Colour measurement of fish minces using hunter L,a, b values

Hunter L, a and b values are used to order fish mince colour according to species or processing parameters. Mince colour difference (ΔE) or statistical examination of L, a and b values are used to establish a 3-dimensional plot to illustrate colour differences between samples.     

Consumer preference not to choose: Methodological and policy implications

Residential consumers remain reluctant to choose new electricity suppliers. Even the most successful jurisdictions, four US states and other countries, have had to adopt extensive consumer education procedures that serve largely to confirm that choosing electricity suppliers is daunting. Electricity is not unique in this respect; numerous studies find that consumers are generally reluctant to switch brands, even when they are well-informed about product characteristics. If consumers prefer not to choose, opening regulated markets can reduce welfare, even for some consumers who do switch, as the incumbent can exploit this preference by raising price above the formerly regulated level. Policies to open markets might be successful even if limited to industrial and commercial customers, with residential prices based on those in nominally competitive wholesale markets.     

基于RTLinux和AD2S80A的角位置测量系统设计与实现

基于RTlinux和AD2S80A的角位置测量系统,选用旋转变压器和感应同步器作为测量系统的传感器,利用AD2S80A轴角变换器将两种测量传感器输出的模拟信号转换为相应的数字信号。根据双通道测角系统粗精耦合的原理,在RTLinux嵌入式系统中对两种数字信号进行耦合处理,并对耦合后信号的进行补偿处理,实现角位置的高精度测量。检测数据表明,这种测量系统可以实现以内的测量精度。     

基于MSP430的低功耗近距无线图像传输系统设计与实现

近距无线图像传输系统主要用于无线传感器网络中的图像采集、传输、处理和显示,本文设计并实现了一种具有较强实用性的近距无线图像传输系统。采用OV7670图像传感器作为图像数据采集器,高速低功耗的nRF24L01射频模块作为无线收发器,采用MSP430F14916位超低功耗单片机作为微处理器,所构成的系统具有功耗低、图像传输速度快等优点。作者详细阐述了该系统的硬件结构和软件设计。     

MMA7361L的高精度角度检测平台设计

倾角是许多控制系统中需要测量的一个重要参数。针对倾角测量,设计了一种基于ARM微控制器和加速度传感器的角度测量平台。该平台采用基于ARMCortex—M3内核的STM32F103VE为数据处理的核心,利用高精度加速度传感器MMA7361L为测角传感器,同时配置液晶屏和小型键盘实现了人机交互。该平台具有测量精度高、灵敏度高、价格低的特点,应用前景广阔。     

ARM和WinCE6．0下nRF24L01的驱动设计

随着嵌入式WinCE系统的发展和近距离无线通信的广泛使用,有必要为近距离无线通信芯片编写驱动。由于nRF24L01在WinCE系统下驱动的缺乏,使得WinCE与nRF24L01芯片之间的直接通信成为困难。本文的驱动设计正好解决了这一难题。     

A uniplanar printed antenna with an inverted L‐shaped coupling feed for LTE/GSM/DCS/PCS/UMTS operations

A novel uniplanar printed antenna with a total size of 115 × 40 mm² is proposed for mobile device application. By using an inverted L‐shaped feeding mechanism and a meandered shorting strip, a dual‐band operation with wideband characteristic can be achieved. Here, the lower operating band is able to cover the LTE 700 and GSM 850/900 operations, while the higher operating band allows DCS 1800, PCS 1900, UMTS, and LTE 2300 operations. Furthermore, in order to increase the bandwidth of the higher operating band so that LTE 2500 operation can also be covered, an additional parasitic stub is attached to the feed line to excite a resonant frequency at around 2.72 GHz. Parametric studies via simulation are carried out, and prototype of the proposed antenna is also experimentally investigated to validate the simulated results. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. X80管线钢焊接热影响区的韧性分析

X80管线钢在焊接过程中,热影响区由于受到焊接过程热的作用,其组织和性能会发生较大的变化.韧性是天然气长输管线的重要性能,采用热模拟技术、现代工程测试手段和显微分析方法,分析了不同热输入参数下X80管线钢焊接热影响区粗晶区(CGHAZ)韧性(夏比冲击功和CTOD)的差异及其原因.在一定范围内,较高焊接热输入下CGHAZ的韧性比较低热输入下CGHAZ的韧性明显高,超过一定范围,随着热输入的增加韧性激剧下降.造成不同热输入下韧性差异的根本原因是由CGHAZ显微组织的差异引起的.较低的热输入下CGHAZ中产生了一定量的低碳马氏体,从而导致韧性较差.     

Characterization of Urine Stem Cell-Derived Extracellular Vesicles Reveals B Cell Stimulating Cargo

Elucidation of the biological functions of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and their potential roles in physiological and pathological processes is an expanding field of research. In this study, we characterized USC–derived EVs and studied their capacity to modulate the human immune response in vitro. We found that the USC–derived EVs are a heterogeneous population, ranging in size from that of micro–vesicles (150 nm–1 μm) down to that of exosomes (60–150 nm). Regarding their immunomodulatory functions, we found that upon isolation, the EVs (60–150 nm) induced B cell proliferation and IgM antibody secretion. Analysis of the EV contents unexpectedly revealed the presence of BAFF, APRIL, IL–6, and CD40L, all known to play a central role in B cell stimulation, differentiation, and humoral immunity. In regard to their effect on T cell functions, they resembled the function of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)–derived EVs previously described, suppressing T cell response to activation. The finding that USC–derived EVs transport a potent bioactive cargo opens the door to a novel therapeutic avenue for boosting B cell responses in immunodeficiency or cancer.
