都江堰的防洪安全与预警研究

都江堰枢纽区的防洪体系还不完善，白沙河的洪水未能得到控制，紫坪铺水库建成后十年一遇的洪水仍可能对都江堰主体工程造成危害。本文提出在旧鱼嘴电站的土坝以上修建杨柳湖旁侧水库，以确保都江堰枢纽区水利工程和文物景观的安全。从工程安全、水环境安全和水资源安全的角度出发，对防洪预警系统的建设提出了初步设想。     

Magnet-flux-ing control of interior PM Machine drives for improved steady-state response to short-circuit faults

This paper proposes a control method to the magnet flux in an interior permanent-magnet (IPM) motor following short-circuit-type faults in either the inverter drive or motor stator windings. Phase-based control is employed to implement the flux-ing-control method so that it is possible to take advantage of a zero-sequence current in order to minimize the current in the shorted phase. It is shown that phase-based control results in a smaller induced current than when employing a synchronous-frame dq0 current regulator. The induced torque is also less than that when employing a purposely commanded symmetrical short circuit in response to a short-circuit-type fault. In the paper, the complete magnet-flux-ing-control algorithm is derived with reference to the proposed phase-current-control method. The impact of controlling the zero-sequence current on the resulting phase currents is presented. Both simulation and experimental results are presented, verifying the operation of the proposed methods.

Low complexity iterative decoding for bit-interleaved coded modulation

Bit-interleaved coded modulation with iterative decoding (ID) is an effective scheme for both AWGN and fading channels because it simultaneously realizes large Euclidean distance and high diversity. In the literature, ID schemes with hard-decision feedback (HDF), as well as soft-decision feedback (SDF), have been investigated. While HDF/ID exhibits a performance inferior to SDF/ID, it is much simpler to implement. To enhance the performance of HDF/ID with moderate additional complexity, we propose a uniform soft-decision feedback ID (USF/ID) scheme. The proposed scheme is applicable in both single antenna and multiple antenna communication systems. The simulation results verify that it achieves impressive performance gain over HDF/ID and has a practically more attractive implementation than SDF/ID, especially for complexity-constrained wireless applications.     

基于子空间投影的干涉合成孔径雷达基线误差估计

针对干涉合成孔径雷达中存在的基线误差会严重影响高程测量的精度问题，提出了一种新的干涉合成孔径雷达基线及卫星平台高度误差估计方法。利用地面目标点的信息．通过子空间投影的方法估计精确的干涉相位进而得到估计的基线误差。该方法不需要迭代搜索，运算量小．估计精度较高．对解缠的干涉相位具有较高的稳健性．且对噪声具有良好的抑制作用。

由机械泵为前级泵,分子泵为主抽泵构成高真空系统,对高压开关管进行真空排气;由温度控制仪程序控制烘箱的升温和保温;通过充气系统对高压开关管进行充/放气来调节管内压力;用"高压开关管测试电源"进行"高压开关管"的高压动态老炼和性能检测.高压开关管排气台为多工位结构;空载时极限真空度优于5×10-6 Pa;烘烤温度为室温～600℃,连续可调,恒温精度优于±1%.

Web Discovery and Filtering Based on Textual Relevance Feedback Learning

We develop a new approach for Web information discovery and filtering. Our system, called WID, allows the user to specify long-term information needs by means of various topic profile specifications. An entire example page or an index page can be accepted as input for the discovery. It makes use of a simulated annealing algorithm to automatically explore new Web pages. Simulated annealing algorithms possess some favorable properties to fulfill the discovery objectives. Information retrieval techniques are adopted to evaluate the content-based relevance of each page being explored. The hyperlink information, in addition to the textual context, is considered in the relevance score evaluation of a Web page. WID allows users to provide three forms of the relevance feedback model, namely, the positive page feedback, the negative page feedback, and the positive keyword feedback. The system is domain independent and does not rely on any prior knowledge or information about the Web content. Extensive experiments have been conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the discovery performance achieved by WID.
