In this paper, we doped p-type conductivity dehydrated nanotubed titanic acid (DNTA) into insulator polymer poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA). The electric properties of this nanocomposite were investigated. The photoluminescence efficiency of fluorescent dye 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-t-butyl-6(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB) in PMMA matrix was enhanced by doping with DNTA. Moreover, screen effect by DNTA with high permittivity caused the emission from DCJTB to be blue-shifted. 相似文献

针对双馈风电场经串联补偿线路送出引发的次同步振荡问题,提出了一种基于改进型线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)的静止同步补偿器(STATCOM),实现对系统次同步振荡的抑制。LADRC设计时考虑延时因素,在控制计算中消除由信号测量、传输等延时导致的输入量之间时间轴上的不匹配。基于改进型LADRC设计了STATCOM的附加阻尼控制器、电压外环、电流内环控制器以及锁相环,使STATCOM为系统提供正阻尼,同时增强控制系统的速动性和抗干扰能力,以适应次同步振荡工况,并从阻抗角度分析了STATCOM抑制次同步振荡的作用机理。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了系统的时域仿真模型,实验结果证实了所提出的抑制策略在动态性能和抗干扰方面的优越性。 相似文献

Under water-rich conditions, small amphiphilic and hydrophobic drug molecules self-assemble into supramolecular nanostructures. Thus, substantial modifications in their interaction with cellular structures and the ability to reach intracellular targets could happen. Additionally, drug aggregates could be more toxic than the non-aggregated counterparts, or vice versa. Moreover, since self-aggregation reduces the number of effective “monomeric” molecules that interact with the target, the drug potency could be underestimated. In other cases, the activity could be ascribed to the non-aggregated molecule while it stems from its aggregates. Thus, drug self-assembly could mislead from drug throughput screening assays to advanced preclinical and clinical trials. Finally, aggregates could serve as crystallization nuclei. The impact that this phenomenon has on the biological performance of active compounds, the inconsistent and often controversial nature of the published data and the need for recommendations/guidelines as preamble of more harmonized research protocols to characterize drug self-aggregation were main motivations for this review. First, the key molecular and environmental parameters governing drug self-aggregation, the main drug families for which this phenomenon and the methods used for its characterization are described. We present a robust object tracking algorithm that handles spatially extended and temporally long object occlusions. The proposed approach is based on the concept of “object permanence” which suggests that a totally occluded object will re-emerge near its occluder. The proposed method does not require prior training to account for differences in the shape, size, color or motion of the objects to be tracked. Instead, the method automatically and dynamically builds appropriate object representations that enable robust and effective tracking and occlusion reasoning. The proposed approach has been evaluated on several image sequences showing either complex object manipulation tasks or human activity in the context of surveillance applications. Experimental results demonstrate that the developed tracker is capable of handling several challenging situations, where the labels of objects are correctly identified and maintained over time, despite the complex interactions among the tracked objects that lead to several layers of occlusions. 相似文献

Rapid methods have been developed as relatively faster alternatives to plate culture for the detection of pathogenic bacteria in foods. However, since most rapid methods are subject to logistical limitations (e.g., sample volume size, analysis time, matrix effects) and/or a detection scheme with insufficient sensitivity needed to detect very low levels of bacteria in foods, culture enrichment is often employed to increase the concentration of targeted pathogens prior to detection. Multiplexed rapid detection platforms, capable of simultaneous detection of different bacteria in a single sample, necessitate co-enrichment (or mixed culture enrichment) of as many different targeted microorganisms as possible in a timely manner. This investigation compares the growth of four major foodborne pathogens (Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, and Yersinia enterocolitica) inoculated into pristine media or ground pork and enriched in various culture media. Initial results revealed that, after 24 h incubation, the growth of L. monocytogenes (the slowest-growing pathogen examined) was increased by approximately 1-log by the supplementation of Universal Preenrichment Broth with Casamino Acids and/or Oxyrase. Overnight (24 h) growth of L. monocytogenes in ground pork enrichment cultures was enhanced up to ca. 2-log by the addition of either Casamino Acids or Casamino Acids and Oxyrase for each of the tested growth media. Ultimately, an overnight culture of the inoculated pathogens in any of the selected media containing both Casamino Acids and Oxyrase was observed to yield target bacterial concentrations that were at sufficient levels (between 10e5 and 10e6 CFU/mL) for detection by most rapid methods. 相似文献

Mono-dispersed crystalline Zinc selenide nanoparticles (ZnSe-NPs) have been synthesized at ambient temperature conditions via a “green” chemistry method. The nanoparticles were characterized by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV–vis spectrophotometry. In vitro cytotoxicity studies on Neuro2A and HeLa cell lines illustrated a dose dependent toxicity with non-toxic effect of ZnSe-NPs up to a concentration of 3.9 and 7.8 µg/mL, respectively. The influencing reaction time was also investigated, and the possible formation mechanism was also proposed. Heterocyclic Aromatic Amine (HAA) profiles and concentrations depended on several factors. The largest changes in the HAA profile were observed in meat ripened (chill stored) for 5–10 days. Amines whos concentration varied most prominently included: Phe-P 1, harmane, AαC, IQ, IQx, PhIP, MeAαC, and MeIQx. HAA concentrations were strongly correlated with concentrations of the above compounds. Time of storage significantly affected the HAA profile and concentration. The profile changed dynamically for storage times up to 10 days. For longer times the profile stabilized, only the HAA content increased.A novel, highly precise and accurate HAA analytical method was developed for this study. Results may help to optimize meat processing technology from the point of view of reducing concentration of HAA formed during heat treatment, including the most carcinogenic; IQ, IQx, MeIQx and PhIP amines. 相似文献
