有机蒙脱土对天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶的补强及增容作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用机械混炼法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,采用TEM和XRD对复合材料的亚微观结构进行了表征,并对复合材料的表观交联密度、静态力学性能、动态力学性能和硫化热效应进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料为剥离型纳米复合材料;OMMT能够明显提高纳米复合材料的交联密度和静态力学性能;OMMT导致NR/SBR共混胶动态损耗因子降低,并且能够促使NR和SBR玻璃化转变温度更为接近,起到了增容作用;OMMT实现了NR和SBR两相的同步硫化。  相似文献

Silica-supported nickel phosphide particles with high dispersion were obtained by treating nickel metal particles on a support with 10% PH3/H2. Because the phosphidation occurred at relatively low temperature, the small nickel phosphide particles had the same size as the metal particles, and this size was maintained. The resulting catalysts were characterized by CO and O2 chemisorption, XRD, and 31P MAS NMR spectroscopy. The influence of the nickel source on the metal dispersion of the catalysts was investigated. The resulting silica-supported nickel phosphide catalysts proved to be very active in the hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene and the hydrodenitrogenation of o-methylaniline in the presence and absence of H2S.  相似文献

The chemical nature of the procyanidin components in apple pomace was investigated as part of a programme seeking alternative uses of the large quantity of pomace that is being generated from the apple juice industry. The homogeneous nature of the procyanidin fractions was demonstrated by the isolation and identification of a range of epicatechin oligomers, namely epicatechin-(4β-6) epicatechin, epicatechin (4β-8) epicatechin, epicatechin (4β-8) epicatechin (4β-8) epicatechin and epicatechin (4β-8) epicatechin (4β-8) epicatechin (4β-8)-epicatechin. The procyanidin polymers were also isolated and purified by a Sephadex LH20 column and shown to consist exclusively of epicatechin units. The chemical structures of these procyanidins were established by 13C-NMR spectroscopy, by acid-catalysed degradation reaction with phloroglucinol and by electrospray mass spectrometry.  相似文献

采用机械混炼法制备了溴化丁基橡胶/有机蒙脱土(BIIR/OMMT)纳米复合材料,采用SEM和XRD对其亚微观结构进行了表征,并对其耐寒性能和阻透性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:OMMT片层以剥离状态分散于BIIR基体中;添加OMMT之后,BIIR的交联密度明显提高;OMMT能够略微降低BIIR的耐寒性能;OMMT片层具有优异的阻透效应,能够明显提高BIIR的热稳定性能和耐油性能。  相似文献

采用扫描电镜观察、拉伸和断裂韧性测试研究了不同固溶冷却方式下TB15钛合金经900 ℃×2 h固溶+530 ℃×8 h时效后的力学性能、断口形貌和显微组织。结果表明,固溶冷却方式对TB15钛合金强度和塑性的影响较大,对断裂韧性的影响较小。固溶后回充0.1 MPa氩气真空气冷时,合金的综合力学性能最好,抗拉强度为1391 MPa,伸长率为7.0%,断面收缩率为13.6%,断裂韧度为70.3 MPa·m1/2。随着固溶冷却速率的增加,TB15钛合金的断裂韧度逐渐减小,但变化幅度不大。不同固溶冷却方式下,TB15钛合金经固溶时效后的次生α相数量、厚度及片层间距有所不同。与空冷相比,回充0.1 MPa氩气真空气冷的片层状次生α相数量增多,厚度略有增加,片层间距有所增大。  相似文献

This paper summarizes the results of a seminal assessment conducted on a fuel cell technology that generates electrical power from landfill waste gas. This assessment at Groton, Connecticut was the second such project conducted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the first being conducted at the Penrose Power Station near Los Angeles, California. The main objective was to demonstrate the suitability of the landfill gas energy conversion equipment at Groton with different conditions and gas compositions than at Penrose. The operation of the landfill gas cleanup system removed contaminants from the gas stream with essentially the same efficacy as at Penrose, even though the quantity and kinds of contaminants were somewhat different. The fuel cell power plant’s maximum output power improved from 137 kW at Penrose to 165 kW at Groton, due to a 31% increase in the heating value of the Groton landfill gas.  相似文献

探讨了轮胎高温硫化条件与各部位胶料硫化特性的关系,确定各部位胶料的硫化特性应满足tz(等效正硫化时间)〉tmin(最短开模时间),t90〈td(总等效硫化时间)〈tmax(最长硫化平坦时间)的设计原则,以及胶料在硫化过程中达到的最高温度应低于或等于胶料可达到的最高温度θmax。  相似文献
