为了改善广泛应用的直动式溢流阀的颤振行为,考虑油液压缩性、管道弹性和阀芯碰撞阀座时的能量损失,建立了溢流阀无量纲形式的数学模型。以4种不同的弹簧预压缩量,作出了相位和向量场分布图,得到了系统的稳定平衡状态。应用非光滑动态系统理论和计算软件MATLAB,画出了单参数和双参数分岔图,发现系统存在Hopf分岔、极限环鞍结点分岔、广义Hopf分岔和尖点分岔等分岔现象。搭建了测试平台,得到了阀芯位移分岔图和频谱瀑布图,对数学模型进行了实验验证。结果表明,小流量时为混沌或周期碰撞震荡,增大流量可改善阀芯颤振行为,为周期非碰撞震荡或稳定平衡状态。此研究工作为直动式溢流阀的失稳机理和颤振行为提供了理论依据。 相似文献

连续管作业时会出现压扁、折弯和局部破损等问题,在现场需要安全快速切断连续管损坏部位,并实施管-管对接焊修复工程。为此,研制了便携式和全位置连续管校直机、旋转锥套式胀圆器、管口开坡口机以及6个自由度对中机构等成套修复设备。在采油井口连续管作业现场,运用这些修复设备和试验制定的修复工艺,在很短时间内就可以高质量地修复损坏的连续管。修复后连续管接头的疲劳循环次数达到母材管的61%。应用连续管快速修复技术可大大提高连续管井下作业效率,保证作业的安全性。 相似文献

We have developed a thermal model for a large‐scale lithium‐ion cell and have simulated its thermal behaviors during charge, discharge, and charge–discharge cycles with different current rates by using the software of COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5a. In this work, thermal energy and its distribution were firstly calculated based on experimental data under different operating conditions. A new parameter, called thermal energy conversion efficiency, was proposed to describe relative value of thermal energy in the cell. The thermal energy conversion efficiency and the temperature were plotted in a figure to show their relativity. The temperature variation was also studied systemically when the cell underwent discharge–charge cycles. A low rate charge is validated to be a favorable factor in protecting the cell from overheating during charge–discharge cycles. A connection resistance is proved to be a main factor that accelerates the rise of temperature in the spot near a terminal column, which should be eliminated as much as possible to protect the cell from local overheating. Operational rules and control strategies of the chemically recuperated gas turbine (CRGT) in the marine propulsion are investigated in this paper. The Minimization of Gibbs free energy method is used to calculate the diesel-steam reforming reaction which products synthetic hydrogen rich fuels, and a universal model of the chemical regenerator which is easily applied to different application environments is created. The hydrogen production and hydrogen molar fraction are investigated to verify that the CRGT improve the combustion performances under low working conditions. Off-design calculations are performed to derive proper operational rules, and transient calculations are performed to investigate the best control strategies for the systems. The modelling approach of the chemical regenerator can be generally used in the chemically recuperated gas turbine. The elaborate operational rules can greatly improve the thermal efficiencies under every working condition. The system using synchronous control strategies have better regulation speed and operation stability than that using asynchronous control strategies. 相似文献

La0·3Sr0·7Co0·7Fe0·3O3 (LSCF3773) was chosen as an oxygen carrier material for synthesis gas production and synthesized using ethylene-diamine-tetra-acetic acid (EDTA) citrate-complexing method. LSCF exhibited a pure cubic structure where 110 and 100 plane diffractions were active for CO2 splitting, while 111 was more favored by H2O splitting. Overall oxygen storage capacity (OSC) of LSCF was 4072 μmol/gcat. During the reduction process, regular cations (Co4+, Fe4+), polaron cations (Co3+, Fe3+) and localized cations (Co2+, Fe2+) were achieved when the LSCF was reduced at 500, 700 and 900 °C, respectively. The strength of the active sites depended on reduction temperatures. An increase in oxidation temperature enhanced H2 production at temperature ranging from 500 °C to 700 °C while effected CO production at 900 °C. H2O and CO2 was competitively split during the oxidation step, especially at 700 °C. The activation energy of each reaction was ordered as; CO2 splitting > H2O splitting > CO2 adsorption, supporting the above evidence where H2 and CO production were found to increase when the operating temperature was increased. 相似文献

Due to the growing stock of torrent control structures and decreasing investments, the protection level can be reduced in the long term. Therefore, the focus of the future investments has been shifted on efficiency improvement and maintenance of existing structures. The maintenance of the existing structures is necessary to ensure safety from natural hazards, which are increasing as a consequence of the climate change. Due to the increasing number of structures, there is a strong need to develop a good maintenance management for these infrastructure works. This study is based on data from the condition rating programme of the Austrian Service for Torrent and Avalanche Control. For the structures relevant in this work, 75,343 records were available. The data were examined for different construction type and construction materials. The reliability of the structures was determined by means of the Markov chain. The study describes a homogeneous Markov chain model formed by the data of the condition rating. The result of this study is a proposal for a time to failure (TTF) and a time to repair (TTR) for several construction types with different construction materials as well as the time-dependent use of construction materials in the sector of the Austrian torrent control infrastructure. 相似文献

以类蛋黄酱体系为研究对象,运用Turbiscan、流变仪、粒度仪、显微镜研究在pH 3条件下橄榄油与椰子油不同比例复配(10∶ 0、9∶ 1、8∶ 2、7∶ 3)的混油基对于乳清分离蛋白-蛋黄卵磷脂稳定的乳液体系流变性质及冻融稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着椰子油比例增加,乳液黏度增加,弹性模量增加,橄榄油与椰子油质量比7∶ 3复配混油基制得的乳液具有最大的黏度和最高的弹性模量;所有乳液在4~40 ℃弹性模量下降,说明乳液在贮存、冷藏运输过程中内部结构完整,乳液具有良好的稳定性;蛋黄卵磷脂能够提高含椰子油(饱和脂肪酸含量高)乳液的冻融稳定性,并且椰子油比例越大(饱和程度越高),冻融稳定性提高效果越好;乳液冻融稳定性从高到低依次为橄榄油与椰子油质量比为7∶ 3>8∶ 2>9∶ 1>10∶ 0。 相似文献
