Excess properties and spectroscopic studies for binary system polyethylene glycol 600 + dimethyl sulfoxide at T =(298.15, 303.15,308.15, 313.15, and 318.15) K

The work presents density (ρ) and viscosity (η) data of binary system polyethylene glycol 600 (PEG) + dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) over the entire concentration range at T =(298.15,303.15,308.15,313.15 and 318.15) K and atmospheric pressure.On the basis of density and viscosity values,the excess properties of PEG (1) + DMSO (2) mixtures,including excess molar volume (VEm),viscosity deviation (△η),excess free energies of activation (△G*E),and isobaric thermal expansion coefficient (αp),were calculated.At the same time,in order to conjecture the density viscosity under different conditions,the density and viscosity data were fitted with the corresponding formula.The calculated results of VEm,△η,and △G*E were fitted with the Redlich-Kister equation to derive coefficients and estimate the standard deviations (σ) between the experimental and calculated values.Moreover,the intermolecular interaction of PEG with DMSO was discussed on the basis of FTIR and UV-Vis spectral results of PEG (1) + DMSO (2) mixtures.The results indicated that there were the hydrogen bonding and interactions of hvdroxvl hydrogen atoms in PEG with oxygen atoms in DMSO.     

汉语谐音与语义双关语的认知神经加工差异——ERP证据

该文运用事件相关电位技术,观测汉语谐音双关语与语义双关语两者是否存在认知神经加工上的差异。结果发现,语义双关语的正确率明显低于谐音双关语以及不符合逻辑语篇的正确率。谐音双关语组、语义双关语组和不合逻辑语篇引发的脑电波数据在300～900ms之间存在显著差异。其中,语义双关语和不合逻辑语篇都引发了N400效应。脑电波形图和脑电波地形图显示,前者引发的N400效应略微晚于后者引发的N400效应,但数据统计的结果不显著。在600～900ms,谐音双关语引发了P600效应。研究由此推论: 汉语谐音双关语与语义双关语认知层面的加工差异与双关语的呈现形式和表达效果密切相关。     

DP600/AZ31无匙孔搅拌摩擦点焊塑性金属流动特性及断裂行为研究

在最优焊接参数下,对1 mm DP600镀锌钢板和3 mm AZ31镁板进行无匙孔搅拌摩擦点焊试验,焊后对接头分别进行横切、纵切及层切,采用扫描电镜（SEM）分析焊接接头显微组织和断口形貌.结果表明,镁钢间的混合主要发生在搅拌针作用区域,形成“机械互锁”的组织形貌,有利于增加两种材料的有效接触,形成复相强化;轴肩作用区镁钢间搅拌不明显,界面较平滑,镁钢界面形成了金属化合物以及氧化镁,降低了接头的塑性和韧性.对DP600/AZ31无匙孔搅拌摩擦点焊焊接接头进行拉伸试验,发现焊接接头从搭接界面上断裂,断口呈“脉状花样”,为延性断裂.

埃塞DMC项目5 600 t/d熟料线的生产调试

埃塞俄比亚DMC项目5600t/d熟料项目是目前非洲单条线生产能力最大的,也是建设难度最大的生产线。简要介绍了该线的主要设备;重点就矿山长皮带、原料磨系统、煤磨系统和窑系统这四个系统生产调试中出现的问题及解决措施进行了分析介绍。经过一系列的生产调试和技术改造,现生产线各项指标均达到并超过了设计要求。     

Finishing works after welding of structures made of rust-resistant,high-alloy steels

In this paper, problems that occur when working with welds formed of high-alloy steels to restore their passive layers, damaged as a result of temperature impact, are discussed. Particular attention was paid to the procedures concerning aggressive etching agents during and after completion of the passivation processes (waste neutralization and utilization).     

Demonstration Experiment of 3 BN-600 MOX Vibropac FAs Irradiation for the Excess Weapons Plutonium Disposal

The paper presents results of a demonstration experiment on conversion of 50 kg of weapon-grade plutonium in the form of metal ingots into granulated MOX-fuel to be used for manufacturing fuel pins and 3 fuel assemblies (FAs) for the fast power-generating reactor BN-600, irradiation parameters of these FAs and the data from post-irradiation examinations. It can be concluded from the PIE results that the 3FAs were successfully irradiated in BN-600 without any fuel pin failures. Therefore, disposition of weapongrade plutonium with a weight of about 20 kg was successfully done. This represents the first disposition of Russian surplus weapon-grade plutonium as an international cooperation (this experiment was performed in collaboration between RIAR and JNC). The possibility of using MOX vipac fuel as a method for weapon plutonium disposition is clearly shown.     

亚临界锅炉汽包水位计偏差大探析

基于汽包水位测量原理进行误差分析,比对现有汽包炉水位计特性,进行有针对性的调整和改造,在很大程度上可以减少汽包水位计的偏差,提高汽包水位测量的准确度,减少因水位计测量不准、偏差大而引起的安全事故,对于提高涉网机组的安全性有较大的现实意义。     

国产600 MW机组7、8号低加疏水异常分析及对策

哈三电厂3#机组是我国首台600 MW机组,自3#机组试运投产以来,7#、8#低加疏水始终不正常。文章较系统地分析了7#、8#低加疏水异常的原因,结合电厂实际,本着“少投资、多见效”的原则,提出了切实可行的解决对策,取得了令人满意的效果。     

超临界直流炉燃烧配风系统初调整探析

通过对大唐乌沙山电厂(4×600 MW)1号机组进行制粉系统调整、一次风调平、二次风风量标定、燃烧器调整、烟气挡板调整及冷态动力场试验等,消除了锅炉在燃烧、配风等方面存在的一些问题,使设备性能水平改善,状态良好。
