Self healing capacity of asphalt binders

To test self healing capability of asphalt binders,three asphalt specimens(pure asphalt,modified asphalt and aged asphalt) were prepared.Every specimen was tested by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR).The temperature sweeps result indicates that both aging and SBS modifying influence the self healing capability of asphalt binder.The fatigue-heal-fatigue test was introduced to study the self healing capability of asphalt in its serving periods.Furthermore,three different periods(0.5 h,1 h,3 h) were set up to study the influence of rest time on fatigue time.It is concluded that longer rest time,less load will delay the appearance of cracks and extend the service life of asphalt binders.     

大标记集汉语字(词)Markov 语言模型的建立

给出了一种基于快速排序和归并排序的高阶汉语大标记集Ｍａｒｋｏｖ统计语言模型的统计算法，并对算法的时间复杂性和空间复杂性进行了分析。依据这种统计算法，设计实现了一个汉语字（词）概率统计系统。通过对上千万字的汉语语料的统计，建立起了汉语字（词）一元、二元和三元Ｍａｒｋｏｖ模型，并对统计结果进行了分析。

SGZ800型刮板输送机中部槽使用寿命及结构强度研究

以SGZ800型刮板输送机为研究对象,对其中部槽的结构性能进行仿真研究,从理论方面得出此结构能满足设备使用需求,找到了中部槽的结构强度变化规律.在为期18个月的工业试验中,进一步验证了所设计中部槽的可靠性,此研究对提高中部槽的结构质量意义重大,也可为其他部件的设计研究提供重要参考.     

树脂基复合材料汽车构件的研制

以复合材料汽车引擎盖和一款节能赛车的车身为研究对象,探索了模具制造新工艺、新材料的选用以及无模快速成型新技术.在复合材料汽车引擎盖的研制中,利用电镀工艺制得了具有镜面效果的低成本复合材料成型模具,并使用强芯毡作为芯层材料,采用真空导流工艺制备出了高质量的汽车复合材料引擎盖,和金属引擎盖相比,具有明显的减重效果;在节能赛车车身研制过程中,利用无模快速成型技术减少了复合材料构件研制周期,降低研制费用,并制得了高性能的赛车车身.

End cracking during one-sided submerged-arc welding

Abstract

The mechanical behaviour of end cracking during one-sided SAW was computer-simulated by thermal elastic analysis with the introduction of a dummy element. Experiments on small sized specimens and on-site large specimens have been carried out. The rotational deformation, the mechanism of formation of the end cracking and factors affecting it were investigated. It was concluded that for preventing the formation of end cracks, the end opening displacement and the rate of end opening should be reduced as far as possible. Theoretical analysis and on-site large specimen experiments showed that end cracking can be effectively prevented only if the arrangement of tack welds over the weld end is appropriate, and the stiffness and restraint of slit tab plate are moderate. By the aid of the above mentioned study, end cracking was successfully avoided in over 130 specimens of 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20mm thickness with weld length more than 1000m.     

应用浅池理论与聚结技术改进油田污水处理系统

通过对油田污水处理系统各级污水处理设备的分析,发现了撇油罐是影响外排水质量的主要因素,进而对撇油罐结构、原理及工艺过程进行了分析,找出了影响撇油罐除油效率的主要原因,将浅池理论与聚结技术相结合,并考虑流体变化因素,将撇油罐进料整流板改造为侧向波纹板聚结分离器,同时将清水槽固定堰板改造为可调活动堰板,改造后效果良好,配合其它污水处理设施,将外排生产水OIW(水中含油量)降至20 mg·L-1以下,达到了海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值(GB4914-2008)中的一级海域排放标准,环保效益与社会经济效益显著.     

Novel method for driving the ultrasonic motor

This paper reports a novel driving method for an annular plate-type ultrasonic motor. Instead of the direct current/alternating current (DC/AC) converter type driver using a conventional electromagnetic transformer, a compact disc-type piezoelectric transformer is used to obtain a high voltage output for driving the ultrasonic motor. The piezoelectric transformer is operated in the radial vibration mode at resonance frequency close to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic motor. Later, it was found that the piezoelectric transformer could drive the ultrasonic motor, even if their resonance frequencies are not exactly the same by incorporating a matching network in the circuit. The maximum speed of the ultrasonic motor obtained by using this driving method is over 300 rpm. It is believed that the results of this study will have impact on the integration and miniaturization of the ultrasonic motor and its driving circuit.
