Angular distribution of GaAs sputtered under oblique Cs bombardment

The angular distribution of Ga and As sputtered from Gallium Arsenide (1 0 0) by a Cs⁺ ion beam was experimentally measured through a collector technique allowing modifications of the energy and incidence angle of the ion beam. The impact energy was varied in the range of 2-10 keV and the angle of incidence from 30° to 60°.The angular distributions of emitted matter are determined by means of SIMS depth profiles. Our series of experiments show an evolution of the preferential direction of emission as well as the spreading around this direction in function of the characteristics of the ion beam.The second objective is the study of the evolution of the stoichiometry of the deposit in function of the emission angle. A decrease of the As/Ga ratio around the preferential direction of emission and an increase of this ratio for oblique emission are observed for different conditions of primary bombardment. Considering that the angular distribution depends on the depth of origin, our results suggest that the Cs⁺ bombardment changes the stoichiometry of the near-surface layers of the sample with an enrichment of As in the outmost layers while the sub-surface region is impoverished in As due to preferential sputtering.     

Molecular dynamics simulation of interaction of H with vacancy in W

Molecular dynamics simulations were performed to investigate the interaction between H and vacancy in W using an analytical bond-order potential to describe the interactions between W-W, W-H and H-H. The most stable configuration for H in W is the tetrahedron interstitial site. We calculated the binding energies of an H and a vacancy to an H-vacancy cluster (H_nV_m) in W, respectively, where n and m ranged from 0 to 10. The binding energy was almost unchanged. The binding energy of a vacancy to H-vacancy cluster is about 0.4 eV, which is higher than the binding energy of an H to H-vacancy cluster. Vacancy is much easier to bond with H-vacancy cluster than H. And H is easier to stay in the tetrahedron interstitial site or octahedron interstitial site in bcc W.     

ECAP变形2J4合金的显微组织和磁性能

研究了等径弯曲通道变形（ECAP）对2J4合金显微组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明，2J4合金在室温下经A方式的ECAP变形后，组织明显细化，原有的奥氏体区部分转变为马氏体，且变形量越大，马氏体的质量分数越多。ECAP变形试样具有比冷轧试样更优异的磁滞性能，表现为更高的矫顽力、剩磁及更大的磁能积。ECAP变形为制备利用率高、成本低的高性能磁性材料提供了一种新途径。     

基于J散度的模式分类方法在故障诊断中的应用

提出了一种基于J散度的谱系聚类算法，对不同状态下信号的AR模型进行了分类，以分类结果建立正常信号的标准样本，比较待检样本与标准样本之间J散度和设定闽值的大小，实现对待检样本的分类。将该方法应用于往复式压缩机气阀的故障诊断中，比较J散度与欧氏距离和相关系数在分类中的效果，证实了基于J散度的模式分类方法的分类结果更加准确。     

基于J2EE的水利WAP信息系统的设计与实现

采用MVC模式实现了基于WAP的水利信息系统，阐述了系统构成和开发环境，以及系统中各模块的功能。该系统已投入试用，使防汛人员可以在任何地点、任何时间及时了解最新的防汛信息。

Do labour union recognition and bargaining deter entry in a network industry? A sequential game model

This study considers whether an incumbent firm can find it profitable to recognise a union and bargain over wages and employment, rather than to face a competitive labour market without unions. Using a sequential game model, this analysis shows that an incumbent firm may recognise a union to deter entry when network effects are sufficiently low.     

Overall efficiency comparison between the fueling methods of SAEJ2601 using dynamic simulations

This study concerns MC Formula and the table-based protocol hydrogen fueling methods described in SAE J2601 2016 edition fueling protocols for light duty gaseous hydrogen surface vehicles. It considers the overall efficiency and performance of the two methods. This is achieved by dynamic simulations, using the Dymola hydrogen fueling station library. The MC formula and table-based methods are implemented in the library and different simulations are performed, to evaluate the performance of the two different fueling methods under various conditions. The efficiency is evaluated according to; fueling time, State of Charge levels and total energy consumption. The MC formula is up to 26% faster. The state of charge levels are similar between the table-based and MC formula. The energy consumption for the MC formula is up to 6.9% higher than for the table-based method. Comparing consecutive fuelings without recharging the station, the table-based method is able to fill 7 vehicles and the MC formula 5 vehicles.     

环境智能下老龄用户方向性手势交互偏好研究

目的 方向性手势指用空间中肢体运动的方向来表示其含义的一类交互手势语言.考虑到老龄用户自身的认知习惯,需要研究该群体对面向环境智能交互的方向性手势在任务语义——运动方向映射上的偏好.方法 根据认知语言学基本理论,通过快速反应实验、用户自我评价和实景评价3个阶段,让老年被试评判从特定任务的词义联想到三维空间运动方向的程度,从而得到其对于方向性手势的偏好.结果 老龄用户认为某些任务和特定方向的关联性更显著,这些任务更适合用朝该方向划动的手势来表达;老龄用户对方向性手势的总体偏好与年轻群体差别不大.结论 通过判定偏好的基础分和差异显著性,可以得出一些任务——方向的语义关联度较高的手势,从而为智能环境下老年人群交互方式的研究提供有益的建议.
