对灾变后轻骨料混凝土抗冻融性能评估的关键在于对其在特定灾变程度下抗冻融性能的精确定量描述及预测。通过反复加载对轻骨料混凝土预加初始应力损伤来模拟灾变,以相对动弹性模量为评价指标,研究初始损伤度分别为0、0.05、0.12、0.19、0.27的轻骨料混凝土抗冻融性能;将灰色系统理论引入混凝土抗冻耐久性研究中,利用相对动弹性模量实测数据建立基于GM(1,1)的应力损伤轻骨料混凝土抗冻融性能预测模型,与修正的Loland混凝土损伤模型对比并进行精度分析;借助建立的GM(1,1)预测模型定量研究初始应力损伤对轻骨料混凝土抗冻耐久性的影响并预测其抗冻耐久寿命。结果表明:初始应力损伤会加速轻骨料混凝土抗冻融性能劣化,且初始损伤度越大劣化速率越快;各初始损伤度下GM(1,1)模型的平均相对误差均小于4.5%,GM(1,1)模型的预测精度整体上优于修正Loland模型;轻骨料混凝土自身具有良好的抗冻融性能,在内蒙古中西部地区抗冻耐久寿命可达45年,当初始损伤度为0.05、0.12、0.19、0.27时,抗冻耐久寿命分别缩短至30年、25年、17.5年、10年。基于GM(1,1)的应力损伤轻骨料混凝土抗冻融性能预测模型可实现对灾变后轻骨料混凝土全寿命周期内抗冻融性能较为精确的定量评估,为指导北方寒旱区轻骨料混凝土工程实践提供理论依据。 相似文献

以陕西某地硅质钒矿为研究对象,进行了单一硫酸浸出、硫酸助浸、空白焙烧—浸出、硫酸熟化—常温水浸提钒探索试验,确定出硫酸熟化—常温水浸工艺更适用于硅质钒矿,同时考察了熟化温度、熟化时间、熟化硫酸及水用量、矿石粒度、浸出温度对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,在熟化硫酸用量15%、熟化水用量10%、熟化温度130℃、熟化时间4 h、原矿粒度-8 mm、熟料浸出液固比1.5、常温浸出3 h的条件下,可获得78%左右的钒浸出率。该硅质钒矿经硫酸熟化后水浸,浸出温度对钒浸出率影响小,可采用"熟化-柱浸(堆浸)"工艺进行提钒。 相似文献

A digital imaging approach was applied to investigate mortar morphology in thin sections; in particular, the binder/aggregate ratio and the grading curve of five mortar bars were attained by digital image processing (DIP), using the Image Pro Plus 4.1 software package. The imaging procedure employed image segmentation, to extract mortar aggregate, and image filtering, to fix grain boundaries. The results show that digital image processing may be considered as an alternative method to mechanical sieving for the characterisation of mortar morphology, as it appears to be quicker and more accurate than the traditional method. 为研究全级配混凝土在等幅、变幅及阶梯重复荷载作用下的疲劳特性,揭示材料特性与疲劳应力水平对其疲劳寿命的影响规律,通过自编程序建立二维随机骨料模型,运用有限元软件和耐久性疲劳分析软件进行联合仿真,对全级配混凝土细观结构进行应力分析和疲劳分析,探讨了不同骨料分布、骨料形状及疲劳应力水平对混凝土疲劳性能的影响,并估算了疲劳寿命。结果表明:在阶梯重复荷载作用下,骨料形状和分布对混凝土疲劳寿命影响较小,而疲劳应力水平对疲劳寿命影响较大;圆形和椭圆形骨料混凝土疲劳寿命较高,多边形骨料寿命较低;在疲劳加载破坏过程中,骨料界面先起裂,然后裂纹逐渐扩展贯通,最后导致整个试件完全破坏,可见骨料界面是混凝土中的薄弱部位,其寿命直接影响整个混凝土试件的寿命。研究成果为后续混凝土疲劳性能研究提供了参考。 相似文献

Poly(diglycidyl maleate‐co‐stearyl methacrylate) (P(DGMA‐co‐SMA)) with reactive epoxy groups was synthesized by reaction of poly(maleic anhydride‐co‐stearyl methacrylate) (P(MA‐co‐SMA)) and epichlorohydrin. The effect of precipitant on self‐assembly behaviors of the resultant copolymer was investigated. It was found that vesicles and nanotubule liked aggregates can be obtained through self‐assembly of P(DGMA‐co‐SMA) in THF solution using CH3CH2OH (EtOH) as precipitant while spheral aggregates can be obtained using H2O as precipitant. 本文采用两种不同Al2O3粉为原料,结合Al2O3预烧与材料的生产工艺,对刚玉瓷的指痕缺陷及其对材料性能的影响进行了研究。结果发现:Al2O3粉预烧温度不匀时,部分颗粒(γ-Al2O3)周边存在层错缺陷,激活能的存在,人体中颗粒粘连(团聚);该团聚体在坯体及烧结体中的残留直接引起烧结体中的结构缺陷,由Al2O3预烧温度高且均匀的粉体制备材料,才能获得具有优良性能的刚玉体。 相似文献

In this paper discussions are made on the effect of nonsolvent swelling agents on the average pore size and pore size distributions at the surface of polyamide membranes which result from casting solutions involving above nonsolvent swelling agents.
The size of the polymer aggregate in the film casting solution and the size of polymer network pores are correlated to physicochemical data of ions which constitute the electrolytes used as nonsolvent swelling agents. As such ionic properties the charge density and the free energy of transition of ions from polyamide phase to water phase were considered. The validity of the correlation is limited in a range of casting solution composition where the polymer concentration in the casting solution is close to the limiting concentration of polymer at the phase boundary and the molar ratio of the nonsolvent swelling agent to the amide group involved in the polyamide polymer is equal to or slightly more than 0.7. 相似文献

The radial density distributions of fractal clusters generated in both DLCA and RLCA conditions by Monte-Carlo off-lattice cluster-cluster aggregation have been investigated. It has been computed by averaging a large number of clusters of same mass to form an average cluster, which is then considered as spherically symmetric. It is found that the radial density distribution, calculated using the mass center of the cluster as the center point, does not follow the fractal scaling, as sometimes assumed in the literature. An empirical model has been proposed to describe the dependence of the radial density distribution on the number of particles in the cluster. The obtained radial density distribution is used to compute permeability profile of the fractal cluster using several literature models, which is then applied to estimate the cluster hydrodynamic radius, Rh, by considering the cluster as a porous permeable object and using the solution of Brinkman equations for the fluid flow inside the cluster. The so obtained Rh values are compared to those in the literature, computed using the Kirkwood-Riseman (KR) theory. It has been found that, among the five permeability models examined, only the model proposed by Davis (Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Part B 1, 185) provides results in good agreement with those obtained using the KR model. 针对大量混凝土废弃物造成生态环境日益恶化及天然骨料资源日益缺乏的问题,通过配制不同强度等级和不同再生骨料掺量的再生混凝土,并结合锡澄运河三级航道整治工程对再生混凝土力学性能及其提升技术进行试验研究。结果表明:再生骨料的掺量对C35及以下中低强度混凝土力学性能影响较小,而对C40及以上中高强度混凝土有较大影响,随再生骨料掺量的增加,再生混凝土力学性能降低;通过合理选用再生骨料级配、与天然骨料复掺、对再生骨料进行强化以及优化配合比参数等措施能提升混凝土力学性能;锡澄运河三级航道整治工程实际应用取得了很好的技术经济效益。 相似文献
