高能球磨制备NdFeB纳米晶粉末   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用湿法球磨制备了NdFeB纳米晶粉末,并通过对比发现湿法球磨比干法球磨效果好。研究结果表明,当湿法球磨超过210h,粉末变成细小、均匀的圆球状的小颗粒,颗粒直径在80~120nm之间,在本实验条件下颗粒尺寸已经趋向极限。粉末最终变成以Nd2Fe14B为基体相的合金。  相似文献

乙醇-水溶液二元体系电化学浸渍具有很高的实用价值。为探讨乙醇的加入对电化学浸渍的影响,以水溶液电化学浸渍条件为基础,研究了乙醇的加入对混合溶液中pH值和氢氧化镍沉积速度的影响。研究表明,浸渍液中的乙醇通过促进Ni2 的水解,使浸渍液的pH值维持在一个稳定的范围;同时乙醇的存在减小了氢氧化镍的溶度积,加快了阴极的沉积反应速度。以此为基础得到了乙醇-水溶液二元体系电化学浸渍的操作条件。  相似文献

In order to study the effect of alloy component on magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets, the experiment schemes are carried out by the uniform design theory, and the relationship between the component and the magnetic properties is established by artificial neural network(ANN) predicting model.The element contents of alloys are optimized by the ANN model.Meanwhile, the influences of mono-factor or multi-factor interaction on alloy magnetic properties are respectively discussed according to the curves ploted by ANN model.Simulation result shows that the predicted and measured results are in good agreement.The relative error is every low, the error is not more than 1.68% for remanence Br, 1.56% for maximal energy product (BH)m, and 7.73% for coercivity Hcj.Hcj can be obviously improved and Br can be reduced by increasing Nd or Zr content.Co and B have advantageous effects on increasing Br and disadvantageous effects on increasing Hcj.Influence of alloying elements on Hcj and Br are inverse, and the interaction among the alloying elements play an important role in the magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets.The ANN prediction model presents a new approach to investigate the nonlinear relationship between the component and the magnetic properties of NdFeB alloys.  相似文献

In order to obtain the properties of the sintered as-dried calcium phosphate with [Ca]/[P] = 1.50, the characteristics of sintered pellets have been investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, Vickers hardness indentation and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). When the pellet samples were sintered between 700 °C and 1200 °C for 4 h, the hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, HA) still maintained the major phase, accompanied with the rhenanite (NaCaPO4) as the secondary phase and β-tricalcium phosphate (β-Ca3(PO4)2, β-TCP) as the minor phases. In addition, the HA partially transformed to α-tricalcium phosphate (α-Ca3(PO4)2, α-TCP) and tetracalcium phosphate (Ca4(PO4)2O, TTCP), when the pellet samples were sintered at 1300 °C and 1400 °C, respectively, for 4 h. The maximum density and Vickers Hardness (HV) of sintered pellet samples were 2.85 g/cm3 (90.18% theoretical density (T.D.)) and 407, which appeared at 1200 °C and 900 °C, respectively.  相似文献

Ti/Al multilayers deposited on sintered NdFeB magnets by direct current magnetron sputtering with ion-beam assistance were studied in this report. Ti layers with a hexagonal close packed structure were obtained in the Ti/Al multilayers. The columnar structure growth of Al layers was successfully interrupted by the intercalated Ti layers. The Ti/Al multilayers showed more compact and uniform surfaces than the Al single layer. The corrosion current densities of the sintered NdFeB magnets coated with Ti/Al multilayers were much lower than that of the Al single layer. The Ti/Al multilayers also presented improved hardness.  相似文献

The future DEMO Toroidal Field (TF) magnets are likely to feature cable-in-conduit conductors (CICC) cooled by forced flow of supercritical helium. Design activities were carried out at CEA to provide a winding pack compatible with DEMO plant requirements. The CEA proposal comprises, for each of the 16 D-shaped windings, 10 double-pancakes (2 × 392 m long) wound in 10 turns. The conductor is a square-shaped Nb3Sn double channel conductor with a central spiral, carrying a nominal current of 95.5 kA. We present a thermo-hydraulic analyses focused on the central, most critical pancake, where the maximum field is reached, aiming at evaluating the integrity of the proposed conductor design. Both normal and off-normal simulations were performed using detailed electromagnetic and neutron heating load maps as input, and evaluating operational quantities such as the temperature margin in burn conditions, and the hot spot temperature in quench conditions. We assessed the sensitivity of these quantities to some driving parameters, notably mass flow rate and the choice of friction factor correlation for the temperature margin, and quench initiation features for the hot spot temperature. Furthermore, the influence of the casing cooling on the temperature margin is analyzed. The study is carried out using two thermohydraulic models.  相似文献

Ultrafine-grained O′-Sialon-based ceramics were prepared by two-stage sintering at 1250 °C, with large particle GH4169 superalloy powder and nano Al2O3–Y2O3 as composite sintering aids. The effects of these aids on the densification, microstructure, and mechanical properties of O′-Sialon-based ceramics during two-stage sintering were also studied. Studies have shown that the densification process of O′-Sialon-based ceramics promoted by composite sintering additives, presents with the characteristics of two-stage liquid-phase sintering. In the first stage, GH4169 formed ultrafine-grained sintered clusters in the sintered material through liquid phase diffusion. In the second stage, the uniformly dispersed nano Al2O3–Y2O3 realized the uniform sintering of the material. In the fracture process, the ultrafine-grained sintered clusters hindered the crack propagation and promoted multiple deflections of the crack around the edge of the clusters, achieving the effect of crack deflection toughening. This effect, dominated by ultrafine-grained sintered clusters, significantly improved the fracture toughness of O′-Sialon-based ceramics up to 8.52 MPa m1/2.  相似文献
