TiO2 with exposed (001) facets were composited with CdS nanorods to construct 2D/1D heterojunction. As comparison, P25 with mainly exposed (101) facets were employed to combine with CdS nanorods. The 2D/1D heterojunction of TiO2 nanosheets and CdS nanorod displayed 3.7 times higher hydrogen generation than that of P25/CdS composites. The results indicated that TiO2 with exposed (001) facets were favorable for enhancing the photocatalytic activity of CdS via optimizing the heterojunction between TiO2 and CdS. Photoluminescence and photoelectrochemical characteristics results demonstrated that the 2D-TiO2/1D-CdS heterojunction exhibits higher separation efficiency of photoinduced carriers and superior electron transfer ability. This work exemplifies that heterojunction modification is an effective strategy to improve the efficiency of the photocatalyst composites.  相似文献

针对两段氨性加压浸出氧化铜钴矿新工艺所产生的氨浸液,用(NH4)_3PO_4净化除杂以及D001交换树脂离子交换分离铜钴的方法来取代直接蒸馏法。在氨浸液250mL,搅拌转速500r/min,反应温度25℃,(NH4)_3PO_4质量为氨浸液中Ca、Mg、Fe总量的3倍,反应时间30min的条件下,杂质Ca、Fe、Mg的脱除率分别为98.37%、98.33%和96.3%,对主元素Cu、Co损失影响不大。静态试验结果表明,在D001交换树脂10g、除杂后氨浸液200mL、30℃恒温振荡8min的条件下,铜吸附率达到91.88%,钴吸附率下降至1.87%。动态试验结果表明,金属离子与D001树脂交换能力强弱顺序为CuNiMnZnFeMgCo。用盐酸洗脱D001离子交换树脂即可得到纯度较高的钴液,实现钴与其它金属杂质离子的分离。  相似文献

Nano-composite materials of Ag nanoparticles dispersed TiO2 nanocubes with exposed {001}/{101} crystal faces were fabricated mainly via a flexible one-step method of hydrothermal treatment with different content of Ag from 1 up to 3 mol%. Prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. These analysis was carried out for understanding the contribution of different content of silver for enhancing the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanocubes. Prepared silver nanoparticles had small particle size and grafted to the {101} crystal face of TiO2 with the role of template control agent and linking agent. The photocatalytic performance of Ag-TiO2 nanocubes were researched via Rhodamine B dye removal under visible light irradiation ( ≧420 nm). Ag-TiO2 composite materials with the content of 2 mol% Ag showed the best photocatalytic activity for degradation of Rhodamine B, which was five times more than bare TiO2 and associated with the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) propelled effect. The mechanism by which silver enhanced the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was also demonstrated.  相似文献

Utilizing Fourier Transform Reflection Absorption-Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IRAS), we have investigated the CO oxidation reaction in-situ on a Ru(001) surface at high ( 10 Torr) pressures. Under certain temperature and reactant (CO and O2) partial pressure conditions, we observe for the first time on unsupported Ru a weakly adsorbed CO species which is characterized by an unusually high C-O stretching frequency of 2140 cm–1. A similar feature has been identified previously on small Ru particles in supported catalysts and attributed by some to a multicarbonyl species (–Ru(CO) n ,n > 1). By following the intensity of this feature on Ru(001) relative to other peaks in the spectra, we believe that the 2140 cm–1 peak observed here is most likely due to a highly perturbed linearly adsorbed monocarbonyl on partially oxidized Ru sites generated by locally high concentrations of coadsorbed oxygen.Sandia National Laboratories is supported by the United States Department of Energy under contract number DE-AC04-76DP00789.  相似文献

TiO2 nanosheets with highly reactive {001} facets ({001}-TiO2) have attracted great attention in the fields of science and technology because of their unique properties. In recent years, many efforts have been made to synthesize {001}-TiO2 and to explore their applications in photocatalysis. In this review, we summarize the recent progress in preparing {001}-TiO2 using different techniques such as hydrothermal, solvothermal, alcohothermal, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and sol gel-based techniques. Furthermore, the enhanced efficiency of {001}-TiO2 by modification of carbon materials, surface deposition of transition metals, and non-metal doping is reviewed. Then, the applications of {001}-TiO2-based photocatalysts in the degradation of organic dyes, hydrogen evolution, carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction, bacterial disinfection, and dye-sensitized solar cells are summarized. We believe this entire review on TiO2 nanosheets with {001} facets can further inspire researchers in associated fields.

High-quality single crystals are well suited to the investigation of some intrinsic material properties. A modified Bridgman method using a sharp temperature gradient (300°C/cm) was used to grow Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+x single crystals. Although the samples were contained in alumina ampoules, no aluminium contamination of the samples was detected. Blade-shaped crystals up to 7–8 mm length and 3–4 mm width could be grown by this method, although extraction from the matrix was difficult. Electron diffraction patterns of the [001] zone axis revealed a high degree of crystallinity. The narrowness of the superconducting transition temperature, as determined by ac susceptibility, also suggests the existence of well-formed crystalline domains. In order to determine the relative orientation of the crystalline domains, electron channeling patterns were recorded from several consecutive growth steps from a fracture surface. The poor contrast of these and Kikuchi patterns suggests the presence of a stacking structure. The results showed a [100] growth direction and (001) cleavage plane. Reversible oxygen loss at the peritectic decomposition temperature of 863°C was observed. Knoop indentation measurements showed that the crystals were quite soft, having a microhardness of 0.44 GPa.  相似文献

能源危机和环境污染是当今世界发展面临的两大挑战,如何有效缓解煤、石油等不可再生化石资源过度消耗所引发的能源危机,以及由此造成CO2过量排放引起的温室效应问题,是当前人类发展亟待解决的重大科学问题之一。基于此,本文综述了近年来以TiO2为光催化剂,以绿色、清洁的太阳光能催化还原CO2成低价态含碳燃料(如CH4、CH3OH、HCHO、HCOOH、C2H5OH等)研究进展。在TiO2光还原CO2机理基础上,对元素掺杂、半导体复合与染料敏化、高活性晶面调控、低维纳米结构设计、助催化剂、Z型结构设计和单原子催化等方法来提高光还原CO2反应效率和选择性进行分析,并指出目前研究存在的关键问题和未来CO2光还原的发展方向。  相似文献

The highly (1301) oriented triple system of [CoPt/C]n/Ag films was deposited on glass substrates by DC and RF magnetron sputtering. After annealing at 600℃ for 30 min, thin films become magnetically hard with coercivities in the range of 160-875 kA/m because of high anisotropy associated with the L10 ordered phase. C doping plays an important role in improving (001) texture and reducing the intergrain interactions. The oriented growth of CoPt films was influenced strongly by the number of repetitions (n) of CoPt/C. By controlling the C content and the number of repetitions (n) of CoPt/C, nearly perfect (001) orientation can be obtained in the [CoPt3nm/C3nm]5/Ag50 nm.  相似文献
