Oil flow visuallization on the model propellers with and without tripping devices atthe leading edge is revealed in this paper. Roughing leading edge with sand blasting was to simu-late the flow at full-scale condition. The observations of cavitation inception and the detection ofcavitation erosion were made in uniform and non-uniform flow respectively so as to consider theeffects of flow pattern on cavitation inception and to investigate the causes of difference in thelocations of cavitation erosion between model propeller and prototype. In addition, calculationsof the pressure distributions and the behaviour of boundary layer on the propeller blade were alsodone by using theoretical method. 针对船舶舱内复杂空间材料表面除锈需求,利用脉冲光纤激光清洗平台开展了EH36船用钢板激光清洗工艺参数优化与清洗后材料表面性能实验研究。通过宏观、微观形貌观测与表面化学成分分析,并结合船舶行业除锈标准规范,建立了船用钢激光除锈质量评价准则,以此确定了材料激光除锈最佳工艺参数。在此基础上开展激光除锈后材料表面质量、显微硬度、粗糙度及综合力学性能测试评估。研究结果表明:在最佳除锈工艺参数(平均功率210 W、重复频率250 kHz、脉冲宽度300 ns、扫描速度4 000 mm/s)下,船用钢板表面质量达到Sa2.5等级,力学性能基本保持不变,能够满足船舶舱内复杂空间材料表面除锈工艺要求,在船舶修造材料表面除锈领域具有优良的适用性。 相似文献

目前基于深度学习的恶意代码检测技术是恶意代码检测领域的研究热点,然而大多数研究集中于如何改进算法来提高恶意代码检测的准确率,忽略了恶意代码数据集样本标签的不足导致无法训练出高质量的模型.本文利用区块链技术来解决恶意代码检测数据样本孤岛和数据可信任的问题;同时在代码特征提取上,使用马尔可夫图算法提取特征;基于分布式深度学习的训练融合区块链去中心化,可溯源不可篡改的优势,将不同算力贡献者采用同步训练更新模型参数.通过仿真实验和理论分析验证了该方法的可行性和巨大的潜力. 相似文献

为研究斜浪群波中船舶参数横摇及其与复原力变化的关系,基于切片理论,计算了船舶无横倾时在斜浪群波中时间序列垂荡和纵摇运动,确定出波面与船体的相对位置.利用3个坐标系之间的转换关系,求解斜浪群波中船体各横剖面左右舷与波面的交点,确定各浸水剖面瞬时湿面积.基于规则波中复原力计算公式,提出了Froude-Krylov假说下的群波中复原力计算方法.同时,利用作用在横倾船舶上的辐射力和绕射力,求出斜浪群波中船舶复原力之辐射力和绕射力部分.在复原力计算的基础上,确定一个参数横摇模型,实现斜浪群波中参数横摇计算.以一艘集装箱船为例,研究了斜浪群波中复原力变化以及参数横摇规律,结果表明斜浪群波中会发生参数横摇现象,且复原力变化幅度是影响参数横摇预报的一个重要因素. 相似文献

This article presents an approach which employs a commercial Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)solver to predict the steady wake field and loading distributions for a rim driven thruster.Four different cases of propeller blades are chosen to be calculated with the presented method.The propeller blade radial circulation and chordwise circulation density distributions are analyzed.The maximum radial circulation is found at the blade tip,which is different from conventional shaft driven propeller.The numerical results indicate that there is no tip leakage vortex in rim driven propulors.But there exist the tip joint vortex and the root region vortex.Bollard characteristics are calculated by taking rim surface effect into account.From the predicted results the second case in this paper is selected as the final one to perform hydrodynamic experiment.The calculation results with empirical rim surface corrections are compared with the measurement.It shows that the developed numerical method can well predict hydrodynamic performances of the rim driven thruster. 相似文献

为了改善随机漂移粒子群算法的群体多样性,通过演化信息的协助,提出动态协同随机漂移粒子群优化(CRDPSO)算法。利用上下文粒子的向量信息,粒子之间的动态协作增加了种群多样性,这有助于提高群体的搜索能力,并使整个群体协同搜索全局最优值。同时在演化过程中的每次迭代,利用二维空间分割树结构来存储算法中的估计解的位置和适应度值,从而实现快速适应度函数逼近。由于适应度函数逼近增强了变异策略,因此变异是自适应且无参数的。通过典型测试函数将CRDPSO算法和差分进化算法(DE)、协方差矩阵适应进化策略算法(CMA-ES)、非重复访问遗传算法(cNrGA)以及三种改进的量子行为粒子群算法(QPSO)进行比较。实验结果表明,不管是对于单峰还是多峰测试函数,CRDPSO的性能均是最优的,证明了该算法的有效性。 相似文献

Hull/propeller interaction is of great importance for powering performance prediction. The features of hull/propeller interaction of a submarine model with a high-skew five blade propeller in submergence and near surface conditions are numerically simulated. The effect of propeller rotation is simulated by the sliding mesh technique. Free surface is captured by the volume of fluid (VOF) method. Computed results including resistance, thrust, torque and self-propulsion factor are compared with experimental data. It shows fairly good agreement. The resistance and wave pattern of the model at different depths of submergence are computed. And the thrust, torque and self-propulsion factor of the model in submergence and near surface condition are compared to analyze the effect of free surface on self-propulsion performance. The results indicate that free surface has more influence on resistance than that on self-propulsion factors. 相似文献

Within this contribution an explicit analytical approximation of the normal force of hydrodynamic line contacts between non-conformal surfaces subjected to transient operating conditions is presented. The fluid is described by Reynolds's equation assuming rigid contacting bodies, constant viscosity and constant density.Existing formulas of the normal contact force are extended by regarding Reynolds boundary conditions which account for cavitation effects. The new approximation is shown to be outstandingly accurate.The presented model of the hydrodynamic normal force is implemented into a simple oscillatory system which exhibits highly non-linear behaviour due to the hydrodynamic contact. Furthermore, the new model is used as part of an approximation of elastohydrodynamic contacts. 相似文献
