Synthesis of TiO<Subscript>2</Subscript> Hybrid Molecular Imprinted Polymer for Ethofumesate Linked by Silane Coupling Agent

TiO₂ hybrid molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) for ethofumesate using methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer and silane coupling agent 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate (KH570) as organic–inorganic connective bridge was synthesized via photo-excitation method. Hydrogen bond was proved to act between MAA and ethofumesate for pre- and post-polymerization binding properties as testified by UV spectrometric method. KH570 modified TiO₂ nanoparticles were prepared via sonochemical reaction, which can accelerate hydrolysis, increase collision chance for the reactive system and improve the dispersion of the nanoparticles. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), binding and the adsorption kinetics experiments as well as thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed for characterization. The results indicated that the hybrid MIP revealed a larger surface area and more ordered imprinting cavities with improved thermal stability compared to organic-only MIP. Furthermore, faster adsorption kinetics and enhancive adsorption capacity were achieved, which made it promising in chemical sensor applications.

有机羧酸钠盐对PET结晶和熔融行为的影响

采用差示扫描量热仪研究了5种具有不同取代基的苯甲酸钠盐作为结晶成核剂对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（HET）结晶和熔融行为的影响，并同滑石粉进行了对比。结果表明，成核剂的加入能明显改变PET的结晶和熔融行为。苯甲酸钠、对苯二甲酸甲酯单羧酸钠和对羟基苯甲酸钠提高既汀的熔融结晶温度（Tc）分别达22．93、21．7和19．37℃，但使PET降解严重；对苯酚钠甲酸钠能够提高Tc达17．75℃且对PET相对分子质量影响很小；对苯二甲酸二钠成核作用最差。低于滑石粉。此外，成核剂的成核能力越强，PET双熔融峰中的低温峰顶温度就越高。     

阴离子表面活性剂测定方法的探讨

本文对“阴离子表面活性剂的测定方法”进行探讨,优化了显色剂、萃取剂的用量及萃取频率等分析条件,有效地降低了方法的检出浓度,提高了分析精度及准确度,节约大量试剂。本法最低检出浓度的0.019mL/L。     

An Agent Interaction Based Method for Nonlinear Process Plan Scheduling

This article puts forward a scheduling method for nonlinear process plan shop floor.Task allocation and load bal- ance are realized by bidding mechanism.Though the agent interaction process,the execution of tasks is determined and the coherence of manufacturing decision is verified.The employment of heuristic index can help to optimize the system performance.     

Effective factors on synthesis of the hematite–silica red inclusion pigment

The work focuses on the synthesis of a red ceramic pigment by inclusion of hematite in a fumed silica matrix with different specific surface areas. Iron(II) sulfate was used as hematite precursor. Mixtures of iron(II) sulfate and fumed silica with different mole ratios were heated at different temperatures from 1000 to 1300 °C for 4 h.     

Study of the morphology and mechanical properties of polypropylene composites with silica or rice‐husk

The mechanical, morphological behavior and water absorption characteristics of polypropylene (PP) and silica, or PP and rice‐husk, composites have been studied. The silica used in this study as filler was a commercial type produced from soluble glass or rice husks. The compatibilizing effect of PP grafted with monomethyl itaconate (PP‐g‐MMI) and/or with vinyltriethoxysilane (PP‐g‐VTES) as polar monomers on the mechanical properties and water absorption was also investigated. In general, a high loading of the studied fillers in the polymer matrix increases the stiffness and the water absorption capacity. This effect is more noticeable in the tensile modulus of the PP/silica composite with PP‐g‐VTES as compatibilizer. However, the increase of the rice‐husk charge as a natural filler in the PP matrix decreases the stiffness, and in the presence of PP‐g‐MMI as compatibilizer in PP/rice‐husk, the tensile modulus and water absorption of the composite were improved. The better adhesion and phase continuity in the PP/silica and PP/rice‐husk composites with different compatibilizers was confirmed by the morphological study. 钻井液固相化学清洁剂ZSC-201的合成及性能

介绍了钻井液用固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201的室内合成及性能评价，结果表明，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201具有较强的抑制性，可有效抑制粘土水化分散，保证钻井液清洁，在钻井液体系中与阴、阳离子型钻井液处理剂配伍性好，同时具有较好的抑制增效作用，在有效的加量内对钻井液滤矢量和流变性等影响小，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201已在中原油田近30口井中应用，具有良好的推广应用前景。     

高合金钢铸造用涂料的试制与开发

介绍了炉爪用合金钢1Cr25Ni20Si2Re,导板用合金钢2Cr32Ni5采用串箱铸造过程中，有关镁砂粉涂料和石英粉涂料的试制。结果表明：镁砂粉涂料为不透气涂料，不太适用，而合理配方的石英粉涂料使用性能良好。     

化学堵水调剖剂综述

本文从胶体化学的角度出发，考虑各种堵剂的存在形态，将调剖堵水剂进行了新的分类，并介绍了各类调剖堵水剂的作用机理及其在油田的应用现状；提出了堵水调剖剂应向着低投入、多功能、高效率的方向发展。
