Ultrasonic-thermostatic-assisted cloud point extraction coupled to high-performance liquid chromatography for the analysis of adrenalines residues in milk

A novel approach, ultrasonic-thermostatic-assisted cloud point extraction (US-CPE) combined with high-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detection, is developed for the analysis of adrenalines (beclometasone dipropionate, hydrocortisone butyrate and nandrolone phenylpropionate) in milk samples. It is based on the induction of micellar organized medium by using a non-ionic surfactant TMN-6 (polyether-type organic silicon surfactant; structure: (CH₃)3C(CH₂)8(OC₂H₄)XOH; average of X = 6) to extract the target adrenalines. In this experiment, phase diagrams were used to study the cavitation and mass transfer behaviors of the two phases on micelles of TMN-6. The main advantages of this system were that it had no ultraviolet absorption and had higher extraction efficiency. In addition, the phase diagram of US-CPE was determined contrast with ultrasonic-thermostatic-cloud point system. The effects of other operating parameters, e.g., concentration of salt and centrifugation time on extraction of US-CPE system, have also been studied in detail.

非线性系统非平稳随机响应矩计算的Newmark递推算法

利用Ｎｅｗｍａｒｋ离散化格式，结合时变等价线性化步骤，导出了计算非线性系统受白噪声和非白噪声随机激励作用下非平稳响应协方差矩阵的递推算法。该算法计算步骤简单，易于在计算机上实现，计算效率高。算例表明，其所得计算结果和ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ模拟结果符合较好。

通过对不伸顶通气的排水立管的各种自循环通气模式进行通水能力的测试,总结了排水立管自循环通气的设计要点及基本特征.并针对在《建筑给水排水设计规范》(GB 50015-2003)建议提出有关条文修订设想,将测试成果纳入规范.     

One-mask process for silicon accelerometers on Pyrex glass utilising notching effect in inductively coupled plasma DRIE

A one-mask process technology is proposed to fabricate silicon capacitive accelerometers using comb drive structures. A doped silicon wafer is anodically bonded on Pyrex glass substrate. High aspect ratio silicon accelerometer structures are micromachined using deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) and released from the glass substrate by further DRIE due to its notching effect.     

人类X染色体Xp21．3－11．3区YAC重叠群的构建

人类Ｘ染色体短臂２１．３—１１．３区是含有视网膜色素变性等数种遗传病基因位点的区域。我们对这个具有重要医学生物学意义的区段进行了ＹＡＣ重叠群构建。用这一区域已知的探针（ＯＴＣ、ＤＸＳ１６６、ＤＭＤｃＤＮＡ）及ＳＴＳ位标，以ＹＡＣ菌落原位杂交法及ＰＣＲ法进行了ＹＡＣ的筛选；也采用了法国ＣＥＰＨ和英国ＩＣＲＦ的部分ＹＡＣ；总共得到了５５个阳性ＹＡＣ。对上述ＹＡＣ进行了长度测定，２６对微卫星ＳＴＳ图谱分析，单拷贝探针的杂交定位，Ａｌｕ－ＰＣＲ指纹图谱分析。综合上述信息，对这些ＹＡＣ进行了排序，在Ｘｐ２１．３－１１．３区得到了６个０ＹＡＣ重叠群，覆盖了约１５Ｍｂ的范围。这些ＹＡＣ重叠群的构建为开展该区域疾病基因的定位克隆（Ｐｏｓｉｔｉｏｎａｌｃｌｏｎｉｎｇ）及ＤＮＡ顺序测定奠定了基础。
