Effect of the thicknesses of the Al2SiO5 ion conductor on the opto-electrical properties for all-solid electrochromic devices

In this study, an all-solid-state electrochromic device (ECD) with the structure of ITO/WO₃/Al₂SiO₅/NiO_x/ITO was prepared, and the effect of the Al₂SiO₅ solid electrolyte thicknesses on the opto-electrical performance was investigated. The microstructure and surface morphology were characterized using XRD, SEM and AFM, and the surface morphology and degree of surface looseness demonstrate a significant influence on the opto-electrical properties of ECDs. The charge transfer dynamics at the solid-solid interface were characterized using EIS to obtain an ionic conductivity of 4.637 × 10^-8 S/cm. CV, CA and UV–Visible spectra were employed to record the in situ electrochemical and optical properties. The results revealed that the highest optical modulation was 44.58%, the coloring and bleaching times were 14.8 s and 3.7 s, and the highest coloring efficiency was 98.17 cm²/C, which indicates that excellent opto-electrical properties were obtained. When the thickness increases, the degree of surface dense morphology transforms, and the loose morphology is more favorable for ion conductivity, which improves the opto-electrical properties. The results in this study provide insights into the understanding of Al³⁺-based all-solid-state ECDs, which promote the exploration of new types of Al³⁺ ionic conductors for all-solid-state ECDs.

XJM-KS型浮选机矿化器负压产生机理研究

浮选机矿化器是用于浮选矿浆预处理的重要设备，其性能的优劣直接影响到浮选机的工作效果。文章通过流体力学仿真软件FLUENT对XJM-KS型浮选机矿化器的内部流场进行数值仿真，重点研究了聚焦式喷嘴布置所带来的流场特征。模拟结果表明，高速的矿浆射流能够在混合室内产生-2.43×10Pa的负压区，从而吸入大量的空气，实现空气与矿浆的有效混合与预矿化，与传统的机械搅拌式矿浆预处理装置相比，该矿化器能够大幅度提高预矿化效果。     

空间红外大口径折射式低温镜头设计与验证

针对目标探测类空间红外相机大范围成像、高灵敏度探测、高精度定位等应用需求,文中提出采用像方远心光路和低温光学技术结合的解决方案,设计了物方视场角8°×8°、入瞳口径265 mm、工作温度200 K的像方远心折射式光学系统。镜头最大口径280 mm,采用多级分散的弹性支撑设计,解决大口径低温透镜装框、透镜组件支撑和镜头整体安装各环节的热应力卸载问题。在保证高刚度和低漏热的情况下,使低温下透镜的热应力对镜头能量集中度的影响降低到可接受范围内。镜头完成装调及室温下像质确认后,进行了力学振动试验,并将其制冷到200 K水平测试像质,测试结果表明,镜头能量集中度达到轴上75%,边缘视场72%。     

CN decoration of dibenzofuran modified biphenyl for high triplet energy host for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes

A strongly electron deficient and high triplet energy host for blue emitters was developed by decorating a dibenzofuran modified biphenyl backbone structure with multiple CN units. Two hosts, 6,6′-bis(6-cyanodibenzo[b,d]furan-4-yl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3,3′-dicarbonitrile(CNDBF1) and 2,2′-bis(6-cyanodibenzo[b,d]furan-4-yl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4,4′-dicarbonitrile(CNDBF2), were derived from the CN decoration strategy for application in blue organic light-emitting diodes requiring high triplet energy host. They showed high triplet energy above 2.79 eV and acted as the electron transport type host based on the strong electron deficiency. The mixture of the CNDBF1 and CNDBF2 hosts with a hole transport type 3,3′-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl)-1,1′-biphenyl host performed as the exciplex host of a blue phosphor and accomplished high external quantum efficiency of 22.7% in the blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes.
