针对任意三维到达波角度分布时,接收天线阵列的空域相关性评估比较复杂,通常只能采用数值积分方法的问题,本文提出了一种基于角谱域脉冲采样的三维空域相关性评估快速算法。该算法首先利用特定采样脉冲对三维入射波功率角谱进行二维采样,然后根据采样脉冲的空域相关系数加权叠加获得不同天线接收信号之间的空域相关性,大大降低相关性计算的复杂度。同时,文中还推导获得基于最小均方误差准则的采样脉冲表达式及其对应的空域相关系数精确解析式和近似表达式。仿真和分析结果表明,当角谱域采样间隔小于10度时,该快速算法的最大误差小于0.01,但运算时间远远小于数值积分方法及其它评估方法,可满足信道估计和天线阵列设计等实际需求。 相似文献

An Acacia victoriae trypsin inhibitor (AvTI) was purified from the seeds of prickly wattle (A. victoriae Bentham) by salt precipitation, ion-exchange and gel filtration chromatography, and its degree of glycosylation, amino acid composition, and kinetic properties were determined. Gel electrophoresis revealed at least four glycoprotein bands in the crude extract, salt-precipitated and ion-exchange protein fractions, while the purified AvTI showed only one band and a degree of glycosylation of 2.06%. Glutamate (13.3%), aspartate (10.3%), leucine (7.62%) and lysine (7.01%) were the major amino acids in AvTI while the contents of sulphur-containing amino acids, cysteine (1.38%) and methionine (0.75%), as well as of tryptophan (1.17%) were low. Its dissociation constant (Ki) for the inhibition of bovine trypsin was found to be 1.06 × 10−8 M, indicating a high affinity between AvTI and this enzyme, and its role as a competitive inhibitor was confirmed by a double reciprocal plot. These results complement our earlier studies which indicated the presence of three isoforms of this Kunitz-type trypsin inhibitor in prickly wattle seed. 相似文献

目的:开发HPLC-ESI-MS/MS方法测定大鼠组织对氨基水杨酸浓度以改善以往方法的复杂前处理过程及低灵敏度的问题,并应用于研究其在大鼠体内的分布。方法: 采用一步蛋白沉淀的前处理,选择菲诺门Synergi 4u Polar-RP 80A (150 mm×4.6 mm;4 μm)色谱柱以及梯度法进行色谱分离。内标为氯唑沙宗。采用API4000液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法测定。扫描方式采用多重反应监测(MRM),负离子模式。对氨基水杨酸及内标(氯唑沙宗)监测离子对为m/z 152.0→108.1,m/z 167.9→131.9。 结果:总分析运行时间为6.5 min。对氨基水杨酸在0.05~50 μg/mL内线性关系良好,定量下限低至0.05 μg/mL。本实验方法学所有验证结果都符合FDA生物样品分析指导原则要求。结论:本分析方法准确可靠,并成功应用于临床前组织分布研究。 相似文献

Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) in transmission and photoacoustic detection (PAS) techniques have been used for the characterization of polymeric coating of cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX) using a fluoroelastomer (Viton®). Although the bands of the polymer were indicated by two different techniques, the transmission (casting film) showed better evidence of absorption of fluoroelastomer for the polymer coating of the energetic material. Also attenuated total reflectance (ATR), another FT‐IR technique, has been used to analyze a cyclotetramethylenetetramine (HMX)/Viton system for the characterization of Viton bands and it showed excellent results without sample preparation. 相似文献

Understanding the behavior of reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels under irradiation is a mandatory task that has to be elucidated in order to be able to operate safely a nuclear power plant or to extend its lifetime. To build up predictive tools, a substantial experimental data base is needed at the nanometre scale to extract quantitative information on neutron-irradiated materials and to validate the theoretical models. To reach this experimental goal, ferritic model alloys and French RPV steel were neutron irradiated in a test reactor at an irradiation flux of 9 × 1017 nm−2 s, doses from 0.18 to 1.3 × 1024 nm−2 and 300 °C. The main goal of this paper is to report the characterization of the radiation-induced microstructural change in the materials by using the state-of-the-art of characterization techniques available in Europe at the nanometre scale.
