超临界直流炉燃烧配风系统初调整探析

摘    要:通过对大唐乌沙山电厂(4×600 MW)1号机组进行制粉系统调整、一次风调平、二次风风量标定、燃烧器调整、烟气挡板调整及冷态动力场试验等,消除了锅炉在燃烧、配风等方面存在的一些问题,使设备性能水平改善,状态良好。

Abstract:Through adjustment of the coal pulverizing system,primary air averaging,secondary air flow calibration,adjustment of burners,adjustment of flue gas damper,and cold-state dynamic field test etc.for unit no.1 in Datang Wushashan power plant,elimination of problems in aspects of combustion and air distribution etc.of the boiler has been carried out,obtaining satisfactory result.
