Warm-white light performance of Dy3+, Eu3+: NaLa(WO4)2 phosphors excited with a 450-nm LED

Dy³⁺, Eu³⁺: NaLa(WO₄)₂ phosphors are successfully synthesized through the solid-state reaction technique. The phase-structure and morphology are measured via X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectrometry. The concentrations of Dy³⁺, Eu³⁺, La³⁺, and W⁶⁺ are measured via ICP. The absorption and excited spectra are presented, which indicate that a blue band ranging from 430 to 480 nm is suitable for excitation. Using a commercial blue LED with a wavelength of 450 nm as the excitation light source, emission spectra for samples with varying dopant concentration ratios of Dy³⁺ to Eu³⁺ are obtained, which show good tunable yellow and red emission. For the purpose of investigating white LED performance, CIE spectra and a white light photo are also presented. The results reveal that varying the dopant concentration ratio of Dy³⁺ to Eu³⁺ plays a key role in the warm-white performance. With increasing concentration of Eu³⁺, the correlated color temperature decreases from 4069 to 3172 K, which indicates good warm-white performance.     

Optimal filtering and control for wireless networked closed-loop control systems

This article studies the optimal filtering and control for wireless networked control systems (WNCSs). In WNCSs, packets may be lost in both control and feedback channels and user datagram protocol is usually used to improve the performance of the real-time control. Relevant literature indicates that the conventional optimal filtering for such a system cannot be applied in practice due to the complex calculation with Gaussian mixtures. This paper proposes a novel scheme to realize the optimal filtering and the linear quadratic Gaussian control for WNCSs, in which the controlled node performs a local estimation and the remote-control node performs the final estimation and control, and a synchronization of two estimators is guaranteed by a communication mechanism. An optimal filtering algorithm is developed, the stability condition of the filtering error covariance is obtained, optimal finite-horizon and infinite-horizon control are derived, and the stability of the closed-loop control system is proved. Numerical simulations show the validity and feasibility of the theoretical results.     

社会网络用户心理健康自动评估研究综述

心理健康问题正迅速成为世界范围内最严重和最普遍的公共卫生问题之一。社会网络的兴起与普及带来大量与社会网络用户心理状态相关的数据。近年来,利用社会网络数据自动评估检测用户心理健康的研究吸引着越来越多的学者,取得了不少成果,但未见对这些成果进行总结分析的工作。该文对社会网络用户心理健康自动评估的相关文献进行评述: 在现有文献基础上总结归纳了心理健康自动评估的概念及界定;从评估任务、社会网络数据集构造、评估用到的特征等方面概述了社会网络用户心理健康自动评估的国内外研究现状;比较分析了现有自动评估方法的特点,包括基于特征工程的方法和基于深度学习的方法;总结了现有研究存在的问题和面临的挑战,包括评估性能问题、数据质量问题、隐私伦理问题、原因抽取问题和自动干预问题等。未来的研究应该结合其他数据流,并需要患者、临床医生和数据科学家之间开展更大的合作,以使机器学习在心理健康问题的原因提取、预防疏导等方面得到新的应用。     

电子创新实训课程线上线下教学模式探索

为响应疫情期间"停课不停学"的号召,尽最大努力保障学生课程进度及其效果,结合国际工程IEET认证规范中对Capstone课程的要求,本文采用线上线下方式推进课程的实施。线上开展期间,学生按组开设腾讯会议,积极交流沟通。线下测试时,学生根据场地调速调角度,项目分工明确,整体上效果良好。该方式以实践项目为引导,促进了《电子创新实训》作为Capstone课程中对于学生掌握系统设计和良好的团队合作等核心能力的培养。     

基于web缓存技术的仿真项目实训教学平台设计

针对计算机软件专业实训教学,引入仿真项目,能让学生模拟真实项目的开发。根据实训教学和软件开发规范,设计仿真项目实训平台,文章详细描述基于web缓存技术的平台体系结构和平台各模块的功能。实训平台按学生、教师等不同角色进行规划,方便设置各种常用开发规范,展开仿真项目的全程演练;主要实现功能有仿真项目管理,开发过程管理、项目成果评价。实训平台可以增强学生项目体验,规范软件开发,理顺开发过程。     

L12型Al3Sc基金属间化合物有序化行为和力学性能的第一性原理计算

本文采用亚晶格模型,辅助以第一性原理总能计算,研究了L1₂型Al₃Sc基金属间化合物中元素的占位有序化行为和力学性能。结果表明：Al₃Sc合金呈现完全有序化,其中Al占据3c亚晶格位置,Sc占据1a亚晶格位置；L1₂-Al₃(Sc_0.75M_0.25)金属间化合物(M=Y、Ti、Zr和Hf)也呈现完全有序化,第三组元M均只占据1a亚晶格位置,这些元素的占位行为均不受温度的影响。L1₂-Al₃(Sc_0.75M_0.25)金属间化合物均满足力学稳定性条件。M为Y时,L1₂-Al₃(Sc_0.75M_0.25)金属间化合物的剪切模量、体弹模量和杨氏模量和硬度下降；M为Ti、Zr或Hf时,随着原子半径增大,剪切模量、体弹模量、杨氏模量和硬度逐渐降低,其中Ti的加入可使L1₂-Al₃(Sc_0.75M_0.25)金属间化合物的塑性和韧性达到最好。     

In Situ Polymerizing Internal Encapsulation Strategy Enables Stable Perovskite Solar Cells toward Lead Leakage Suppression

Despite the outstanding power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) achieved over the years, unsatisfactory stability and lead toxicity remain obstacles that limit their competitiveness and large-scale practical deployment. In this study, in situ polymerizing internal encapsulation (IPIE) is developed as a holistic approach to overcome these challenges. The uniform polymer internal package layer constructed by thermally triggered cross-linkable monomers not only solidifies the ionic perovskite crystalline by strong electron-withdrawing/donating chemical sites, but also acts as a water penetration and ion migration barrier to prolong shelf life under harsh environments. The optimized MAPbI₃ and FAPbI₃ devices with IPIE treatment yield impressive efficiencies of 22.29% and 24.12%, respectively, accompanied by remarkably enhanced environmental and mechanical stabilities. In addition, toxic water-soluble lead leakage is minimized by the synergetic effect of the physical encapsulation wall and chemical chelation conferred by the IPIE. Hence, this strategy provides a feasible route for preparing efficient, stable, and eco-friendly PSCs.

基于交往理念的儿童家具设计研究

目的研究促进儿童交往的家具设计,以培养儿童的交往能力为目的,满足他们的情感需要。方法引入交互设计的研究方法,以行为为对象,通过分析儿童不同时期的交往行为特征,总结归纳儿童交往的行为模式,研究儿童、家具、同伴之间的互动,探索儿童交往行为模式下的儿童家具设计的新思路。结论研究儿童交往行为模式下的家具设计更具有适用性,能促进儿童间的交往,为儿童家具设计的发展提供新的借鉴。     

一种OA系统主题词提取算法设计

设计了一种用于OA系统主题词提取算法,该算法包括单句聚类、抽取代表句、代表句分词和主题词提取几个步骤。采用层次凝聚法作为单句聚类算法,研究公文句子的特点,设计了代表句抽取算法,根据公文群体较为单一的特点,建立主题词词库以及主题词提取规则库,对机械分词法进行改进,设计了代表句的分词算法,实现了公文搜索主题词的自动生成。
