异常宫颈细胞核的自适应局部分割

为实现宫颈液基细胞图像中异常细胞核的准确分割,提出一种新的自适应局部细胞核分割方法：在自适应阶段,采用一种利用灰度和纹理信息的快速自适应阈值算法大致检测出细胞核区域;在局部阶段,对每一个粗分割得到的连通区域,在其局部邻域内,使用一种利用边界和区域信息的、基于泊松概率分布的图割法修正分割结果。将此方法用于苏木素&伊红染色的宫颈液基细胞图像,结果显示本文所提出方法的平均计算时间为1.6秒/图,且比文献[3]的方法在细胞核检测率、和异常细胞核分割精度上均提高了19.7%。     

基于BF算法的网络异常流量行为检测

互联网异常流量行为会造成网页内容难以管理、吞噬网络带宽和传播病毒等危害.针对该问题,提出基于Bloom Filter(BF)算法的异常流量检测方法.以点对点(P2P)流量为检测对象,分析BF算法和传统的抽样方法,研究P2P流量常见的特征行为,统计其属性组合,并基于BF算法和抽样方法对异常流量行为进行检测.实验结果证明,该方法能加快异常流量行为的检测速度,提高检测准确率.     

基于飞参数据的某型航空发动机DEGT估算方法

提出一种适用于某型军用航空发动机视情维修的DEGT估算方法,使用飞参中记录的低压转子转速和高压转子转速反映航空发动机工况,分别建立了发动机巡航状态和加力状态DEGT估算模型,使DEGT估算可以在每次飞行后进行.对一组实际飞行数据的实验分析表明:该方法得出的DEGT与发动机实际性能退化情况相吻合,能够较好地反映航空发动机的状态,可以应用于军用航空发动机状态监控.     

带通配符和One-Off条件的序列模式挖掘

很多应用领域产生大量的序列数据。如何从这些序列数据中挖掘具有重要价值的模式,已成为序列模式挖掘研究的主要任务。研究这样一个问题：给定序列S、支持度阈值和间隔约束,从序列S中挖掘所有出现次数不小于给定支持度阈值的频繁序列模式,并且要求模式中任意两个相邻元素在序列中的出现位置满足用户定义的间隔约束。设计了一种有效的带有通配符的模式挖掘算法One-Off Mining,模式在序列中的出现满足One-Off条件,即模式的任意两次出现都不共享序列中同一位置的字符。在生物DNA序列上的实验结果表明,One-Off Mining比相关的序列模式挖掘算法具有更好的时间性能和完备性。     

A multiple-criteria decision problem for optimal management of farm resources under uncertainty - a case study

An attempt is made to minimize the total operational cost and specific energy for rice cultivation, when the constraints relating to the availability of power sources and crop yield are supposed to be stochastic in nature. The Sequential Linear Goal Programming algorithm has been used to solve the resulting multiple objective optimization problem.     

Delay-dependent state feedback control with small gain conditions in finite frequency domains

This article studies the problem of control synthesis via state feedback for linear continuous-time multi-delay systems with small gain conditions in finite frequency domains. Based on the projection lemma, a new partial multiplier expansion method is proposed to design state feedback controllers. The resulting sufficient conditions are given in terms of solutions to a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated via a numerical design example.     

Approximate controllability of linear retarded systems in Hilbert spaces

The object of this paper is to construct some results on the control problems for retarded functional differential equations of parabolic type with unbounded principal operators in Hilbert spaces. In order to establish relations between controllability of the given equation and observability of the adjoint system, we investigate the equivalent relation for the completeness of generalised eigenspaces of the infinitesimal generators. Finally, when the control space is a finite-dimensional space, a necessary and sufficient condition for the approximate controllability of retarded equations is given by the so-called rank condition.     

Optimal control of dynamic systems with hysteresis

We formulate a model of hysteresis of Madelung type, and we study an optimal control problem associated with dynamical systems that include this type of hysteresis. We obtain and analyse a variant of dynamic programming equations for the solution of this optimal control problem.
