单根氧化锌纳米带/Au电极体系I-V特性的测量

利用电子束刻蚀和真空蒸镀法，在单要氧化锌纳米带和SiO2/Si片上，制备了金纳米电极，采用四端法对氧化锌带的电流-电压（I-V）特性进行测量。实验发展氧化锌纳米带/金电极组成的体系存在三种完全不同的I-V特性曲线，分别为对应于较淖电阻的非对称阀值型曲线以及电阻较大的整流型和线性对称曲线，我们认为这主要是由于氧化锌纳米带和电极的接触情况不同所造成的。测量表明器件在不同环境下（空气和真空）具有不同的I-V特性，表面在当测量环境由空气变为真空时，前一类的I-V特性变化不大，而后一类由整流型变为线性对称型。     

卷积码的线性系统

介绍了卷积码的线性离散时不变系统模型。从建立卷积码的状态变量方程出发,研究了卷积码的代数结构,并详细论述了基于状态变量方程描述的迭代译码算法。     

饮水沟堆积体抢险加固工程监测成果及预警分析

根据饮水沟堆积体边坡变形特征,采用数学模型对边坡稳定性进行了综合预测分析,及时提出边坡异常变形的预警;结合开挖、降雨、排水以及加固处理等因素,对监测成果进行分析,论证边坡变形机理,实时分析抢险加固效果,为制定抢险方案以及调整加固参数、优化施工组织和加快工程进度等提供了科学依据,是成功预警并高效治理大规模变形体边坡的典型工程案例,可供类似工程参考。     

Modeling of Material Deformation Kinetics in the Prefracture Zone

Based on the concept of complete stress–strain diagrams, we propose a new model describing the law of stress distribution in the prefracture zone in plastic materials in view of the type of the stressed state.     

无线监测示功仪的研制与应用

针对常规示功仪资料储存的容量有限和对油井不能长时间连续监测的不足,研制了无线监测示功仪。该示功仪将载荷和位移传感器、无线传输以及太阳能供电等多种技术集于一体(1)采用加速度传感器,实现了光杆无线位移检测,解决了常规位移传感器寿命短、可靠性差的问题;(2)应用CC1000无线模块,实现了油井示功图短距离数据无线交换,屏弃了常规仪器电缆通讯的方式;(3)通过增加仪器储存容量和移植USB接口,解决了常规示功仪储存数据量少的问题,极大地方便了数据交换;(4)将太阳能电池与充电电池有机结合,圆满解决了仪器供电问题。

A Revised Methodology for Research on Metamemory: Pre-judgment Recall And Monitoring (PRAM).

A revised methodology is described for research on metacognitive monitoring, especially judgments of learning (JOLs), to investigate psychological processing that previously has been only hypothetical and unobservable. During data collection a new stage of recall occurs just prior to the JOL, so that during data analysis the items can be partitioned into subcategories to measure the degree of JOL accuracy in ways that are more analytic than was previously possible. A weighted-average combinatorial rule allows the component measures of JOL accuracy to be combined into the usual overall measure of metacognitive accuracy. An example using the revised methodology offers a new explanation for the delayed-JOL effect, in which delayed JOLs are more accurate than immediate JOLs for predicting recall. Process monitoring using auto-associative,feed-forward artificial neural networks

The potential of using artificially simulated neural networks as intelligent, adaptive process-monitoring devices is discussed. The investigation is considered as a method for automatic, intelligent exception reporting for quality control applications. The technique is also compared with the conventional statistical approaches of principal component analysis and Kohonen's feature map.
