4%Cr铸钢支承辊热处理工艺

以太钢1549轧机采用的4%Cr铸钢支承辊为依托,研究了该辊子从铸造成形到最终精加工之间的三次热处理工艺。最终达到其技术要求:辊身硬度65~70HS、淬硬层深≥70 mm、辊颈硬度42~48HS。     

Preparation and Properties of Rare Earth Modified Carbon Black/Natural Rubber Composites

The oxides Eu, Ho, Er and Dy were used to prepare the hydroxides of rare earth modified carbon black. Then natural rubber latex （NRL） was added into the reactor. The system reacted at 85 ℃ with stirring for 1 h to prepare powdered HAF-Ln（OH）3/NR composites. The effects of the kind and content of Ln on the particle size distribution of P [ NR/HAF-Ln （OH）3 ] and mechanical properties of its vulcanizate were studied respectively. It is found that rare earth can help to get the powder of the composite, the product particle with a diameter less than 0.9mm will be get when the composites containing the compound of Ho, Er and Dy with dosage of 1.0, 1.0, O. 5 percent, respectively. The adding of Ln can improve the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate effectively, what＇s more, Er and Dy can decrease the permanent set of vulcanizate significantly. The SEM studies shows that P[ NR/HAF-Dy （OH）3 ] vulcanizate shows superior mechanical properties that depend primarily on the absence of free carbon black, the fine dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix and better polymer-filler interaction.     

影响道路沥青低温抗裂性能的因素

用弯曲梁流变仪、直接拉伸试验机对7种国内外油源沥青样品进行了低温抗裂性能的评价，从沥青的四组分、相对分子质量及其分布来分析其对沥青低温抗裂性能的影响，结果表明，沥青的相对分子质量分布宽，对沥青的低温抗裂性能有利。     

Effects of Y and Ce on Microstructures and Properties of Nb-Si System Composites

The effects of yttrium and cerium on microstructures and properties of Nb-Si system composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), energy dispersive spectrum(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and high temperature oxidation experiments.It is found that the coarse primary silicide phase became finer and more homogeneous with Y and Ce addition.The results of high temperature oxidation experiments show that the oxidation rates of NbSi system composites with an appropriate amount of Y and Ce decrease compared with those of alloys without Y or Ce addition, and oxidation products mainly distribute along the phase boundaries between the Nb solid solution and silicide.     

幅频特性的数学分析

根据数控装置检测系统中传感器信号电路工作要求,以共射电压放大电路为例,分别考虑耦合电容、旁路电容、结间电容和分布电容对不同信号频率的作用,分析了电路的低频特性和高频特性,给出了上下限截止频率的解析式.由此得出,电路其他参数一定时,在低频段,下限截止频率与耦合电容、旁路电容成反比,在高频段,上限截止频率与等效输入输出电容成反比,从而为传感器系统设计提供理论依据.     

Improved Matrix-Filler Adhesion

Enhanced matrix-filler adhesion is realized after filler treatment with a surface treatment process. The hydrosol/coupling agent treatment was applied to a wide range of inorganic and organic fillers, and adhesion to a variety of matrix resins was improved. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to determine the locus of failure in the filled systems. The locus of failure shows the relative degree of adhesion between the filler and the polymer matrix. Significant improvement in adhesion in humid environments is also observed.     

API长圆螺纹套管抗粘结性能的试验研究

通过对国内外大量石油套管螺纹参数的测量和全尺寸的模拟试验，以及对测量和试验数据的理论分析，找出了影响国产套管发生粘扣的原因，并在实际生产中实施验证。采取相应的措施改善了套管的抗粘结性能，同时套管的密封和抗滑脱性能并未下降。     

芳烃抽提装置技术改造

由于中国石化锦西石化分公司600kt／a连续重整装置的建设，芳烃抽提装置的原料由原来的脱戊烷油变为Ce组分。为此，对抽余油水洗塔和芳烃分离部分的苯塔塔盘，以及苯塔塔顶和塔底抽出部分进行了改造，更换部分机泵和增加变频泵，并将常规仪表改为DCS控制。改造后装置实现一次开车成功，生产出合格产品。抽余油中总芳烃含量小于0．1％，苯回收率达到99%以上。     

Finite-element analysis and experimental study on tensile fatigue behaviour of bitumen–stone adhesion

Tensile fatigue behaviours of bitumen–stone adhesion were investigated using a dynamic mechanics analyser under stress‐controlled mode at two temperatures of 5 and 25°C and various controlled‐stress levels. Failure characteristics including interfacial failure and cohesive failure were examined using image analysis of fracture surfaces. Finite‐element analysis on stress distributions was conducted under different temperatures, film thickness and interfacial bonding conditions. A Coulomb–Mohr like criterion in combination with shear and normal stresses is proposed to deal with the extreme thin adhesive layer, which can be further simplified into an adhesive zone without significant loss of accuracy for stress analysis.     

Effect of Rare Earth Element Cerium on Mechanical Properties and Morphology of TiN Coating Prepared by Arc Ion Plating

TiN coatings were deposited on polished substrates of W18Cr4V high speed steel by means of vacuum arc ion plating. The effect of cerium on adhesion between TiN coating and substrate was studied. The microstructures and composition of TiN coatings were also investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. It was found that cerium is an effective modifying agent and the addition of suitable amount of cerium to TiN coatings can produce relatively excellent properties such as micro-hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and porosity. The experimental results show that the added cerium in TiN coatings makesa contribution to form the preferred direction along with a (111 ) or (222) close packed face, which may be one of the reasons that improves some properties mentioned above.
