Biologically inspired design (BID) is one of the common methods for product design. To solve the problem of inaccurate acquisition of inspirational creatures due to the lack of user perception preference analysis, a data-driven intelligent service model for BID considering user perception needs is proposed based on Kansei engineering. Firstly, by extracting the perceptual features of creatures from the semantic source elements of products through mapping and encodes them, we proposed a data acquisition method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets considering different customer preference distributions, bridging the gap caused by the asymmetry between designers and users. Secondly, the functional relationship between biometric features and user-perceived attributes is identified and predicted, and a predictive model of biodata considering user preferences is obtained by multiple linear regression analysis. Finally, based on the data clustering and reorganization theory to understand the organization and dynamics of the database, the construction of a BID library was completed, and the design resources in the library were used as analyzed knowledge for designers to plan design activities. Taking the bionic design of a UAV product as an example, a prototype of a computer-aided design service system was developed based on the theory proposed in the article, and the analyzed knowledge was used to improve the efficiency and science of the design, effectively verifying the usefulness of this study for design. To a certain extent, this study addresses the problem of cognitive limitations of designers and cognitive differences between designers and users, promotes the application of bioinspiration in product design, and improves the marketability of design solutions.  相似文献

Porous carbon nanostructures are promising supports for stabilizing the highly dispersed metal nanoparticles and facilitating the mass transfer during the reaction, which are critical to achieve the high efficiency of hydrogen generation from sodium borohydride dehydrogenation. Herein, the catalytically active porous architectures are simply prepared by using 2-methylimidazole and melamine as reactive sources. The structural and compositional characterizations reveal the coexistence of metallic cobalt and N-doped carbon in porous architectures. Electron microscopy observations indicate that the synthesized products are smartly constructed from the carbon nanosheets with densely dispersed Co nanoparticles. Due to the notable structural features, the prepared Co@NC-600 sample presents the highly efficient activity for catalytic hydrolysis of NaBH4 with a hydrogen generation rate of 2574 mL min−1 gcat−1 and an activation energy of 47.6 kJ mol−1. The catalytically active metallic Co and suitable support-effect of N-doped carbon are responsible for catalytic dehydrogenation.  相似文献

Firstly, the performance-based properties of rejuvenated aged asphalt binders, i.e., the blends of aged binders containing a rejuvenator at various percentages, were investigated under high, intermediate and low temperatures. The tests were conducted on the blends at three stages as follows: no aging, rolling thin film oven (RTFO) residuals and as well RTFO + pressure aging vessel (PAV) residuals through dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and bending beam rheometer (BBR) tests. Optimum concentrations of the rejuvenator needed for the blends to reach a target PG grade were obtained from the blending charts of the rejuvenated aged binders in terms of performance properties. The rejuvenator is a soft binder containing a low asphaltene content of 2 wt%. Secondly, selected performance-based properties were conducted on hot mix asphalt (HMA) using the rejuvenated aged binder and a virgin HMA as a control mixture. Results showed that the rejuvenator affected significantly the performance-based properties of both the rejuvenated aged binders and the mixtures containing the rejuvenated aged binders. It was possible to get optimum concentrations of the rejuvenator using the blending charts so that the rejuvenated binders reach a target PG grade. The mean value of the concentrations was proved to be more reliable through the performance-based properties of the mixtures if it is used for a design value for recycling. The properties of the asphalt paving mixtures with the rejuvenated binders were even improved or in the same level as the properties of the virgin mixtures.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an investigation of the properties of mortar in which a calcined clay was employed as a pozzolan. Mortars were prepared using either heat treated clay or ground waste clay bricks (from the same clay subjected to 1000 °C calcining) as a pozzolanic partial replacement for cement at replacement levels of 10%, 20% and 30%. The compressive strengths of the mortars were monitored up to 90 days and the resistance to sodium sulphate solution and synthetic seawater was monitored up to 300 days. The specimens were also monitored for weight changes. Partially replacing cement by ground brick or heat-treated brick clay gives early strengths that are lower than that of the control. At 90 days, however, the strengths are the same as or are greater than that of the control. Heat-treated clay is effective in reducing expansion during exposure of the mortar to sulphate solution and synthetic seawater. The rapidly cooled clay gives better performance, in terms of strength development and resistance to harmful solutions, than the slow cooled clay.  相似文献

针对城市生活垃圾分类收运过程中存在的环境二次污染和垃圾产生量不确定性等问题,提出了一种基于智能垃圾桶的动态收运车辆路径优化方法。建立以最小化碳排放成本、燃油消耗成本、固定成本和车辆延迟到达惩罚成本为目标的动态车辆路径优化模型。采用滚动时域的方式将动态问题转换为一系列静态问题,并设计两阶段算法进行求解。首先采用粒子群算法对收运车辆路径进行规划,而后在每个时域末,综合考虑待清运垃圾桶的位置和垃圾量、垃圾收运车辆的位置和装载量以动态调整现有车辆路径。研究结果表明,相较于传统的静态收运方案,动态垃圾收运方案能够在降低车辆运输成本和碳排放成本的同时,显著降低由于清运不及时造成的环境二次污染的风险。  相似文献

在Gleeble-3000D热模拟机上对Al-0.2Sc-0.04Zr铝合金开展了热变形实验,系统地研究该合金变形参数在0.001~5 s-1和440~600 ℃下的高温流变行为。研究结果表明:在低应变速率和较高的温度下,DRX的发生较为完全。同时,在较低温度(T≤520 ℃)下变形,主要软化机制为动态回复;在较高温度(T>520 ℃)下变形,软化机制转变为动态再结晶,且获得了较为完全的动态再结晶组织;在高温(T≥600 ℃)下变形,晶粒出现明显的长大。分析应力指数(n)和变形激活能(Q),二者均随变形温度的升高而增加。采用双曲正弦模型,建立了适合Al-0.2Sc-0.04Zr合金的本构方程,可很好地预测峰值应力,为工业化生产提供理论依据。   相似文献

A novel composite reinforcement with horizontal multilayer "Spider web like" SiC nanowire networks and vertical interconnected "Z-pins like" SiC rods was designed and prepared by facile one-step figuration. The linear ablation rate of "Spider web like" SiC nanowire networks and "Z-pins like" SiC rods collectively reinforced C/C-ZrC-SiC composites at 2610 ± 20 ℃ was 0.4 ± 0.03 μm/s with a 74.19 % reduction. The improved ablation resistance was attributed to a denser gradient oxide layer composed of central ZrO2 layer, transitional ZrO2-SiO2 layer and marginal SiO2 layer generated under the initial sticky net effect from SiCnw networks and subsequent oxide compensation from "Z-pins like" SiC rods.  相似文献

挠度是评价桥梁结构安全性的重要指标。根据桥梁结构特点,选用半封闭连通管式差压传感器进行实际工程应用。论述了传感器的基本原理,介绍了实际的半封闭连通管式差压传感器及其系统的构成,并将该传感系统应用于荆岳长江公路大桥通车鉴定试验的静载挠度测量中,测量结果表明:半封闭连通管式差压传感器的测量数据能够有效地反映桥梁结构状态变化,且具有较高的测量效率和准确度。  相似文献
