Antimicrobial activity of statistical polymethacrylic sulfopropylbetaines against gram‐positive and gram‐negative bacteria

A series of statistical copolymers derived from 2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate with four different hydrophobic comonomers (ethyl, butyl, cyclohexyl, and octyl methacrylates) have been prepared via conventional free radical copolymerization under bulk conditions. The copolymers have been subsequently modified, with 1,3‐propanesultone to yield the corresponding polysulfoproylbetaine derivatives. Those copolymers exhibiting the requisite aqueous solubility have been screened with respect to their antimicrobial activity against two common and notorious pathogens, namely Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli). We show that certain copolymers do indeed exhibit antimicrobial activity. The extent of activity is related to the molecular characteristics of the materials such as the molar composition and structure of the hydrophobic comonomer. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Inverse Procedural Modelling of Trees

Procedural tree models have been popular in computer graphics for their ability to generate a variety of output trees from a set of input parameters and to simulate plant interaction with the environment for a realistic placement of trees in virtual scenes. However, defining such models and their parameters is a difficult task. We propose an inverse modelling approach for stochastic trees that takes polygonal tree models as input and estimates the parameters of a procedural model so that it produces trees similar to the input. Our framework is based on a novel parametric model for tree generation and uses Monte Carlo Markov Chains to find the optimal set of parameters. We demonstrate our approach on a variety of input models obtained from different sources, such as interactive modelling systems, reconstructed scans of real trees and developmental models.     

酸化水解-活性污泥-生物接触氧化工艺处理有机污水

介绍了采用酸化水解——活性污泥——生物接触氧化工艺处理含有山梨醇、甘露醇、蔗糖、醋酸乙烯、甲基纤维素的有机污水。该工艺具有出水水质稳定，操作简单、管理方便，能耗低等优点，是处理该类有机污水的有效方法。     

蜡防印花生产废水处理工艺

对蜡防印花生产废水清污分流处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明：机械洗蜡废水分流后经双级气浮蜡回收处理，蜡回收率和处理水回用率可达90％以上；皂化脱蜡废水分流后采用酸化-加压溶气气浮技术处理，蜡回收率可达95％以上；皂化脱蜡处理水与印花废水经内电解预脱色处理，脱色率可达92％以上；各段处理废水与其它废水混合后经混凝气浮-生物接触氧化-沉淀-过滤组合工艺处理后，出水水质可达行业一级排放标准。该处理工艺处理效率高、费用低，经济效益和环境效益显著。

厌氧/好氧生物流化床耦合处理垃圾渗滤液的新工艺研究

采用厌氧/好氧生物流化床耦合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液。探索了厌氧/好氧的耦合及各种工艺操作条件对垃圾渗滤液生物降解效率的影响,并对其影响机理进行了初步的探讨。结果表明,经过高效厌氧流化床的处理, 垃圾渗滤液的可生化性可提高49.1%。CODCr/NH4+-N比值对渗滤液好氧生物降解性能有较显著的影响,适宜的CODCr/NH4+-N比值应控制在7.6左右。当进水CODCr及NH4+-N浓度分别为5000mgL-1、280mgL-1左右时,系统出水主要指标达到GB16889-1997一级排放标准。当系统受到短时间(12h左右)超过正常运行负荷约3倍的负荷冲击时,能在4d左右的时间内恢复正常。本研究为垃圾渗滤液的治理提供了新的解决方案。

综述了磷酰基（硫）脲类化合物的合成、性质及生物活性等方面的研究进展。     

水解酸化/生物接触氧化/沉淀工艺处理牛仔衣染色废水

针对牛仔衣染色(以靛蓝染料为主)废水色度较高、有毒性及污染严重的特点,确定采用水解酸化/生物接触氧化/沉淀的工艺处理该废水.在丽发制衣厂的应用实践表明:该工艺切实可行,运行费用低,处理效果稳定,出水水质达到DB 44/26-2001中一级排放标准,COD、BOD5、SS、色度去除率分别达到94%、92%、87%、83%.     

三氯新对废水生化处理系统的影响研究

通过废水中试处理实验系统，研究了2，4，4’－三氯－2’－羟基对二苯醚（TCS）对废水生化处理系统的影响，确定了污染源排放的废水中TCS浓度应低于10mg/L，才能保证生物处理过程中微生物具有的正常的生物活性。     

新型先导化合物2-(2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)-4-三氟甲基噻唑-5-甲酸乙酯的设计、合成与生物活性

以3-氨基-4，4，4-三氟甲基丁烯酸乙酯为原料，经环化、氯化、醚化制得新型先导化合物2-（2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧基）-4-三氟甲基噻唑-5-甲酸乙酯，其结构经红外、核磁、高分辨质谱确认。生物活性测定结果表明新型先导化合物在600g／hm^2剂量下对叶蝉和二点叶螨的防效均为100％；在300g／hm^2剂量下对马铃薯晚疫病的防效为90％。
