纯铜双层辉光离子渗钛组织形成机理及性能分析 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术对纯铜进行了渗钛处理。用配有能谱仪(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对合金层的显微组织形貌、钛含量分布、相组成及相结构类型进行了观察与测定,对合金层的形成机理进行了探讨,并对其性能进行了对比测定。结果表明:渗钛层由合金层和扩散层组成,合金层主要由TiCu (Cu)固溶体 TiCu4构成,TiCu4为Dla型有序相,TiCu为B2型有序相,扩散层为(Cu)固溶体。渗钛处理后纯铜的表面得到显著强化。 相似文献

This paper presents the concept of a process signature for the use of online signature analysis and defect detection in the layered manufacturing (LM) of ceramic sensors and actuators. To achieve the high quality of parts built by the fused deposition of ceramics (FDC), an online process-monitoring system is implemented to detect the processing defects. Using a process signature extracted from the image of a layer captured by the monitoring system, an ideal image is created that is then compared to the original image to detect and identify the defects. Iron(III) oxide tablets were electrolytically reduced to iron in molten sodium hydroxide at 530 °C and recovered to produce
iron with 2 wt.% oxygen suitable for re-melting. The cell was operated at 1.7 V and an inert nickel anode was used. The thermodynamics
and mechanism of the process was also investigated. By controlling the activity of sodium oxide in the melt, the cell could
be operated below the decomposition voltage of the electrolyte with the net sequence of events being the ionization of oxygen,
its subsequent transport to the anode and discharge leaving behind iron at the cathode. A reduction time of 1 h was achieved
for a 1 g oxide tablet (close to the theoretical reduction time predicted by Faraday’s laws) at a current density of 520 mA cm−2 with iron phase yields of ∼90 wt.%. The energy consumption was 2.8 kWh kg−1. 相似文献

How to evaluate the performance of satellite networks is a prerequisite to the construction of satellite networks, and is also one of challenges in the researches on satellite networks. In this paper, generalized stochastic Petri net (GSPN) models are presented to carry out the performance analysis of a double‐layered satellite network. Firstly, the GSPN model of a double‐layered satellite network is simplified by proper analysis. Then, two sets of experiments are conducted to analyse the performance of the satellite networks, and show that the double‐layered satellite network outperforms single‐layered ones on the heavy traffic load.
