热场致发射电子源曝光系统的技术现状和应用前景

高亮度、长寿命的热场致发射(Thermal field emitter)阴极自七十年代中期已受到人们的关注和重视,历经十多年在理论分析、工艺制备和实验研究上做了大量工作之后,于1988年在电子束曝光机上的应用中取得了突破性进展。用晶向为(100)的钨和具有低逸出功的锆制成的(Zr/O/W)热场致发射阴极在四千小时的使用寿命下亮度值超过六硼化镧阴极一个数量级以上,最近的实验结果表明:在工件台上小束斑下能得到接近两千安培每平方厘米的束流密度,而且四十小时内束流稳定度接近千分之一。显然,这几个表征曝光系统综合技术性能的重要指标,说明多年困扰于各种电子束曝光系统(特别是高斯圆斑电子束系统)在高分辨率情况下生产率较低的技术难题已经得到了比较圆满的解决。 八十年代末期,当热场致发射电子源曝光系统的技术关键解决后,这项技术就成为技术发达国家,特别是美国和日本,在电子束曝光领域进行技术竞争的热点;九一年五月底在美国召开的国际三束会议上有关场致发射阴极和MEBES—4型机已经采用TFE的最新报道充分证实了这项技术在电子束曝光技术应用中的重要地位和发展潜力。     

Interaction between bubbles and fibre optic probes in a bubble column

Spherical bulb fibre optic probes, developed and applied for bubble characterization in a bubble column and a slurry bubble column at high temperature, were investigated. The principle of operation of these new optical fibre probes is based on the difference in refractive indices between the gas and the liquid phases. The interaction between the gas bubbles and the fibre optic probes in a bubble column was studied using photographic techniques. The first objective of these experiments was to study the response of the sensors upon contact with gas bubbles of various sizes. The second objective of this study was to establish, under controlled situations, the optical probe bubble detection performance and ability for local quantitative measurements of the bubble rise velocity and the gas hold-up.     

铝合金电磁铸造工艺参数的研究

通过近似计算和试验确定了工程规模的铝合金电磁铸造（ＥＭＣ）基本工艺参数如感应器电流、电压、频率、功能消耗等一液柱高度及稳定性的关系，设计制造了ＥＭＣ装置，成功地铸造了截面直径为０．１８ｍ，０．１１×０．０５ｍ，０．５２×０．１３ｍ的铝及铝合金锭和扁锭。     

Kinetics of oxygen absorption in aqueous sodium dithionite solutions

The absorption and reaction of oxygen in aqueous alkaline solutions of sodium dithionite has been experimentally investigated in a novel gas-liquid contactor. The novel gas-lift bubble column contactor was used to study the kinetics over wide ranges of reactant concentrations, temperature, and pH. The oxygen-sodium dithionite reaction was found to be first-order with respect to dithionite in the range of dithionite concentration < 0.1 M, and second-order in the range of dithionite concentration > 0.1 M. The reaction with respect to oxygen was found to be zero-order for all dithionite concentrations. These results and experimental investigations of the effect of solution alkalinity and temperature on the reaction rate are consistent with previous findings obtained in different gas-liquid contactors. The results thus confirm the feasibility of using the gas-lift bubble column for the kinetics of gas-liquid reactions.

Ultrasonic study of molecular association of poly(vinyl chloride) solution in tetrahydrofuran

Ultrasonic absorption, velocity, adiabatic compressibility, relaxation time and relaxation amplitude measurements are reported on poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) solution in tetrahydrofuran (THF) using pulsed ultrasonic apparatus operating at 2 MHz and 313 K. Results show a linear increase of velocity. density, viscosity, absorption coefficient, relaxation time and relaxation amplitude values with the increase of PVC concentration in THF. In contrast the compressibility decreases with increasing PVC concentration. This suggests interaction between PVC and THF molecules.     

Erosion-corrosion of a stainless steel distillation column in food industry

Unusual extended corrosion phenomena were detected in a distillation column made in AISI type 316 stainless steel (UNS S31600) of a plant for natural pectins extraction from citrus. The column was the first of a series of two distillation columns representing the unit core. Corrosion problems were observed only in that column and mainly along the surface of the trays located in the lower section of the column. The phenomenon was observed subsequently to a modification of the original plant layout that caused an increase of the operating temperatures and turbulence of the process stream inside the column.     

纸上色层分离重量法测定铌铁合金中铌的改进
