VoIP电话的安全问题及防护措施

VoIP电话是综合了传统电信技术与计算机网络技术的一种新型应用。VoIP电话在传输时将信号压缩后封装成IP包，在IP网络上传输，这种传输方式存在着各种安全隐患。讨论了VoIP电话多种可能存在的安全问题，并就这些安全问题作了详细的分析，同时提出了防护措施，以最大限度地保障VoIP电话的安全。     

Fermi-Level Pinning in Nanocrystal Memories

The nanocrystal (NC) work-function engineering, which plays an important role on the NC memory characteristics such as memory window and retention time, were long regarded as a matter of choice on NC materials. In this letter, we report opposite polarities of charge storage in Au NC memories with different control oxides. The effective NC work function is found to be not only a bulk property of the NC, but also governed by the interface with surrounding dielectric, as a result of the Fermi-level pinning. By replacing Au NCs with C₆₀ molecules, we also show the pinning effect generally exists at quantum-dot-based devices with high density of interface states. This fundamental interface property should be taken into account in the selection of NC and dielectric materials for the NC memory optimization     

Transient Charging and Discharging Behaviors of Border Traps in the Dual-Layer HfO2/SiO2 High- κ Gate Stack Observed by Using Low-Frequency Charge Pumping Method

Transient charging and discharging of border traps in the dual-layer HfO₂/SiO₂ high-kappa gate stack have been extensively studied by the low-frequency charge pumping method with various input pulse waveforms. It has been demonstrated that the exchange of charge carriers mainly occurs through the direct tunneling between the Si conduction band states and border traps in the HfO₂ high-kappa dielectric within the transient charging and discharging stages in one pulse cycle. Moreover, the transient charging and discharging behaviors could be observed in the time scale of 10^-8- 10^-4 s and well described by the charge trapping/detrapping model with dispersive capture/emission time constants used in static positive bias stress. Finally, the frequency and voltage dependencies of the border trap area density could also be transformed into the spatial and energetic distribution of border traps as a smoothed 3-D mesh profiling

Composition Design for High C3S Cement Clinker and Its Mineral Formation

A new composition of Portland cement clinker was studied, in which KH, SM and IM was 0.98,2.4 and 2.4 respectively as well as its meal added 1%CuO （in mass）. Fired at 1 200℃,1 350℃,1 400℃ and 1 450℃ for 30 min, the resultant mineral phases component and mineral morphology were analyzed. The performances of the cement which was made of clinker burned at 1 450℃ and fly ash were determined. By means of QXRD, XRD and optical microscopy, it is shown that the clinker burnt at 1 450℃ has the larger size crystals and distinct crystal interface, in which the C3S content is 73.37% and the mineral phases is dominantly C3S, following by minor C2S, C3A and tetracalcium aluminoferrite. The results reveal that a new type of high C3S content clinker can completely be made by traditional temperature-time schedule. The performances of the cement produced from this clinker with addtion of 50% fly ash and 5% gupsum were in agreement with the 32.5 strength grade of Portland fly-ash cement. The results also show that the clinker has a significant effect of saving energy and utilizing waste slag.     

PLC在垃圾处理工艺上的应用

针对垃圾处理的工艺特点及技术要求,基于PLC可编程控制器技术实现了生产过程中垃圾分选、制肥车间和堆肥车间运行情况监控的自动化系统,讨论了由现场级、PLC控制级和监控级三层结构组成的自动化控制系统的结构、功能和控制方法.用顺序控制逻辑、OPC 通讯模式实现了三个车间监控的目标.所完成的系统成功应用于锦州垃圾处理厂的生产流程中,实现了垃圾处理过程的实时监控、垃圾分选的顺序控制和联锁逻辑等功能,取得了明显的应用成效.     

基于IMM的光电经纬仪机动目标跟踪优化算法

提出一种简化交互多模型算法(IMM)与去偏转换测量卡尔曼滤波算法(CMKF-D)相结合的机动目标跟踪优化算法。该算法通过机动检测判别函数D(k)与门限T的关系,自适应调整CMKF-D的部分参数,解决了常规交互多模算法需要大量先验知识的问题,同时克服了扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)对非线性模型线性化所引入的误差。仿真实验验证了该算法的有效性。利用该算法可显著改善基于非线性测量方程下光电经纬仪对机动目标的跟踪性能,其位置跟踪误差小于1.5m,速度误差小于1.5 m/s,加速度误差小于0.7 m/s2。     

用数码相机测量斜拉桥拉索模型的变形

结合数字近景摄影测量技术的优点及斜拉桥拉索变形的特点,利用普通数码相机对斜拉桥拉索模型的变形进行非接触式测量。考虑到相机光学畸变的直接线性变换,在确定变形平面的基础上,利用单张相片求解目标点物方三维坐标。介绍了实验的整个过程,包括控制点布设、相片拍摄、参数求解、变形平面确定、拉索上目标点变形值计算等。通过对已知点检验证明了用本文方法得到的变形测量精度能满足对桥梁模型进行分析研究的要求。     

润扬区域旅游一体化问题及进程研究

区域旅游是地区旅游业发展进程中的一个显著趋势,本文依据区域旅游一体化的基础理论,客观分析扬州、镇江两地旅游业的现状以及存在的问题,指出两地区域旅游一体化既是促进苏中地区经济发展的需要,也承担着推进江苏地区的区域协调发展、扩大长三角区域经济影响力的重要历史使命,进而提出推进两地区域旅游一体化进程的对策。
