一种便于观测的信号抽样及复原方法

利用倍频器，将重复频率与连续信号ｔ（ｔ）的频率相同的方波进行若干次倍频后，对连续信号进行抽样，从而获得离散的抽样信号ｆｓ（ｔ），再利用有源低通滤波器使其复原成连续信号ｆ（ｔ）。避免了一般抽样器不便于观测的缺点。     

声表面波32位MSK抽头延迟线

介绍了扩频通信有效的ＭＳＫ信号特点及声表面波ＭＳＫ抽头延迟线构成方式，给出了声表面波３２位ＭＳＫ抽头延迟线的实验结果。     

氮对纳米硅氮薄膜品化的影响

在电容式耦合等离子体化学气相沉积系统中，用高氢稀释硅烷和氮气为反应气氛制备纳米硅氮（ｎｃ－ＳｉＮｘ：Ｈ）薄膜结果表明：当Ｎ＿２／ＳｉＨ＿４气体流量比（Ｘｎ）从１增加为４时，薄膜的晶态年从５８％降至１４％，晶粒尺寸从１０ｎｍ降至５ｕｍ，Ｎ／Ｓｉ含量比从０．０３增至０．１２．当Ｘｎ≥５，则生成非晶硅氮（ａ－ＳｉＮｘ：Ｈ）薄膜．当Ｘｎ从１增加为１０时，薄膜暗电导率从１０￣（－５）（Ωｃｍ）￣（－１）降至１０￣（－１１）（Ωｃｍ）￣（－１），具有逾渗行为，这与薄膜的晶态率紧密相关．     

The performance of a direct-sequence spread-spectrum acquisition system using a linear prediction filter for narrowband interference suppression

The coarse acquisition performance of a direct sequence spread-spectrum receiver is analyzed when a linear prediction filter is used for narrowband interference suppression. We show that once an appropriate matching strategy is identified, the linear prediction filter can provide favorable performance when narrowband interference is present over a considerable range of both interference power and bandwidth. In addition, the presence of the filter dramatically improves the performance over the case where there is no filter, except when the interference bandwidth and the power are both small (i.e., when the processing gain provides sufficient interference immunity without the filter). If long spreading sequences are used with moderately sized observation windows, the acquisition performance can be severely degraded when a parallel acquisition scheme is used due to the linear predication filter. 非晶硅基薄膜的等离子体刻蚀光发射谱检测

本文研究了采用锁定放大相干检测技术的等离子体光发射谱检测系统。用该系统检测了仅用CF4作为刻蚀气体刻蚀非晶硅基薄膜的等离子体光发射谱。分析了检测结果和刻蚀机理。     

Deorthogonalization of ODS-CDMA QPSK by AM/PM Nonlinearity

When using a conventional demodulator, a sufficient condition to maintain ODS-CDMA codeword orthogonality is constant relative channel amplitude over the codeword duration. When transmitted over a memoryless, AM/PM nonlinearity channel, the chip-to-chip fluctuating amplitude of a composite ODS-CDMA QPSK waveform produces a chip-to-chip fluctuating phase that deorthogonalizes the ODS-CDMA codewords, resulting in an additional multiple access self-interference similar to that found in asynchronous DS-CDMA. For ODS-CDMA QPSK in an AM/PM nonlinearity channel, we utilize the Central Limit Theorem, derive, and evaluate: (i) an expression for the signal-to-distortion ratio at the demodulator output, (ii) an expression for the uncoded bit error probability, and (iii) an upper bound on the convolutionally-coded bit error probability. We find that the degradation to BER depends on both the AM/PM nonlinearity slope and the ODS-CDMA channel loading.     

海浪谱的光学探测及信息处理

建立了一套光学——计算机混合处理系统用以分析海浪航空底片,并得到了海浪方向谱和能谱。实验结果与现有的海浪理论符合较好,同时显示了该方法有可能发展成一种实用的实时海浪探测方法。     

特征X射线能谱法测定Fe^＋注入小麦种子的深度

用１１０ｋｅＶ Ｆｅ＾＋离子束垂直注入小麦种胚后，在扫描电子显微镜上沿种子纵沟剖面，在不同深度上测量Ｆｅ元素被激发出的特征Ｘ射线强度分布，结果表明分布呈指数衰减，与晶体中的热扩散分布相类似，并对此进行了讨论。     

Spectral Feature Analysis of Semiconductor Thin Disk Laser

The semiconductor thin disk laser is a new type of semiconductor laser. This work gives the basic operation function of the semiconductor disk laser, and analyses the heat effect by the experimentally measured photoluminescence spectrum of the laser chip at different pump power and different temperatures. We can see that: with increasing pump power, the thermal effect of the gain material becomes seriously and causes the saturation of carrier lifetime, so the electron-hole pair created in the absorbtion lay...     

迫零对Turbo码的性能影响

从距离谱的角度对迫零在Turbo码中的作用进行了理论分析。通过仿真，研究了迫零对Turbo码性能的影响。仿真结果表明，Turbo码编码器迫零处理有助于改善Turbo码的性能。
