TK406H侧钻短半径水平井钻井工艺技术

TK40 6H侧钻短半径水平井是西北石油局在塔河油田利用已钻无产能直井井眼侧钻钻水平井而布署的第一批短半径水平井 ,也是国内目前已钻的最深的短半径水平井 ,设计侧钻造斜井深在 5 30 0m以下 ,施工难度大 ,该批短半径水平井的钻成并获得良好的产能 ,使国内水平井钻井技术迈上了新的台阶。本文主要从该油田短半径水平井钻井的技术难点入手 ,对TK40 6H侧钻短半径水平井的设计和施工进行了分析和阐述 ,并通过主要工艺技术分析 ,阐明了技术实施的着眼点和配套的技术措施

Suspension force and mechanism of debris flows

The paper discusses the postulated suspension force, by which it is possible to explain some enigmatic phenomena observed in different types of mass movements. This force is generated in thick suspensions as a result of friction between sinking solid particles and static water. The suspension force is related to the seepage force but they have opposite directions. Both forces form flow networks. Having explained the suspension force, the paper describes how this influences the movement of material, particularly in debris flows. Enigmatic features and the mechanism of debris flows and lahars are explained by virtue of the suspension force. Electronic Publication     

氧化铝生产过程结疤溶解的研究

针对氧化铝生产过程结疤现象。研制出一种新型清洗溶剂，溶垢率可达95%，清洗效果达到《工业设备化学清洗质量标准》要求。     

φ1m氨合成塔20钢异径管失效分析

分析了氨合成塔底部副线20钢异径管爆破的原因。结果表明：异径管长期处于200℃以上工作，管内H2与管材中的碳或Fe3发生化学反应，生成CH4致使管内脱碳并产生裂纹，异径管强度降低脆性增加，导致爆破。     

Influence of the intrinsic layer characteristics on a-Si:H p–i–n solar cell performance analysed by means of a computer simulation

In this paper a set of one-dimensional simulations of a-Si:H p–i–n junctions under different illumination conditions and with different intrinsic layer are presented. The simulation program ASCA permits the analysis of the internal electrical behaviour of the cell allowing a comparison among the different internal configurations determined by a change in the input set. Results about the internal electric configuration will be presented and discussed outlining their influence on the current tension characteristic curve. Considerations about the drift–diffusion and the generation–recombination balance distributions, outlined by the simulation, can be used to explain the correlation between the basic device output, the i-layer characteristics (thickness and DOS), the incident radiation intensity and photon energy.     

摩擦强度对薄膜表面形态的作用:原子力显微镜下的观察

展示了摩擦强度对聚酰亚胺薄膜表面形态的影响，原子力显微图像显示，机械摩擦会使聚酰亚胺薄膜表面上形成微沟槽，这些沟槽的表面具有丰富的表面精细构造。原子显微图像还揭示了机械摩擦可以改变被磨擦聚酰亚胺膜的表面形态。     

5754-H34铝合金板材生产工艺研究

研究了不同冷变形程度，退火温度对5754铝合金冷轧板材的组织和力学性能的影响，确定了5754合金H34状态板材的生产工艺参数，即冷变形程度25%-45￥，稳定化退火温度120-160℃，保温时间3-6h，在工业生产条件下，其产品的技术指标达到了用户要求。
