CO2泡沫压裂优化设计技术及应用

针对苏里格低压、低渗透气藏常规水基压裂液压后返排困难,导致储层水锁伤害的问题,研究利用CO2泡沫压裂来降低压裂液滤失,提高压裂液返排率,降低对储层的伤害。有针对性地研究了CO2泡沫压裂优化设计技术,包括:CO2泡沫压裂起泡技术、酸性交联技术、变泡沫质量和恒定内相设计技术等。现场应用表明,长庆苏里格气田气藏应用CO2泡沫压裂技术,可大大提高返排率,缩短压裂液返排时间,降低压裂液对气层的伤害,提高压裂效果。     

旋转导向钻井偏心稳定器横向振动研究

旋转导向钻井偏心稳定器横向振动研究是国家863“可控(闭环)三维轨迹钻井技术”课题研究的部分内容。选取偏心稳定器的心轴作为研究对象,以偏心稳定器心轴连续梁系统的横向振动模型受力分析为基础,根据课题研究中所设计的心轴结构形式,建立了与实际情况较为接近的三铰支点的连续梁系统横向振动方程;并分析了偏心稳定器横向振动对钻井工具和钻具系统的影响,为合理进行心轴设计以及偏心稳定器样机在现场的正确使用和钻井参数的合理选择,提供了科学的理论依据和实用的计算方法。计算实例表明,当钻压范围选择在80~250kN时,215.9mm井眼钻进中的确存在19~20、61~63、162~163r/min前三阶横向共振转速区间,因此在选择钻井参数时应通过钻压与转速的配合,尽可能避开横向共振转速,以保证下部钻具组合系统及作业安全。

对小偏心受压构件在对称配筋情况下的截面配筋计算，提出用最佳一次逼近多项式简化基本公式，直接按二次方程求解ξ的近似方法，具有精度高，相对误差小，计算方便等优点，可供工程设计人员参考。     

Engaging the aging workforce: The relationship between perceived age similarity, satisfaction with coworkers, and employee engagement.

Business publications and the popular press have stressed the importance of creating conditions for meaningful employee expression in work roles, also known as engagement. Few empirical studies, however, have examined how individual or situational factors relate to engagement. Consequently, this study examines the interplay between employee age, perceived coworker age composition, and satisfaction with older (older than 55) and younger (younger than 40) coworkers on engagement using a sample of 901 individuals employed in the United Kingdom. Results indicated that satisfaction with one's coworkers related significantly to engagement. Moreover, perceived age similarity was associated with higher levels of engagement among older workers when they were highly satisfied with their coworkers over 55 and lower levels of engagement when they were not. 关于变压器二次额定电压的计算

推导了变压器二次负载电压的计算公式,建议由此公式代替以往原理书中惯用的近似公式。利用此公式绘制和分析了不同功率因数额定负载时的相量轨迹图。     

Analysis of the Ductile Strength of Welds Weakened by Notches in Longitudinally Welded Pipes of Large Diameter by the Method of Slip Lines

We study the stressed state of an inhomogeneous welded joint containing an interlayer of a more high-strength material under the action of tensile loads. It is assumed that the contact boundary has a cracklike defect. We deduce analytic dependences of the fracture load on the mechanical inhomogeneity of the joint, thickness of the interlayer, and depth of the defect. The maximum depth of the defect to which the joint is insensitive is established. The proposed theoretical results are innovative and agree with the experimental data obtained for specimens cut out from a pipe of 14KhGS steel.
