Most polycrystalline SiC-based fibers were prepared at a sintering temperature higher than 1600 °C. In this work, a ZrO2 reinforced SiC-ZrB2 polycrystalline fiber was prepared at 1400 °C via the polymer-derived ceramic method from a new Zr- and B-containing polycarbosilane. The morphology and microstructure of the polycrystalline nanocomposite fiber were studied using XRD, XPS, EDS, SEM, and TEM. The results showed that t-ZrO2 was formed at relatively lower temperature (<1000 °C). The most interesting result is that the polycrystalline nanocomposite SiC-ZrB2 was generated after heat-treatment at 1400 °C, producing an excellent ZrO2 reinforced SiC-ZrB2 polycrystalline fiber. The present study provides a novel strategy for the fabrication of SiC-based polycrystalline fiber at a relatively low temperature.  相似文献

Phase formation, microstructure, magnetic properties, and dielectric properties of Ba1.5Sr1.5Co2Fe(23x)CrxO41 (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) ceramics, in which Fe3+ ions were substituted by Cr3+ ions, were systematically investigated. X-ray diffraction results reveal that Z-type hexagonal ferrite was formed by sintering at 1250 °C, and Cr3+ ions successfully enter lattice without destroying crystal structure. Analysis of the microstructure reveals that Cr3+ ion doping has significant effect on crystal micromorphology. Samples with x = 0.4 have the most homogeneous micromorphology and the highest sintering density of 5.12 g/cm3. In addition, under the influence of external magnetic field, all samples exhibit typical soft magnetic character and hysteresis characteristics, with saturation magnetization up to 63.86 emu/g (x = 0.6). Particularly, compared with undoped sample, Cr-doped samples have outstanding magnetic–dielectric properties. Firstly, with increasing Cr3+ amount, real part of the permeability (μ′) reaches the maximum value of 10.70 at x = 0.4, while cutoff frequency exceeds 2 GHz, and Snoek constant reaches ∼19.50 GHz. Furthermore, due to more homogeneous microstructure, samples with x = 0.4 have low magnetic loss and can maintain high quality factor (Q) over a broad frequency range. Moreover, real part of the permittivity (ε′) reaches the maximum value of 16.90 at x = 0.6, and dielectric loss remains lower than 0.013 for frequencies below 0.7 GHz. Consequently, magnetic–dielectric materials prepared in this work are expected to have extensive application prospects for ultrahigh-frequency devices.  相似文献

High-performance ceramics with low thermal conductivity, high mechanical properties, and idea thermal expansion coefficients have important applications in fields such as turbine blades and automotive engines. Currently, the thermal conductivity of ceramics has been significantly reduced by local doping/substitution or further high-entropy reconfiguration of the composition, but the mechanical properties, especially the fracture toughness, are insufficient and still need to be improved. In this work, based on the high-entropy titanate pyrochlore, TiO2 was introduced for composite toughening and the high-entropy (Ho0.2Y0.2Dy0.2Gd0.2Eu0.2)2Ti2O7-xTiO2 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 1.0 and 2.0) composites with high hardness (16.17 GPa), Young's modulus (289.3 GPa) and fracture toughness (3.612 MPa·m0.5), low thermal conductivity (1.22 W·m−1·K−1), and thermal expansion coefficients close to the substrate material (9.5 ×10−6/K) were successfully prepared by the solidification method. The fracture toughness of the composite toughened sample is 2.25 times higher than that before toughening, which exceeds most of the current low-thermal conductivity ceramics.  相似文献

分别以双低油菜籽及传统油菜籽为原料,在相同条件下制取浓香菜籽油,采用溶剂辅助蒸发装置结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪对两种菜籽油中挥发性成分的种类和含量进行测定,并利用偏最小二乘判别分析(partial least squares discriminant analysis,PLS-DA)、气味活度值(odor activity value,OAV)对挥发性成分进行数据分析,确定导致两种菜籽油感官风味差异的关键挥发性风味成分,同时结合感官评价、脂肪酸组成、氨基酸组成、营养成分等指标分析比较两种菜籽油综合品质的差异。结果显示,双低菜籽油及传统菜籽油中分别检出12 类82 种和11 类90 种挥发性成分,总量分别为22 377.88、157 512.98 μg/kg,其中硫苷降解产物总量分别为3 311.07、146 492.82 μg/kg,酚类物质总量分别为12 125.47、4 613.03 μg/kg。利用PLS-DA结合OAV最终确定了13 种最重要的特征风味物质,分别为6-甲基硫基己腈、5-甲硫基戊腈、苯代丙腈、3-丁烯基异硫氰酸酯、苯乙腈、反-2-癸烯醛、正己醇、芳樟醇、乙基苯、苯乙醇、椰子醛、4-乙烯基-2,6-二甲氧基苯酚、3-甲基巴豆腈,其中6-甲基硫基己腈、苯乙腈、芳樟醇、5-甲硫基戊腈、苯代丙腈、3-丁烯基异硫氰酸酯6 种成分均对菜籽油独特的辛辣味具有贡献,且苯乙腈、芳樟醇仅在传统菜籽油中检出;正己醇、苯乙醇、椰子醛则在双低菜籽油中含量更高,对菜籽油的甜味具有重要影响;感官评价表明双低菜籽油的甜味优于传统菜籽油,而传统菜籽油辛辣味更强。双低菜籽油中未检出芥酸,而传统菜籽油中芥酸含量高达30.25%;双低菜籽油中VE和甾醇总含量均高于传统菜籽油。研究结果为不同香型浓香菜籽油的生产提供了原料选择和气味标识的支持。  相似文献

The liquidus surface projection and isothermal section at 1273 K of the Ni–Ti–V system were established using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS), electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) techniques. Six primary solidification regions and four invariant reactions were deduced in the liquidus surface projection, and six three-phase regions were derived in the isothermal section at 1273 K. No ternary compound was observed. According to the experimental results in the present work and literatures, the Ni–Ti–V system was modeled by means of the CALPHAD (CALculation of PHAse Diagram) method. Two-sublattice model (Ni,Ti)10(Ni,Ti)20 for binary σ phase was used, and the thermodynamic parameters of the σ and NiV3 phases in the Ni–V system was reassessed. Solution phases (liquid, fcc, bcc and hcp) were modeled with the substitutional solution model in the Ni–Ti–V system. The compounds, Ni3Ti, NiTi2, Ni3V and σ, were treated as (Ni,Ti,V)m(Ni,Ti,V)n, and B2 were treated as (Ni,Ti,V)0.5(Ni,Ti,V) 0.5Va3. A set of self-consistent thermodynamic parameters of individual phases was obtained.  相似文献

For the purpose of improving the productivity of electric arc furnace, it is required to increase the casting capacity at the continuous casting machine. To achieve this purpose, we have developed a Special Taper Tube for high speed casting (HS-Mold), together with Kyoei Steel Ltd. Along with this development, we have also established the high speed casting technologies to cast at the speed of 4.6 m/min for 130 mm2 billets, by implementing high pressurized mold water spraying and improving the cooling water pressure at the roller apron.  相似文献

The synthesis of six N-ferrocenoyl dipeptide ester derivatives FcCOR (Fc=(η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4); R=Gly-Gly(OMe) (1), Leu-Leu(OEt) (2), Ala-Phe(OEt) (3), Phe-Phe(OMe) (4), Phe-Leu(OBn) (5) and Phe-Ser(OEt) (6)) is described. The electrochemical anion sensing behaviour (using a platinum microdisk working electrode) and 1H NMR anion coordination studies of these novel pendant N-ferrocenoyl dipeptide ester derivatives with a range of anions are reported.  相似文献
