-Petch斜率不变；而添加间隙元素C和B时，其Hall-Petch斜率增加。Ti-Al基合金的室温延伸率与晶团尺寸不满足Hall-Petch关系。     

铝合金时效-屈服强度的实验与模型化研究

以析出热力学、长大动力学及位错理论为基础，研究了铝合金在时效过程中盘／片状、棒／针状析出相尺寸、体积分数对时效合金强化效果的影响，从微观-宏观相结合的角度建立了具有盘／片状、棒／针状细小时效强化相铝合金的时效工艺-屈服强度量化模型，并通过513K温度下时效Al-Cu-Mg合金和463K温度下时效Al-Mg-Si合金的实验结果对模型进行了验证，取得了较满意的吻合结果，并对本模型的模拟精度与时效析出相参数之间的关系进行了讨论。     

AB INITIO CALCULATION OF THE ELASTIC AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF Al_3Sc COMPOUND

The ab initio method has been performed to explore the elastic and optical properties of Al3Sc compound, based on a plane wave pseudopotential method. It can be seen that the calculated equilibrium lattice parameter and elastic constants are in reasonable agreement with the previous experimental data. The elastic constants satisfy the requirement for mechanical stability in the cubic structure of the Al3Sc compound. The optical property calculations show that a strong absorptive peak exists from 0-15eV and a relative small absorptive peak exists around 30eV. The form is caused by the optical transitions between high s, p, and d bands, and the latter results from the optical transitions from high s, p, and d bands to the low 2p band.     

构树皮丙酮抽出物的DEAE—Sephadex分离及GC—MS分析

利用ＤＥＡＥ—Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ分离柱及ＧＣ—ＭＳ对构树皮丙酮抽出物 进行了分离和分析．在丙酮抽出物中中性组分占抽出物的５９．７％，弱酸性 组分和强酸性组分分别占２５．９％和１０．３％．中性组分中不皂化物占 ８９．２％，皂化物仅占８．４％．不皂化物的成分比较复杂，所检出的主要有 甾醇和甾酮类．皂化物中亚油酸占５０％，软脂酸占２１％．弱酸性组分中 ５０％以上是脂肪酸（亚油酸和软脂酸），而没有松香酸．

Analysis of junction temperatures in high-power GaN-based LEDs

We presented the analysis of the incomplete conduction in bonding medium in high power GaN-based light-emitting diode (LED) packages. A numerical study was carried out with parametric model to understand the junction temperature variation due to bonding medium defects. Transient thermal measurement was performed to evaluate LED’s junction temperature. Thermal resistance from chip to lead frame was 20 K/W in our sample LED. A novel shaft-less double suction mini pump

Experimental study on Ti+Nb bearing ultra-low carbon bake hardening sheet steel hot-rolled in the ferrite region
