水性木器涂料的研究进展

随着环境法规对涂料挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量的限制,环境友好型水性涂料成为涂料工业的发展趋势。本文综述了水性木器涂料的研究进展。     

龙滩大法坪砂石加工系统圆筒洗石机的改造

介绍大法坪砂石加工系统圆筒洗石机的使用中存在的问题和缺陷，并对其原因进行分析，提出解决的措施和改造。通过解决圆筒洗石机振动和链条润滑不充分等关键缺陷问题后提高了设备的利用率和运行效率，发挥了圆筒洗石机的效能。     

Telechelic polydimethylsiloxanes with terminal acetylenic groups prepared by phase-transfer catalysis

Telechelic, hydroxyalkyl terminated polydimethylsiloxanes were obtained under mild conditions via hydrosilylation of allyl alcohol or ethylene glycol monoallyl ether by oligomeric αω-hydride terminated polydimethylsiloxanes, with the use of a platinum catalyst. They were subsequently modified in a phase transfer catalyzed reaction by propargyl bromide, to give telechelic polysiloxanes terminated by acetylenic groups. The synthetic pathway is described and the characterization of the obtained products is presented.     

Reducing Average and Peak Test Power Through Scan Chain Modification

Parallel test application helps reduce the otherwise considerable test times in SOCs; yet its applicability is limited by average and peak power considerations. The typical test vector loading techniques result in frequent transitions in the scan chain, which in turn reflect into significant levels of circuit switching unnecessarily. Judicious utilization of logic in the scan chain can help reduce transitions while loading the test vector needed. The transitions embedded in both test stimuli and the responses are handled through scan chain modifications consisting of logic gate insertion between scan cells as well as inversion of capture paths. No performance degradation ensues as these modifications have no impact on functional execution. To reduce average and peak power, we herein propose computationally efficient schemes that identify the location and the type of logic to be inserted. The experimental results confirm the significant reductions in test power possible under the proposed scheme.

聚丙烯表面改性及与涂料的粘结

酮亚胺对水性聚氨酯性能的改进

用丙酮分别和乙二胺、己二胺反应制备酮亚胺,并以其作为潜伏性扩链剂改善水性聚氨酯(PU)的性能。研究了酮亚胺以不同方式、加量对水性PU漆膜的厚度、硬度、耐水性、耐酸性、热稳定性和机械性能的影响。结果表明,采用丙酮缩乙二胺扩链的水性PU乳液的漆膜的耐水性优于用丙酮缩己二胺和用水扩链的PU乳液的漆膜,且加入过量的酮亚胺扩链效果较好,但其热稳定性并没有得到明显提高。     

中原高温高盐油藏疏水缔合聚合物凝胶调剖剂研究

针对中原油田高温(>80℃)、高盐度(>50 g/L)、高硬度(>1 g/L)砂岩油藏,研制了地下成胶的高热稳定性聚合物凝胶调剖剂。所用聚合物为疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4,M=9.0×106,HD=27%,疏水基摩尔分数0.2%;交联剂为可生成酚醛树脂的3种化合物;调剖剂胶液用矿化度160 g/L的马寨油田污水配制;实验温度95℃。根据形成的凝胶黏度(95℃,1.1 s-1)确定交联剂各组分用量为:MZ-YL 0.429%,MZ-BE 0.060%,MZ-XS 0.012%;酸度调整剂用量0.12%;成胶时间10~15小时。2.5、3.0、3.5 g/L AP-P4的凝胶在95℃老化100天后黏度保持在~40 Pa.s及以上。初配制胶液在3000 r/min下剪切15分钟后黏度降低87.5%~89.0%,但成胶后和老化过程中凝胶黏度只比未剪切样降低17.1%~6.6%。3.5 g/L AP-P4的调剖剂对~1μm2的6支储层岩心的堵塞率在88.1%~95.8%范围,平均93.3%,造成的残余阻力系数在15.2~28.6范围,平均19.8,使渗透率级差2.3~8.0的4组双人造岩心的注水流量比发生不同程度的反转。认为该凝胶调剖剂高温下稳定性好的原因,是强化学交联密度低,因而凝胶脱水收缩作用弱。图2表5参5。

在工程实践中对损坏的无图纸齿轮进行重新制造时，测绘是必不可少的环节。在齿面已被严重磨损的情况下，如何准确地得到齿轮尤其是变位齿轮的各项参数是本文所着重讨论的问题。
