浅谈工程项目管理的若干问题

随着我国社会经济的发展,人们对建筑的质量要求越来越高,建筑工程项目管理的作用也越来越大,其对保证建筑工程的实施和质量有着十分重要的意义。通过分析建筑项目管理工作的作用和具体内容,提出了改善和创新的方法和措施,以供相关单位借鉴和参考。     

Preparation and protein adsorption of hydrogel polysucrose microspheres

A series of novel hydrogel polysucrose microspheres with the mean size ranging from 200 to 500 μm were prepared via two‐step method. First, soluble polysucrose was synthesized by solution polymerization between sucrose and epichlorohydrin; second, a reversed phase suspension crosslinking reaction was performed to prepare polysucrose microspheres. The SEM images indicated that these spherical beads had smooth surface and hydrogel interior structure. FTIR was used to characterize the chemical structure of the beads. The hydrated and dry densities, equilibrium water content, and hydroxyl content of polysucrose microspheres were also investigated. The characteristic of high hydroxyl content (15.48–19.04 mmol/g) make these microspheres suitable for protein adsorption. Meanwhile, bovine serum albumin was used to examine the adsorption capacity of the microspheres. These microspheres had a capacity as high as 49.28 mg/g. 鄂东Ca基蒙脱土制备大孔复合材料的研究

本文对提纯钠化鄂东钙基蒙脱土所得的钠基型蒙脱土(d001=1.28 nm)进行柱撑,并对柱撑产品进行焙烧.运用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DSC和TEM分析等对焙烧的钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料(Ti-PILCs)进行表征.分析表明:用钛酸正丁酯柱撑蒙脱石可以得到层间距d001值为3.73nm,比表面积为409.1 m2/g的大孔结构的Ti-PILCs,经干燥焙烧后热稳定性超过900℃.     

基于链接关系分析的PgaeRank改进算法研究

经典的PageRank算法对所有出链网页采用平均分配链出权值的策略,这种方式会导致网页PR值计算的不准确性。通过对链出网页的重要性进行分析,优化链出权值的分配策略,实验结果表明,改进的PageRank算法使得页面排序的结果更加优化。     

计算机专业英语教学方法研究

计算机专业英语的教学质量与学生是否能够顺利从事IT行业的工作有着紧密的联系。针对计算机专业英语的课程性质对该课程的教学方法进行了研究。总结了计算机专业英语的特点,分析了教学现状,在此基础上,以化解学习难点和培养自主学习能力为目标,提出了教学方法的改进措施,这些措施能有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量。     

PPO/PA合金的研制

比较了三条技术路线、PPO／PA质量比、各种抗冲击剂对PPO／PA合金性能的影响。应用FTIR．Molau实验、DSC曲线证实了改性反应原理及增容作用。结果表明：在双螺杆挤出机中，聚苯醚(PPO)与马来酸酐(MAH)接枝反应，然后与聚酰胺(PA66)、SEBS挤出共混，制成的PPO／PA合金，抗冲击性能高。     

纳米氧化镧的制备

以氯化镧水溶液为原料，通过水解和热处理制备出纳米氧化镧粉体。研究了反应温度、反应物浓度、分散剂和煅烧温度对纳米氧化镧原始粒径、比表面积和团聚现象的影响。利用BET、TEM和XRD等技术对纳米氧化镧粉体进行表征。XRD、DSC和TG表明，氢氧化镧在。750℃下煅烧2小时，完全转化为纳米氧化镧；BET结果说明，当热处理温度超过800℃时，纳米氧化镧粒子快速增大，比表面积急剧下降。TEM显示，反应温度和反应浓度是影响纳米氧化镧的原始粒径的重要因素，反应温度升高，平均原始粒径逐渐增大：反应浓度增加，平均原始粒径下降，团聚现象加剧。通过加入聚乙二醇可有效减轻纳米氧化镧的团聚现象。     

Adsorption of benzoic acid by CTAB exchanged montmorillonite

This paper reports the adsorption of benzoic acid from water on cetyl trimethylammonium exchanged montmorillonite (CTAB-montmorillonite). Important factors are the adsorbent concentration, ionic strength, equilibrium time and pH. The largest adsorption is at pH 9. The adsorption kinetics data fitted the pseudo-second-order equation. The adsorption isotherms at different pH were linear indicating a partition mechanism. Up to about 61% of the dissolved benzoic acid was adsorbed by CTAB-montmorillonite. These results indicate that CTAB-montmorillonite is a potential adsorbent for benzoic acid.     

4-乙基-2,3-双氧哌嗪酰氯的提取及分析

用双-三氯甲基碳酸酯(三光气)代替光气和4-乙基-2,3-双氧哌嗪发生酰氯化反应制备哌嗪酰氯(EOCP),反应液用硅醚提取,得到产品4-乙基-2,3-双氧哌嗪.反应收率可达92.28%,产品纯度为82.49%.     

Graft polymerization of acrylic acid onto polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven initiated by low temperature plasma

Graft copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) onto polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) nonwoven initiated by low temperature plasma was studied. The effects of various conditions on graft reaction and the grafting rate were investigated. SEM images showed that PPS nonwoven was grafted, and the graft copolymerization only occurred on the surface of PPS. It may be due to the chain transference going with the graft copolymerization. It was found that with the increasing of plasma power, treatment time, space between electrodes, monomer concentration, and temperature of graft polymerization, the grafting rate increased at first, went to the top, and then decreased. The PPS nonwoven surface graft reaction could be optimized by the following processing conditions: 120 s of plasma treatment time, 50 W of plasma power, 1.5 cm of space between electrodes, 30% (w/w) of monomer concentration, and 50°C of temperature of graft polymerization. Measurement of XPS showed that the peak of C1s of graft polyacrylic acid was existed, and the peak area increased with the increase of the grafting rate. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
