In-situ composite Cu-Cr contact cables with high strength and high conductivity

In order to develop a new type of contact cable with high strength and high electrical conductivity, Cu-Cr alloy series were selected as materials and Cu-Cr alloy castings were produced by means of directional solidification continuous casting (DSCC) process. The results show that the fibrillar strengthening phase, 13-Cr, orderly arranges among the copper matrix phase along the wire direction; and a microstructure of in-situ composite forms, which retains the basic property of good conductivity of the copper matrix and meanwhile obtains the strengthening effect of [3-Cr phase. The production technology as well as the mechanical property, electrical property, and synthetic property of the in-situ composite contact cables was discussed.     

三峡地下电站变顶高尾水洞水动力特性

在国内首次应用模型水轮发电机组对三峡地下电站变顶高尾水洞方案进行水力过渡过程试验研究。对水轮机导叶实行分段关闭 ,并求出了二段关闭的最佳拐点 ,试验证实了二段关闭对减小尾水管进口的负压和机组转速上升有明显的作用。通过有关水力参数的测试 ,认为变顶高尾水洞可以满足各项技术要求 ,是一个减少山体开挖、节省投资的新型设计方案。在地下电站中具有广泛的应用前景     

基于混沌电路的一种混合噪声调制雷达引信

提出了一种基于混沌电路的随机脉位调制（RPPM）和随机二相码调相（RBCPM）混合调制的雷达引信系统。介绍了该引信波形的数学模型，平均模型函数及引信的实现框图和工作原理，研究了基于混沌电路的混合调制信号的产生方法，这种引信波形不仅具有结构简单和易于处理等特点，而且具有良好的测距和测速性能，以及极低的截获概率和很强的抗干扰特性。     

基于一类T-模的模糊Hopfield网络的稳定性分析

本文建立了基于一类T-模的一种动态模糊神经网络-(∨,T)Hopfield网.文章首先证明了系统本身的稳定性及系统平衡态的Lyapunov稳定性,然后建立了吸引子的一个非平凡吸引域,使系统具有良好的容错性.最后,通过例子验证了得到的结论.     

Laboratory study of property-modified prebaked carbon anode and application in large aluminum electrolysis cells

A kind of complex additive mainly containing Al, Mg, F, and O was prepared. The synthetical performances of the property-modified prebaked anodes containing additives were tested in laboratory. On the basis of ideal testing results obtained, a large number of industrial prebaked property-modified anodes are prepared in a large-scale aluminum company. Further more, they are all used in 160 kA prebaked anode aluminum electrolysis cells. The statistic result show that, compared with common anodes, the property-modified ones enhance current by 11.6 kg per ton aluminum averagely.     

Effect of Tongmai Decoction on expression of NF-κB in ox-LDL injured endothelial cells

Objective Study on the effect of NF-κB in ox-LDL injured HUVEC-304 and the intervention with the serum of Tongmai Decoction. Methods Tongmai Decoction herbage-contained serum was made by the serum pharmacology methods, then the HUVEC-304 cells were divided into 5 groups and incubated for 24 h: 1) normal group;2) fetal calf serum group; 3) ox-LDL group; 4) simvastatin group; 5) Tongmai Decoction group. RT-PCR was used to determine the mRNA of NF-κB in the cells, Western Blot Assay was used to determine the protein content of NF-κB in the cells. Results 1) Compared with the cells in normal group and serum control group , the endothelial cells in ox-LDL group are seriously injured, while those in Tongmai Decoction group grow better; 2) Compared with the cells in normal group and fetal calf serum group, the expressions of NF-κB gene and protein are up-regulated in ox-LDL group(P＜0.05, P＜0.01); 3) Compared with the cells in ox-LDL group, the expression of NF-κB gene and protein in Tongmai Decoction group are significantly down-regulated, there is no difference between Tongmai Decoction group and simvastatin group(P＞0.05). Conclusion Tongmai Decoction can protect the injured endothelial cells, up-regulate the expressions of NF-κB gene and protein content.

炉衬产生的氧对真空钢液脱氮的动力学影响

采用 99.99%氧化镁砂捣打炉衬的 2 0kg真空感应炉 ,研究了超低碳钢熔炼时炉衬产生的氧对真空钢液脱氮的影响。试验结果表明 :钢液中氧含量在 1 2 0× 1 0 - 6 时 ,脱氮的限制性环节是界面化学反应 ;随炉衬中氧的逸出 ,当钢液中氧含量在 5 1 0×1 0 - 6 时 ,真空钢液脱氮处于界面化学反应和液相边界层扩散控制的边缘区域 ,脱氮速率降低     

In-Situ observation on microfracture behavior ahead of the crack tip in 63Sn37Pb solder alloy

in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) tensile tests on as-cast and aged 63Sn37Pb solder alloys were conducted, and the fracture behavior in nanometer scale ahead of the crack tip was inspected and discussed. Results show that the fracture was completed by connecting the discontinuous cracks or voids. Dislocation behavior was concentrated along the grain boundaries for as-cast samples, and displayed mainly as dislocation climb. The crack was intergranular dominated under the lower strain rate. While remarkable mutual dislocation emission was detected in the aged solder. Transgranular cracks were dominant in the fractured area, and they propagated by linking up with the nanometer scale cracks ahead of the crack tips under the effective promotion of the inverse dislocation emission. At the same time, the partial interphase or intergranular cracks in the thinned area were also found. Under this condition, a new critical stress intensity factor K _c ^′ to define the mutual dislocation emission was proposed.
