L. paracasei subp. paracasei X12 was previously isolated from a Chinese traditional fermented cheese with anticancer activities and probiotic potential. Herein, the integral peptidoglycan (X12-PG) was extracted by a modified trichloroacetic acid (TCA) method. X12-PG contained the four representative amino acids Asp, Glu, Ala and Lys, and displayed the similar lysozyme sensitivity, UV-visible scanning spectrum and molecular weight as the peptidoglycan standard. X12-PG could induce the production of apoptotic bodies observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). X12-PG could significantly induced the translocation of calreticulin (CRT) and the release of high mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), the two notable hallmarks of immunogenic cell death (ICD), with the endoplastic reticulum (ER) damaged and subsequently intracellular [Ca2+] elevated. Our findings implied that X12-PG could induce the ICD of HT-29 cells through targeting at the ER. The present results may enlighten the prospect of probiotics in the prevention of colon cancer.  相似文献

The corrosion properties of austenitic Fe-Mn, Fe-Mn-Al, Fe-Mn-Cr and Fe-Mn-Al-Cr alloys with compositions of 23-30 wt% Mn, 2.8-8.2 wt% Al and 4.9-6.9 wt% Cr in various aqueous solutions of pH −0.8 to 15.3 and the passivating mechanism induced by the presence of Al, Cr, or Al and Cr have been studied using electrochemical measurements and Auger electron spectroscopic/X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis. Binary Fe-Mn alloys can be passivated only in 10-50% NaOH solutions, and alloying of binary Fe-Mn alloy with Al or Cr or combination of Al and Cr seems not so obviously beneficial to corrosion resistance in HNO3 or Na2SO4 solutions. All of the experimental Fe-Mn based alloys and steels for comparison cannot passivate in either 10% HCl or 3.5% NaCl solution. The Fe-Mn based alloys containing Al or Cr or Al and Cr can passivate in 10-50% HNO3 or 1 mol l−1 Na2SO4 solutions and rainwater. In general, Fe-Mn based alloys can passivate in oxidizing acid, neutral and basic solution, but cannot passivate in reducing acid or solution containing active Cl ions. In the passive film formed on the surface of Fe-Mn base alloys in various aqueous solutions, bound water and hydroxides are present at the surface of the film, while mixed oxides of Al, Cr, Mn and Fe are located in the inner part. The resistance to corrosion is imparted by a barrier film of bound water, hydroxides and oxides of Al, Cr or Fe, while the Mn oxides in passive film reduce the corrosion resistance.  相似文献

The effect of ozone back washing for membrane fouling reduction was experimentally investigated in a submerged metal membrane microfiltration system. A cleaning by intermittent ozone gas backwashing was effective in recovering the permeation flux. Intermittent ozone backwashing was highly effective than the air or permeates backwashing for flux recovery. Regarding the operational parameters, the increase of ozone gas flow rate was more effective than the increase of injection time under the conditions of same ozone dose. However, the backwashing cycle was longer, the effect of flux recovery by ozone backwashing decreased. Therefore, it is favorable to operate membrane cleaning before the foulant was consolidated on membrane surface.  相似文献

0.65Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.35PbTiO3 (0.65PMN-0.35PT) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates annealed from 550 to 700 °C using sol-gel process. The effects of annealing temperature on microstructure, insulating, ferroelectric and dielectric properties were characterized. The result reveals that 0.65PMN-0.35PT thin films possess a polycrystalline structure, matching well with the perovskite phase despite the existence of a slight pyrochlore phase. The film samples annealed at all temperatures exhibit relatively dense surfaces without any large voids and the grain size increases generally with the increase of the annealing temperature. Meanwhile, pyrochlore phase is considerably generated because of the deformation of perovskite phase caused by volatilization of Pb at an excessive high-temperature. The film annealed at 650 °C exhibits superior ferroelectricity with a remanent polarization (Pr) value of 13.31 μC/cm2, dielectric constant (εr) of 1692 and relatively low dielectric loss (tanδ) of 0.122 at 104 Hz due to the relatively homogeneous large grain size of 130 nm and low leakage current of approximately 10-6 A/cm2.  相似文献

采用水提醇沉法从流苏子中提取多糖,Sevage法除蛋白,利用DEAE-52纤维和Sephadex G-100凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,得到多糖CRp-1,采用化学和仪器分析方法研究了多糖的总糖和蛋白质含量、单糖组成、官能团特征、空间构像等理化性质,并通过体外实验研究CRp-1对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。结果显示,从流苏子中分离的多糖CRp-1为白色粉末,溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂;总糖含量为97.12%,蛋白质含量为1.65%,不含单糖和多酚,不属于淀粉多糖;主要由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,其摩尔比为1:5.381:1.146:10.804:6.953:11.908,相对分子质量分别为223200 g/mol;紫外和红外光谱显示具有多糖的特征吸收峰,且含有吡喃糖苷。CRp-1具有三股螺旋结构,且表面为三维多孔结构,并带有一定的圆形颗粒。体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性实验表明,CRp-1具有一定的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,具有浓度依赖性。  相似文献

The effects of (n, γ) and (n, α) reactions of framework atoms on the fate of (n, γ) recoil species 131Ba2+ and 134Cs+ from Ba2+ and Cs+ loaded in high-silica aluminosilicate and borosilicate zeolites (boron-zeotypes) have been studied. Studies were made of the recoil from “open to locked-in” and “locked-in to open” sites. In open to locked-in recoil, target ions were eluted with efficiencies of 90% where only (n, γ) processes were in operation, but in the presence of (n, γ) and (n, α) reactions, the efficiency fell to 80%. For locked-in to open site recoil, the corresponding efficiencies were in the ranges 50–60% and 40–50%. The effect of calcination temperature on the exchange of cations present was also ascertained. The high-silica zeolites used were synthesized according to published methods and were characterized by XRD, i.r., SEM, and t.g.-d.t.g./d.s.c. techniques, and all were found to be crystalline. In boron-zeotype materials, the magnitude of (n, α) damage was increased by the use of 10B isotope.  相似文献
