This paper reports a novel driving method for an annular plate-type ultrasonic motor. Instead of the direct current/alternating current (DC/AC) converter type driver using a conventional electromagnetic transformer, a compact disc-type piezoelectric transformer is used to obtain a high voltage output for driving the ultrasonic motor. The piezoelectric transformer is operated in the radial vibration mode at resonance frequency close to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic motor. Later, it was found that the piezoelectric transformer could drive the ultrasonic motor, even if their resonance frequencies are not exactly the same by incorporating a matching network in the circuit. The maximum speed of the ultrasonic motor obtained by using this driving method is over 300 rpm. It is believed that the results of this study will have impact on the integration and miniaturization of the ultrasonic motor and its driving circuit. 相似文献

Compact structure and flexibility is normally considered as a pair of incompatible characteristics for legged microrobots. Most robots choose complex structure of multi-joint legs to attain the flexibility, while some microrobots have poor flexibility for miniaturization. To attain a microrobot with both compact structure and flexible locomotion, we designed a novel type of biomimetic locomotion employing ionic conducting polymer film (ICPF) actuators as one-DOF legs. We developed several prototype microrobots using this locomotion. In this paper, a microrobot using this biomimetic locomotion, named Walker-3, utilizing six ICPF actuators with two-DOF motion is developed. It is 30 mm in length, 55 mm in width and 8 mm in height (in static state). Experimental results indicate that Walker-3 can attain 6 mm/s of walking speed and 7.1 deg/s of rotating speed and climb on a 30° ascent at a speed of 0.5 mm/s with control signal of 10 V, 0.5 Hz. It is also suitable for uncertain terrain, such as climbing on a stairs less than 2 mm high and striding over a pit less than 5 mm wide. It has better flexibility, balance and load ability than its predecessors. We compared it with some legged microrobots and the result shows a microrobot with this biomimetic locomotion can have both compact structure and multi DOF locomotion. 相似文献

The preparation of hydrogen peroxide from anthrahydroquinone by reactive extraction was investigated. The integration process
of oxidation of anthrahydroquinone by air and extraction of hydrogen peroxide from the organic phase with water was carried
out in a sieve plate column under pressure. The conversion of anthrahydroquinone increased with increasing pressure resulting
in an increase of hydrogen peroxide concentration in the aqueous phase. However, no change in extraction efficiency of hydrogen
peroxide was observed. A mathematical model for gas-liquid-liquid reactive extraction was established. In themodel, the effects
of pressure and gas superficial velocity on reaction were considered.With increasing gas superficial velocity, the conversion
of anthrahydroquinone increased, and the fraction of hydrogen peroxide extracted reached a plateau with a maximum of 72.94%.
However, both the conversion of anthrahydroquinone and the fraction of hydrogen peroxide extracted decreased with increasing
organic phase superficial velocity.

为探究云南引种美国山核桃品种之间的品质差异,为其深加工和品种选育奠定理论基础,选择9个有代表性的美国山核桃品种,测定其种仁的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、维生素E、微量元素含量和脂肪酸组成,并对各指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:9个品种的美国山核桃种仁粗蛋白质含量在437~7.96 g/100 g之间,平均值为5.88 g/100 g;粗脂肪含量在53.21%~74.91%之间,平均值为65.90%;维生素E含量在0.89~1.22 mg/g之间,平均值为1.04 mg/g;9个品种美国山核桃种仁Zn、Fe、Ca含量平均值分别为0.068、0.118、0.514 mg/g,Pb含量平均值为0.115 μg/g,低于国标限值;9个品种美国山核桃种仁脂肪酸组成基本一致,主要为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚麻酸等;相关性分析表明各指标间均存在不同程度的正相关或负相关。不同品种美国山核桃在基本营养成分、脂肪酸组成及微量元素含量方面各有侧重,在精深加工过程中需要根据成品、配料、加工工艺等有针对性地选择,在品种培育方面,也可以根据各品种特点进行定向培养。 相似文献

LabVIEW是虚拟仪器中的一种图形化编程语言,不但能够完成一半的数学运算与逻辑运算和输入输出功能,还带有专门用于数据采集和仪器控制的库函数和开发工具,以及专业的数学分析程序包,基本上可以满足复杂的工程计算和分析要求.由电网电压波动引起的照明灯光闪烁现象,即闪变,给人们的日常工作和生活带来了许多不便.为了统一国际上闪变测试方法与评价标准,国际电工委员会(IEC)制定了闪变仪的测试功能和设计规范.采用低级通用的运算模式,分析了IEC闪变仪灯-眼-脑环节各部分的输入输出信号.根据IEC制定的闪变仪的设计规则,利用LabVIEW建立了数字式闪变仪灯-眼-脑环节的模型,使之能对电压数字信号进行分析处理,得到电压瞬时闪变视感度.仿真结果验证了用灯-眼-脑传递函数形式来逼近视感度系数,能够得到正确的结果. 相似文献
