Abstract:In this paper, a multiphase orthogonal signal correction modeling and hierarchical statistical analysis strategy is developed for the improvement of process understanding and quality prediction. According to background, hierarchical PLS is used to build regression model of process variables and quality variables. This blocking leads to two model levels: the upper level where the relationships between blocks are modeled and the lower level showing the details of each block. Furthermore, in each lower model, O2-PLS is used to remove the structured noise in both X and Y, which is not contributed to prediction model. The corresponding loading vectors provide good interpretation of the covarying part in X and Y. Simulation of the continuous annealing line demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed algorithm for better process understanding and quality interpretation. 相似文献

A series of CexZr0.50-xAl0.50O1.75(0.05≤x≤0.45) mixed oxides with different Ce/Zr ratio were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Brunauer-Emmet Teller method(BET),temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR) and oxygen pulsing technique.The XRD results showed that all samples kept the single CeO2 cubic fluorite structure after calcination at 600 and 1000 oC for 5 h.The results of BET revealed that CexZr0.50-xAl0.50O1.75 with Ce/Zr molar ratio 1/1 exhibited higher specific surface area(212 m2/g) and larger pore volume(0.40 ml/g).For all aged samples,CZA with Ce/Zr molar ratio 3/7 presented the highest specific surface area(104 m2/g) and pore volume(0.34 ml/g).The compounds could still keep prominent structural and textural stability with excellent redox properties even calcined at 1000 oC. 相似文献

The effects of redox-ageing on the temperature-programmed reduction and dynamic oxygen storage were investigated on two samples of Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 prepared under different synthesis conditions. It was observed that a high-temperature reduction/mild oxidation redox cycle can generate temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) profiles featuring a reduction peak at a temperature as low as 537 K. However, despite such favourable reduction behaviour, a strong deactivation of the oxygen storage is observed under dynamic conditions, indicating the limitations of the TPR method for investigation of oxygen storage. 相似文献

利用核主成分分析(Kernel Principle Components Analysis KPCA)强大的非线性识别能力及其在高维小样本数据处理方面的独特优势对模式植物—拟南芥的四种基因型(两种基因型Co10和C24及其杂交子代Co10×C24和C24×Co10)样本进行模式分析研究。结果表明利用正交信号校正(Orthogonal Signal Correction OSC)技术对原始数据进行滤波处理后,基于Sigmoid核函数的KPCA方法对这四种基因型样本的正确分类和预测能力均达到100%。有力地证明了OSC-KPCA方法可以有效地提取代谢物组信息,揭示生物系统内代谢表型与不同基因型之间的内在联系,为代谢物组学及系统生物学的进一步研究奠定基础。 相似文献

Highly efficient organic tandem solar cell with peak power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.66% has been demonstrated by simply stacking two same boron subphthalocyanine (SubPc):C70 bulk heterojunction devices, with a high active inter-connecting layer composed of bathophenanthroline (Bphen)/Silver/hexadecafluoro-copper-phthalocyanine (F16CuPc)/MoO3. We find that F16CuPc plays an important role which extends the recombination zone, facilitates the extraction of hole and the carrier recombination. The measured PCE of the tandem solar cell corresponds to a 38% increase compared to that the optimal single cell. 相似文献

制备了ITO/MoO3(6nm)/Rubrene(30nm)/C70(30nm)/BCP(6nm)/Al(150nm)的PN结构和ITO/MoO3(5nm)/Rubrene(25nm)/Rubrene:C70(5nm)/C70(25nm)/BCP(6nm)/Al(150nm)的PIN结构有机太阳能电池(OSCs)。通过对两种器件进行热处理,研究热处理对OSCs性能的影响。实验表明,在热处理后,PN结构和PIN结构器件的短路电流密度分别达到了3.526mA·cm-2和5.413mA·cm-2,功率转换效率分别达到了1.43%和2.09%。与未经过热处理的器件相比,PN结构和PIN结构器件的短路电流密度、填充因子、功率转换效率分别提高了19.0%、7.1%、28.3%和4.8%、20%、24.1%。可见,热处理可以提高Rubrene/C70OSCs的性能。 相似文献

The influence of calcination and redox cycles on the structural modification and redox properties of a ceria–zirconia mixed oxide of nominal composition Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 were investigated by XRD and Rietveld refinement, by BET measurement, TPR and OSC analyses. The material is characterized by high total OSC and retains this property after several redox and calcination cycles up to 1273 K, despite the loss of porosity and the decrease of surface area. The Rietveld analysis of the diffractograms allowed to establish that at least two solid solutions are present in the as-prepared sample: a cubic phase, space group Fm-3m, richer in cerium compared to the nominal composition, a tetragonal phase (t′) richer in zirconium. The first redox treatment modifies the composition towards two different solid solutions with composition closer to the nominal one: a cubic Ce0.65Zr0.35O2 and a tetragonal (t′) Ce0.47Zr0.53O2. No changes are noticed after four further redox cycles, while the successive calcination at 1273 K gives rise to a second cubic phase richer in cerium and to another tetragonal phase richer in zirconium. Noteworthy a further redox cycle reorganizes the sample to a similar situation as before the calcination treatment and this configuration is maintained for four redox cycles. This alternance is restored after calcination and successive four redox cycles. The total OSC measured after the above treatments is high and increases after the successive cycles. 相似文献

An unusual kind of transparent and high-efficiency organic silver conductive ink (OSC ink) was synthesized with silver acetate as silver carrier, ethanolamine as additive, and different kinds of aldehyde-based materials as reduction agents and was characterized by using a thermogravimetric analyzer, X-ray diffraction, a scanning electron microscope, and a four-point probe. The results show that different reduction agents all have an important influence on the conductive properties of the ink through a series of complex chemical reactions, and especially when formic acid or dimethylformamide was used as the reduction agent and sintered at 120°C for 30 s, the resistivity can be lowered to 6 to 9 μΩ·cm. Furthermore, formula mechanism, conductive properties, temperature, and dynamic fatigue properties were investigated systematically, and the feasibility of the OSC ink was also verified through the preparation of an antenna pattern. 相似文献
