为抑制铝碳质长水口使用过程中石墨的氧化,其表面会涂覆含 20%~30%Al2O3的抗氧化涂层,但切割丝钢等特种钢冶炼过程必须严格控制钢液中夹杂的 Al2O3的含量,因此需要制备低氧化铝含量的抗氧化涂层。本文通过调节涂料组成、加水量和水玻璃加入量制备了低铝抗氧化涂层,并利用扫描电镜分析了抗氧化实验后试样断口的显微结构。结果表明:以粘土粉、钾长石粉和硅砂为主要原料,添加 10%硼砂的涂料可在 800 ℃形成良好的釉层,此时涂料中 A12O3的含量可降至 12%,得到了低铝涂料;当加入占涂料质量 80%的水和 40%的水玻璃时,涂层具有最佳的涂覆性能和抗氧化性能,涂层和长水口基体结合致密,保护了长水口中的石墨不被氧化。 相似文献

The feasibility of microbial hydrogen consumption to mitigate the hydrogen embrittlement (HE) under different cathodic potentials was evaluated using the Devanathan-Stachurski electrochemical test and the hydrogen permeation efficiency η. The hydrogen permeation efficiency η in the presence of strain GA-1 was lower than that in sterile medium. The cathodic potential inhibited the adherence of strain GA-1 to AISI 4135 steel surface, thereby reducing the hydrogen consumption of strain GA-1. The adherent GA-1 cells were capable of consuming ‘cathodic hydrogen’ and reducing the proportions of absorbed hydrogen, indicating that it is theoretically possible to control HE by hydrogen-consuming microbes. 相似文献

The toughness of 31Mn2SiRE wear-resistance cast steel were increased by means of RE compound modification and high temperature austenitizing. The results show that the microstructures can be refined, needle and network ferrite are eliminated, the dislocation density and the quantity of dislocated martensite are increased remarkably, and the shape and distribution of inclusions are improved by the addition of RE. Two main formation routes for thaumasite exist below 15 °C. One is the direct route from C–S–H reacting with appropriate carbonate, sulfate, Ca2+ ions and excess water. The other route is the woodfordite route from ettringite reacting with C–S–H, carbonate, Ca2+ ions and excess water, in which thaumasite arises through the intermediate formation of the solid solution woodfordite. The woodfordite route for thaumasite formation appears to be relatively quicker (although still slow) than the direct route, presumably because with the former the ettringite already has the octahedral [M(OH)6] units that can facilitate the critical change from [Al(OH)6]3− to [Si(OH)6]2− groupings. Both routes are mutually dependent on each other. The presence of magnesium salts can modify the path to thaumasite formation. High pressure might be able to stabilise [Si(OH)6]2− groupings and allow thaumasite to become formed above 15 °C. This possibility is discussed. 相似文献

Experimental study on the effect of strain rate on discontinuous flow and mechanical characteristics of the high-nitrogenous steel Kh23AG19F has been performed. Within the range of strain rates from 4.62 · 10-5 to 1.85 · 10 -4 s-1, discontinuous flow, reflected by serration on the tensile diagram, is chiefly determined by intergranular deformation mechanisms. Under strain rates over 1.85 · 10-2 s-1, combined deformation modes prevail, which cause a change in the character of discontinuous flow and transform a serrated tensile diagram into a wavy graph, with the yield stress of steel increased significantly. 相似文献
