电脱盐工艺技术改造运行总结

中国石化股份有限公司济南分公司南常减压装置 2 0 0 1年防腐改造中首次采用了国产高速电脱盐设备 ,对电脱盐工艺进行了改造 ,通过近 1年的生产运行 ,不断进行摸索调整 ,适应了加工多品种原油的需要 ,取得了较好的脱盐效果 ,脱后原油含盐降到 0 .62mg/L ,脱盐污水油含量降至 5 0 μg/g ,为后续加工装置降低能耗、减轻设备腐蚀、安全平稳生产创造了条件     

TiB2与BN复相陶瓷的渗流模型

试验结果证实,TiB₂与BN复相陶瓷的导电性能符合渗流理论,原料粉粒度配比下,其渗流阀值为V_c%=22.9%;原料粉粒度比的改变将改变渗流阀值,从而改变各配比下的电阻率值;TiB₂与BN在SPS系统中快速烧结,晶粒的尺度比与原料粉的粒度比基本保持一致。     

The ponding problem on elastic membranes: an analog equation solution

 In this paper, the nonlinear response of elastic membranes with arbitrary shape under partial and full ponding loads has been analyzed. Large deflections are considered, which result from nonlinear kinematic relations. The problem is formulated in terms of the displacements components and the three coupled nonlinear governing equations are solved using the analog equation method (AEM). The membrane may be prestressed either by prescribed boundary displacements or tractions. Using the concept of the analog equation the three coupled nonlinear equations are replaced by three uncoupled Poisson's equations with fictitious sources under the same boundary conditions. Subsequently, the fictitious sources are established using a procedure based on the BEM and the displacement components as well as the stress resultants at any point of the membrane are evaluated from their integral representations. In addition to the geometrical nonlinearity, the ponding problem is itself nonlinear, because the ponding load depends on the deflection surface that it produces. Iterative schemes are developed which converge to the equilibrium state of the membrane under the ponding loads. Several membranes are analyzed which illustrate the method and demonstrate its efficiency and accuracy. The method has all the advantages of the pure BEM, since the discretization and integration is limited only to the boundary. Received 28 July 2001     

影响巨磁电阻钙钛矿锰氧化合物居里温度的结构分析

测定了La1-xAx(MnB）O3型巨磁电阻钙钛矿化合物在不同组成时的居里温度，利用A位离子对晶格能的贡献和B位离子极化力的变化分别对A和B位离子掺杂及A，B位离子组成同时变化时钙钛矿的居里温度进行了分析，结果与实验一致。

电子镇流器用高压长寿命铝电解电容器

铝电解电容器是节能灯用电子镇流器的关键元件，由于镇流器的工作环境严酷，其电容器最易失效。改进后的ＣＤ１１Ｈ系列电子镇流器用铝电解电容器标准突出了１０５℃下满负荷工作３０００ｈ的高可靠性要求。设计目标放在延长寿命，提高可靠性，减少失效率方面。选用电容器时要注意工作电压、上限工作温度、耐久性。     

高炉鼓风机就地扩容改造方案及经济效益

介绍了利用高炉鼓风机基础实施不易地扩容改造的设计工艺方法，该方法不仅降低了设计、施工、安装费用，而且缩短了施工周期，降低了固定资产投资。     

Effect of doping polyacrylic acid with some dopants as studied by different techniques

The molecular weight of polyacrylic acid (PAA) was determined by a viscometric method using NaNO₃ as solvent at 30°C. The specific electric conductivities (σ) of PAA as well as PAA doped with carbon black (CB), chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃), and cupferron with different concentrations (from 0.25 to 1 wt %) were measured at a temperature range 360–400 K. IR spectra of some polymers were determined and it was shown that when PAA was doped with 0.5 wt % CB, a C? O? C band appeared at 775–875 cm^?1. The positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) spectra in PAA doped with the above‐mentioned dopants were measured as a function of their concentrations. It was observed that the short lifetime intensity I₁ decreased, whereas the intermediate lifetime intensity I₂, which is related to the conductivity of the material, increased with increasing the wt % of Cr₂O₃ and cupferron as well as at low concentrations of CB. These results are discussed in terms of the conducting island model. It was found that there were distinct positive relationships between σ and I₂. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
