针对数据校正中的非线性数据分类还比较困难的问题,提出表上作业法,结合遗传算法同时进行数据协调与过失误差侦破.并将模糊数据协调模型中的三角形约束引入遗传算法界定其变异上下限,还对交叉算子进行自适应改进,从而形成了基于模糊自适应的数据校正方法并用该方法对一个稳态多组分精馏过程进行大量仿真试验,结果表明了算法的有效性.  相似文献

This work considers the application of classification algorithms for data-driven fault diagnosis of batch processes. A novel data selection methodology is proposed which enables online classification of detected disturbances without requiring the estimation of unknown (future) process behavior, as is the case in previously reported approaches.The proposed method is benchmarked in two case studies using the Pensim process model of Birol et al. (2002) implemented in RAYMOND. Both a simple k Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) and complex Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) are employed for classification to demonstrate the generic nature of the proposed approach. In addition, the influence of different data pretreatment methods on the classification performance is discussed, together with a motivation for selecting the correct pretreatment steps. Finally, the influence of the number of available training batches is studied.The results demonstrate that a good classification performance can be achieved with the proposed data selection method even with a low number of faulty training batches by exploiting knowledge on the nature of the to-be-diagnosed faults in the data pretreatment. This provides a proof of concept for classification-based batch diagnosis and demonstrates the importance of incorporating process insight in the construction of data-driven process monitoring and diagnosis tools.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of semi‐global leader‐following output consensus of a multi‐agent system. The output of each follower agent in the system, described by a same general linear system subject to external disturbances and actuator saturation, is to track the output of the leader, described by a linear system, which also generates disturbances as the exosystem does in the classical output regulation problem. Conditions on the agent dynamics are identified, under which a low‐gain feedback‐based linear state‐control algorithm is constructed for each follower agent such that the output consensus is achieved when the communication topology among the agents is a digraph containing no loop, and the leader is reachable from any follower agent. We also extend the results to the non‐identical disturbance case. In this case, conditions based on both the agent dynamics and the communication topology are identified, under which a low‐gain feedback‐based linear state‐control algorithm is constructed for each follower agent such that the leader‐following output consensus is achieved when the communication topology among the follower agents is a strongly connected and detailed balanced digraph, and the leader is a neighbor of at least one follower. In addition, under some further conditions on the agent dynamics, the control algorithm is adapted so as to achieve semi‐global leader‐following output consensus for a jointly connected undirected graph and the leader reachable from at least one follower. This paper is concerned with the distributed control problem of second‐order agents under directed network topology. The control input of each agent only depends on its own state and the states of its neighbors corrupted by white noises. By using the algebraic graph theory and stochastic analysis method, necessary and sufficient conditions are presented for mean square bounded tracking. Because subjective evaluation is not adequate for assessing work in an automatic system, using an objective image fusion performance metric is a common approach to evaluate the quality of different fusion schemes. In this paper, a multi-resolution image fusion metric using visual information fidelity (VIF) is presented to assess fusion performance objectively. This method has four stages: (1) Source and fused images are filtered and divided into blocks. (2) Visual information is evaluated with and without distortion information in each block. (3) The visual information fidelity for fusion (VIFF) of each sub-band is calculated. (4) The overall quality measure is determined by weighting the VIFF of each sub-band. In our experiment, the proposed fusion assessment method is compared with several existing fusion metrics using the subjective test dataset provided by Petrovic. We found that VIFF performs better in terms of both human perception matching and computational complexity.  相似文献

Robotic abrasive belt grinding has been successfully applied to the grinding and polishing of aerospace parts. However, due to the flexible characteristics of robotic abrasive belt grinding and the time-varying characteristics of the polishing contact force, as well as the plastic and difficult-to-machine material properties of Inconel 718 alloy, it is very difficult to control the actual removal depth and force of the polished surface, which brings great challenges to robot automatic polishing. Therefore, the relationship between the grinding force and the grinding depth in the robotic abrasive belt grinding is analyzed in detail, the robot machining pose error model considering the deformation of the grinding head is established, and the Inconel 718 alloy machining experiment of the robotic abrasive belt grinding is designed. The mapping relationship between the grinding force and the grinding depth is obtained, and the grinding force ratio in the downgrinding and upgrinding mode is discussed. The experimental and theoretical comparisons results show that with the increase of the grinding depress depth, both the grinding depth and the grinding force show an irregular increasing trend, and the increasing trend of the grinding force (increases by about 344.44%–445.45%) is obviously greater than that of the grinding depth (increases by about 52.94%). When the grinding depress depth is large (greater than 3 mm), the feed direction force and the normal force appear obvious secondary pressure peaks at the beginning and end of grinding, which has not been seen in previous studies. In addition, regardless of whether it is downgrinding or upgrinding, the grinding force ratio decreases with the increase of the depress depth, and the grinding force ratio of downgrinding (average 0.668) is smaller than that of upgrinding (average 0.724). This study provides a reference for robotic abrasive belt grinding, and the surface quality of Inconel 718 alloy of robotic abrasive belt grinding can be further improved through the optimization of force and depth.  相似文献

High current carrying capacity and high conductivity are two important indicators for materials used in microscale electronics and inverters. However, it is challenging to obtain high conductivity and high current carrying capacity at the same time since high conductivity requires a weakly bonded system to provide free electrons, while high current carrying capacity requires a strongly bonded system. In this paper, CuI@SWCNT networks by filling the single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with CuI is ingeniously prepared. CuI@SWCNT shows good stability due to the confinement protection of SWCNTs. Through the host-guest hybridization, CuI@SWCNT networks exhibit a current carrying capacity of 2.04 × 107 A cm−2 and a conductivity of 31.67 kS m−1. Their current carrying capacity and conductivity are significantly improved compared with SWCNT. The Kelvin probe force microscopy measurements show a drop of surface potential energy after SWCNT filled with CuI, indicating that the CuI guest molecules regulate the position of the Fermi level of SWCNTs, increasing carrier concentration, achieving high conductivity and high current carrying capacity. This study offers ideas and solutions for the regulation of high-performance carbon tube networks, which hold great promise for future applications in carbon-based electronic devices.  相似文献

由于体积、表面积等常规形态学指标对于皮层下核团而言过于笼统,因此传统的形态特征获取手段难以检测到其表面形态的细微变化。为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种针对皮层下核团的精细特征提取算法,并将其应用到老年人认知状态预测任务上。通过表面共形参数化、表面共形表示和基于互信息的表面流配准,提取了46名被试双侧海马和杏仁核各15 000×2个顶点上的形态学特征;通过斑块选择、稀疏编码与字典学习,和最大池化的降维流程,避免了维度诅咒的同时充分保留了核团的纹理信息;最后,以树为弱学习器,采用GentleBoost算法集成了最终的强分类器做认知预测。结果显示,仅纳入海马和杏仁核两个皮层下结构的新颖特征,即可达到85%的预测准确率,为皮层下结构的精细特征发掘提供了新思路。  相似文献
