在对超级13Cr钢管坯进行检验时,发现某批次管坯的显微组织存在异常,采用常规侵蚀剂无法清晰地显示其显微组织形貌。通过使用多种侵蚀剂交替侵蚀分析发现:采用王水酒精溶液、苦味酸盐酸酒精溶液和赤血盐氢氧化钾水溶液三种侵蚀剂交替侵蚀可以清晰地显示该批次超级13Cr钢管坯的显微组织;其中王水酒精溶液和苦味酸酒精溶液的侵蚀效果相似,都能很好地显示出该钢中的马氏体和块状铁素体组织,但不能很好地显示出该钢中的贝氏体组织,也不能确定出该钢中沿热加工方向的条状组织;而赤血盐氢氧化钾水溶液则能显示出该钢中除马氏体以外的其他组织,并且证实沿热加工方向的条状组织为δ-铁素体。 相似文献

Vanadium incorporated tungstophosphoric acid (TPAV1) supported on silica was synthesized and characterized by BET-surface area, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and Laser Raman techniques. Nitration of phenol was studied at room temperature (25 °C) using HNO3 in the presence of 0–20 wt.% TPAV1/SiO2 catalysts taking 1, 2-dichloroethane as solvent. The effects of various parameters such as phenol/HNO3 mole ratio, reaction time, catalyst weight, and stirring speed on the catalyst activity were studied. 8 wt.% TPAV1/SiO2 has shown the best activity, regioselectivity and reusability in the nitration of phenol, with a conversion of 92.6% and o-nitrophenol selectivity of 97.9%. 相似文献

随着我国地下储气库的建设投入逐步加大,如何有效防止地下储气库事故发生,在增强其运行安全性的同时合理利用资源,以获取最大经济效益,已成为储气库管理者重点关注的问题。为此,以盐穴地下储气库作为研究对象,将其划分为地下储气设施、地面站场设施和地面集输管线3个评价单元,采用系统分析和事故分析的综合分析方法,将该类储气库风险因素归类为腐蚀、冲蚀、水合物生成、设备失效、操作相关、机械损伤、地质构造因素以及自然力8类共性风险,包括14大类和45小类风险因素;研究建立了盐穴地下储气库风险评估方法,包括基于故障树技术的地下储气设施风险评估方法、地面站场设施的定量风险评估方法和地面集输管线的肯特管道风险评分法;并将建立的盐穴地下储气库风险评估方法应用于某盐穴地下储气库的风险评估,为盐穴地下储气库安全管理提供了依据,同时可为枯竭油气藏型和含水层型储气库的安全管理提供参考。 相似文献

A novel chelating resin was synthesized in just one step under mild synthetic conditions. The synthesis was carried out through the copolymerization of thiosemicarbazide and formaldehyde in an aqueous solution. The adsorption properties for some noble metal ions were investigated. The results showed that the resin had high adsorption selectivity for Au(III) and Ag(I). The adsorption capacities for the two metal ions reached up to 7.3 and 11.8 mmol/g, respectively. The adsorption rate for the two metal ions in a dilute solution was 99.9%. The adsorption fit first‐order kinetics, and an isothermal adsorption study indicated that it corresponded to Langmuir monomolecular layer adsorption. The change in the bonding energy during the chelating process was investigated with X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. A ceramic membrane reactor system was developed for the continuous ammoximation of acetone to acetone oxime over titanium silicalites-1 (TS-1) catalysts. The effects of catalyst concentration and microsized silica particles on the performances of the membrane reactor system were examined in detail. For the membrane reactor system the optimal catalyst concentration is 17.0 g L?1, obviously higher than the one obtained from the previous experiments in a batch glass reactor, because the strong adhesion of TS-1 catalyst particles on the surface of the pipeline, the tank and the membrane leads to the decrease of effective catalyst concentration. Adding the microsized silica particles can effectively inhibit the decrease of TS-1 catalysts concentration in reaction slurry and improve the operation stability of the membrane reactor system significantly, benefiting from the scouring effect and the attachment of TS-1 particles on the surfaces of larger silica particles. According to the estimation of hydrodynamic forces acting on particles, microsized silica particles are hard to deposit on the contact surfaces at the studied conditions and therefore a longer stable operation of the membrane reactor system has been achieved. 相似文献
